中医特色护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用价值及对患者满意度的影响分析 被引量:2

目的观察中医特色护理质量评价应用在中医护理管理中的价值及对患者满意度的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2020年12月接诊的216例患者、30名护理人员,分为观察组(纳入108例患者、15名护理人员,采用中医特色护理质量评价管理模式)、对照组... 目的观察中医特色护理质量评价应用在中医护理管理中的价值及对患者满意度的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2020年12月接诊的216例患者、30名护理人员,分为观察组(纳入108例患者、15名护理人员,采用中医特色护理质量评价管理模式)、对照组(纳入108例患者、15名护理人员,采用常规护理管理模式),评价组间护理效果、护理质量、患者依从性、患者满意度。结果观察组安全管理(87.42±3.51)分、特色护理(86.35±3.35)分、健康宣教(83.35±3.67)分、病房管理评分(92.47±3.77)分均高于对照组(75.61±5.22)分、(76.72±4.16)分、(74.27±3.86)分、(80.65±3.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操作水平(90.38±2.98)分、基础护理(90.35±3.63)分、服务态度(88.36±3.36)分、护理记录评分(88.71±3.69)分均高于对照组(80.78±3.13)分、(84.65±5.44)分、(78.46±4.63)分、(76.51±3.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者依从性方面,观察组(90.74%)优于对照组(80.56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者满意度方面,观察组(89.81%)优于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医护理管理中采用中医特色护理质量评价管理模式,能够提高护理质量及效果,改善患者依从程度,促进护患和谐,值得推广。 展开更多

周围性面瘫患者针灸治疗前后面部表情肌弹性与面神经功能评分的相关性 被引量:14

目的应用剪切波弹性成像动态评估周围性面瘫患者针灸治疗前后面部表情肌弹性变化,探讨其与面神经功能评分的相关性。方法选取在我院接受针灸治疗的50例周围性单侧面瘫患者,应用剪切波弹性成像评估针灸治疗前及治疗1、3、7、14、28 d面... 目的应用剪切波弹性成像动态评估周围性面瘫患者针灸治疗前后面部表情肌弹性变化,探讨其与面神经功能评分的相关性。方法选取在我院接受针灸治疗的50例周围性单侧面瘫患者,应用剪切波弹性成像评估针灸治疗前及治疗1、3、7、14、28 d面部双侧表情肌(额肌、降口角肌、降下唇肌)的弹性模量值;同时应用面神经功能评分评估周围性面瘫程度。比较针灸治疗前、后弹性模量值和面神经功能评分的变化;分析患侧额肌、降口角肌、降下唇肌不同时间点弹性模量值与面神经功能评分的相关性。结果周围性面瘫患者患侧额肌、降口角肌、降下唇肌治疗前及治疗各时间点的弹性模量值均低于健侧,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);随着针灸治疗次数增加,患侧额肌、降口角肌、降下唇肌的弹性模量值逐渐增加,其中患侧额肌治疗3、7、14、28 d的弹性模量值均明显高于治疗前,患侧降口角肌治疗7、14、28 d的弹性模量值均明显高于治疗前,患侧降下唇肌治疗14、28 d的弹性模量值均明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。而健侧表情肌随着针灸治疗时间延长,其弹性模量值无明显变化。随着针灸治疗时间延长,患侧面神经功能评分逐渐升高,其中治疗3、7、14、28 d面神经功能评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);且治疗7 d时评分上升速率最快。相关性分析显示,患侧额肌、降口角肌、降下唇肌不同时间点的弹性模量值与其面神经功能评分均呈正相关(r=0.704、0.739、0.815,均P<0.001)。结论剪切波弹性成像可动态评估周围性面瘫患者针灸治疗前后面部表情肌的弹性变化,且其与面神经功能评分相关,为临床周围性面瘫治疗效果提供了重要影像学依据。 展开更多

