Objectives:The pro-oncogenic effects of NCAPD2 have been extensively studied across various tumor types;however,its precise role within the context of lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)remains elusive.This study aims to elucid...Objectives:The pro-oncogenic effects of NCAPD2 have been extensively studied across various tumor types;however,its precise role within the context of lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)remains elusive.This study aims to elucidate the biological functions of NCAPD2 in LUAD and unravel the underlying mechanistic pathways.Methods:Utilizing bioinformatics methodologies,we explored the differential expression of NCAPD2 between normal and tumor samples,along with its correlations with clinical-pathological characteristics,survival prognosis,and immune infiltration.Results:In the TCGA-LUAD dataset,tumor samples demonstrated significantly elevated levels of NCAPD2 expression compared to normal samples(p<0.001).Clinically,higher NCAPD2 expression was notably associated with advanced T,N,and M stages,pathologic stage,gender,smoking status,and diminished overall survival(OS).Moreover,differentially expressed genes(DEGs)associated with NCAPD2 were predominantly enriched in pathways related to cell division.Immune infiltration analysis revealed that NCAPD2 expression levels were linked to the infiltration of memory B cells,naïve CD4+T cells,activated memory CD4+T cells,and M1 macrophages.In vitro experiments demonstrated that silencing NCAPD2 suppressed LUAD cell proliferation,migration,invasion,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),and cell cycle progression.Conclusions:In summary,NCAPD2 may represent a promising prognostic biomarker and novel therapeutic target for LUAD.展开更多

Employing rigorous longitudinal statistical methods, the study examines the progress achieved over the past two decades. Notably, domestic researchers have displayed considerable interest in the study of Lu You’s English translation works since 2001. The research on the English translation of Lu You’s poetry reveals a diverse range of perspectives, indicating a rich body of scholarship. However, several challenges persist, including insufficient research, limited translation coverage, and a noticeable focus on specific poems such as “Phoenix Hairpin” in the realm of English translation research. Consequently, there is ample room for improvement in the quality of research output on the English translation of Lu You’s poems, as well as its recognition within the academic community. Building on these findings, it is argued that future investigations pertaining to the English translation of Lu You’s poetry should transcend the boundaries of textual analysis and encompass broader theoretical perspectives and research methodologies. A series of laboratory tests and in-situ monitoring in deep tunnels excavated by tunnel boring machine (TBM) and drill-and-blast (D&B) method have been conducted to understand the mechanisms and processes of the evolution of different types of rockbursts, including strain rockburst, strain-structure slip rockburst, immediate rockburst and time-delayed rockburst. Three different risk assessment methods are proposed to evaluate the intensity and potential failure depth of rockbursts. These methods can be applied before excavation and the results can be updated according to the real-time information during excavation. Two micro-seismicity based real-time warning systems have been established for predicting various intensities ofrockbursts, such as slight, moderate, intensive and extremely intensive rockbursts. Meanwhile, the probability and intensity of the rockburst are also given. The strategy for excavation and support design has been suggested for various intensities of rockbursts before excavation. The strategy for dynamic control of the rockburst evolution process is also proposed according to the monitoring results. The methodology has been successfully applied to rockburst risk reduction for deep tunnels at Jinping II hydropower project. The results have illustrated the applicability of the proposed methodology and techniques concerning rockbursts.展开更多

A new variational method treating the system as a whole with rigorous mathematical and physical derivation was presented in this paper.Combined with classical and engineering examples,variational energy expressions of...A new variational method treating the system as a whole with rigorous mathematical and physical derivation was presented in this paper.Combined with classical and engineering examples,variational energy expressions of slopes were derived.In addition,the calculation programs were written in the FISH language set in FLAC3D(fast Lagrangian analysis of continua in three dimensions)software.Factors of safety(FOSs)of the models were determined by the variational method based on the strength reduction method(SRM)and then compared with other criteria or methods.The result showed that the variational method reflected the process of slope plasticity and failure uniformly and was feasible to analyze the stability of inhomogeneous slopes.The method was applicable to both two-dimensional and three-dimensional heterogeneous slopes.The small error with other criteria or methods also showed the accuracy of this method.This method unified other criteria,avoided the artificial error of other criteria,and provided a logical derivation for the instability of heterogeneous slope.This method considered the system as a whole and avoided the shortcomings of the general method of one-sided instability analysis.The proposed method is of great significance as it considers the coupling effect of stress and strain of materials and gives the mechanical basis for the instability of complex slopes.展开更多

