基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,研究了二维应变作用下LiFeAs超导薄膜的磁性结构、电子能带和态密度变化,分析了应变对其超导电性的作用.结果显示,对体系施加1%—6%的二维平面张、压应变均不改变其基态条形反铁磁性结构,费米面附近... 基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,研究了二维应变作用下LiFeAs超导薄膜的磁性结构、电子能带和态密度变化,分析了应变对其超导电性的作用.结果显示,对体系施加1%—6%的二维平面张、压应变均不改变其基态条形反铁磁性结构,费米面附近的电子态密度主要来自于Fe-3d轨道电子以及少量的As-4p电子.研究发现,与无应变情形相比,当施加压应变时,体系中Fe离子的反平行的电子自旋局域磁矩减小,薄膜反铁磁性受到抑制,费米面上电子态密度增加,超导电性来自于以反铁磁超交换耦合作用为媒介的空穴型费米面和电子型费米面间嵌套的Cooper电子对.而在张应变作用时,局域反铁磁性增强,费米面上电子态密度减小,金属性减弱,特别是张应变时费米面上空穴型能带消失, Cooper电子对出现概率显著降低,将抑制超导相变. 展开更多

基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,系统地研究了过渡金属原子插层的单层氧化/氢化石墨烯的磁学性质和铁电性质.在考虑了电子在位库仑作用和自旋轨道耦合作用下,得到了过渡金属Fe、Cr插层形成的C_(2)X_(2)TM二维单层膜的稳定结构以及基... 基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,系统地研究了过渡金属原子插层的单层氧化/氢化石墨烯的磁学性质和铁电性质.在考虑了电子在位库仑作用和自旋轨道耦合作用下,得到了过渡金属Fe、Cr插层形成的C_(2)X_(2)TM二维单层膜的稳定结构以及基态磁性结构,研究了不同应变作用下C_(2)X_(2)TM的磁性、能带、铁电极化以及电子结构的变化.结果发现,对于任何应变下的C_(2)X_(2)TM其基态磁性都为手性逆时针反铁磁结构.在无应变时体系存在一个较大的离子翻转势垒,通过外加双轴应变,可有效调控体系的势垒高度和能隙,发现25%应变下C_(2)O_(2) Cr和30%应变时C_(2)O_(2) Fe单层薄膜具有与GeS等二维铁电材料相近的铁电极化和翻转势垒,这些研究结果表明C_(2)O_(2) Fe(Cr)单层薄膜是一种新型二维多铁性材料. 展开更多

We study the temperature T and the phase of the Josephson critical current I(φ)by taking into account theroughness scattering effect at inerface in an f-wave superconductor(S)/Insulator layer(I)/f-wave superconductor(S)junction.It is found that the Josephson critical currents in f-wave S/f-wave S,the barrier strength and the roughnessstrength at inerface always suppress the Andreev reflection.When α=β,the phase dependence of the Josephson currentI(φ)between two f-wave S is predicted to be simφ;particularly,when α≠β,the phase dependence of the Josephsoncurrent I(φ)between two f-wave superconductors is not predicted to be sin φ and with the barrier strength increasing,the period of the I((φ)turns decrease. 展开更多

Taking into account the quantum size effect and the spin dependence of the electronic band structure,and including the spin dependence of the scattering from bulk impurities and two different sets of surface roughness,wepresent a theory on the electronic transport in magnetic film,in which the average autocorrelation function (ACF) forsurface roughness is described by a Gaussion model.Our result shows that the conductivity is a sensitive function ofsurface roughness and exchange energy.It is also found that in the thin film limit and in the lower-order approximationof the surface scattering,the total conductivity is given by a sum of conductivities of all the subbands and the two spinchannels,for each subband and each spin channel the scattering rates due to the impurities and two surfaces are additive. 展开更多