一种土地类型标签精细化的GNSS-R土壤湿度反演方法 被引量:1

针对传统的星基全球导航卫星系统反射测量(global navigation satellite system–reflectometry,GNSS-R)技术在土壤湿度反演中对土地覆盖类型信息利用不全面的问题,引入基于国际地圈生物圈计划(international geosphere biosphere progr... 针对传统的星基全球导航卫星系统反射测量(global navigation satellite system–reflectometry,GNSS-R)技术在土壤湿度反演中对土地覆盖类型信息利用不全面的问题,引入基于国际地圈生物圈计划(international geosphere biosphere programme,IGBP)分类的土地覆盖类型数据,考虑不同土地类型间的相似性和差异性,根据语义关系设计了精细化的特征标签,并将其加入BP(back propagation)神经网络中构建土壤湿度反演模型。利用该方法得到的土壤湿度与参考值的相关系数为0.85,均方根误差为0.060 cm^(3)/cm^(3),相比于已有的IGBP编号标签法,反演精度提升了7.7%。结果表明,精细化土地覆盖类型标签法可以更大程度地利用土地覆盖信息,不依赖植被、地表粗糙度等辅助数据,有效实现土壤湿度反演。 展开更多

The full solution-processed oxide thin-film-transistors(TFTs) have the advantages of transparency, ease of large-area fabrication, and low cost, offering great potential applications in switching and driving fields, and attracting extensive research interest. However, the performance of the solution-processed TFTs is generally lower than that of the vacuum-deposited ones. In this article, the full-solution processed TFTs with zinc-tin-oxide(ZTO) semiconductor and aluminium(Al_2O_3) dielectrics were fabricated, and their mobilities in the saturation region are high. Besides, the effect of the Al_2O_3 dielectrics' preparation technology on ZTO TFTs' performance was studied. Comparing the ZTO TFTs using the spin-coated Al_2O_3 dielectrics of 1–4 layers, the ZTO TFT with 3-layer Al_2O_3 dielectrics achieved the optimal performance as its field-effect carrier mobility in the saturation region is 112 cm^2/V s, its threshold voltage is 2.4 V, and its on-to-off current ratio is 2.8×105. This is also the highest reported carrier mobility of the solution-processed ZTO TFTs. 展开更多

The hole and electron mobilities of the amorphous films of the organic semiconductor 4,4′-N,N′-dicarbazole-biphenyl (CBP) at different electric fields were measured through the time of flight (TOF) method. Based on its crystalline structure, the hole and electron mobilities of CBP were calculated. A detailed comparison between experimental and theoretical results is necessary for further understanding its charge transport properties. In order to do this, charge mobilities at zero electric field, μ(0), were deduced from experimental data as a link between experimental and theoretical data. It was found that the electron transport of CBP is less affected by traps compared with its hole transport. This unusual phenomenon can be understood through the distributions of frontier molecular orbitals. We showed that designing materials with frontier molecular orbitals localized at the center of the molecule has the potency to reduce the influence of traps on charge transport and provide new insights into designing high mobility charge transport materials. 展开更多

Short range order model is commonly used to explain the charge transport property of disordered organic semiconductors.However,its validity is not yet studied.In this paper,the hole and electron mobilities of a bipolar material,N,N'-dicarbazolyl-1,4dimethene-benzene(DCB),were measured through time of flight method.The hole and electron mobilities of DCB based on the crystalline structure were calculated.In order to investigate the short range order model,the ratios of charge mobilities at zero electric field of holes to electrons were calculated.The results showed that this model cannot fully explain our case.The reason was discussed in detail,and a correction method was proposed.We showed that using the short range order model without preconditions to explain the charge transport property of amorphous materials may lead to deviations,which is often neglected in the past. 展开更多

A series of tetracene-doped anthracene crystals with different doping concentrations(the highest mo-lar ratio 100:1) are grown from solution.Crystal structures and optical characteristics of the above mixed crystals are investigated at room temperature.By changing the doping concentrations,the fluorescence can be adjusted from blue-green to green and even to yellow-green.The emission spectra of anthracene/tetracene(An/Te) mixed crystals reveal the sensitized fluorescence of tetracene and the partial quenching of anthracene emission.The data of transient photoluminescence(PL) decays illus-trate that in An/Te mixed crystals,the decay of anthracene becomes faster,while the PL lifetime of tet-racene is longer than that of the tetracene single crystals.All above experimental results suggest that there is excitation energy transfer from anthracene to tetracene in the mixed crystals. 展开更多