Regulating the coordination environment of transition-metal based materials in the axial direction with heteroatoms has shown great potential in boosting the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).The coordination configurati...Regulating the coordination environment of transition-metal based materials in the axial direction with heteroatoms has shown great potential in boosting the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).The coordination configuration and the regulation method are pivotal and elusive.Here,we report a combined strategy of matrix-activization and controlled-induction to modify the CoN_(4)site by axial coordination of Co-S(Co1N_(4)-S_(1)),which was validated by the aberration-corrected electron microscopy and X-ray absorption fine structure analysis.The optimal Co1N_(4)-S_(1)exhibits an excellent alkaline ORR activity,according to the half-wave potential(0.897 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)),Tafel slope(24.67 mV/dec),and kinetic current density.Moreover,the Co1N_(4)-S_(1)based Zn-air battery displays a high power density of 187.55 mW/cm^(2)and an outstanding charge-discharge cycling stability for 160 h,demonstrating the promising application potential.Theoretical calculations indicate that the better regulation of CoN_(4)on electronic structure and thus the highly efficient ORR performance can be achieved by axial Co-S.展开更多
The bile acid-responsive G-protein-coupled receptor TGR5 is expressed in monocytes and macrophages,and plays a critical role in regulating inflammatory response.Our previous work has shown its role in promoting the pr...The bile acid-responsive G-protein-coupled receptor TGR5 is expressed in monocytes and macrophages,and plays a critical role in regulating inflammatory response.Our previous work has shown its role in promoting the progression of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),yet the mechanism remains unclear.Here,using Tgr5-knockout mice,we show that TGR5 is required for M2 polarization of tumorassociated macrophages(TAMs)and suppresses antitumor immunity in NSCLC via involving TAMsmediated CD8+T cell suppression.Mechanistically,we demonstrate that TGR5 promotes TAMs into protumorigenic M2-like phenotypes via activating c AMP-STAT3/STAT6 signaling.Induction of c AMP production restores M2-like phenotypes in TGR5-deficient macrophages.In NSCLC tissues from human patients,the expression of TGR5 is associated with the infiltration of TAMs.The co-expression of TGR5 and high TAMs infiltration are associated with the prognosis and overall survival of NSCLC patients.Together,this study provides molecular mechanisms for the protumor function of TGR5 in NSCLC,highlighting its potential as a target for TAMs-centric immunotherapy in NSCLC.展开更多
With the rapid economic growth and the deepening awareness of sustainable development,the demand for green and efficient energy storage equipment increases.As a promising energy storage and conversion device,zinc-air ...With the rapid economic growth and the deepening awareness of sustainable development,the demand for green and efficient energy storage equipment increases.As a promising energy storage and conversion device,zinc-air batteries(ZABs)have the advantages of high theoretical specific energy density,low cost,and environmental friendliness.Nevertheless,the efficiency of ZABs is closely related to the electrocatalytic capacity of the air electrode due to its sluggish kinetics for oxygen reduction and evolution reaction(ORR/OER).Therefore,it is necessary to develop efficient catalysts to promote the reaction rate.Recently,cobalt-based materials have become a research hotspot for oxygen electrocatalysts owing to their rich natural content,high catalytic activity,and stability.In this review,the mechanisms of the OER/ORR reaction process,the catalyst's performance characterization,and the various combination methods with the current collector are systematically introduced and analyzed.Further,a broad overview of cobalt-based materials used as electrocatalysts for ZABs is presented,including cobalt-based perovskite,cobalt-nitrogen-carbon(Co-N-C)materials,cobalt oxides,cobalt-containing composite oxides,and cobalt sulfides/phosphides.Finally,various strategies for developing efficient electrocatalysts for ZABs are summarized,highlighting the challenges and future perspectives in designing novel catalysts.展开更多

On the basis of current corruption situation,it came up with recommendations including improving the financial system at the village level,establishing land information network,and reforming functions of village committees in the land management,in order to prevent corruption of village cadres in the land management and establish and improve the clean government mechanism for village cadres.
文摘There is an urgent need for China's rural land transfer in order to develop modern agriculture,ensure food security,transfer rural population,and accelerate industrialization and urbanization.At present,there is still disordered transfer of rural land in China,making the interests of the transferors and transferees difficult to be effectively guaranteed;there is inefficient transfer,leading to decline in actual agricultural production level after transfer;there is jobless transfer,leading to difficult placement for rural surplus labor after transfer,seriously restricting rural land transfer.Therefore,the Chinese government's legal responsibility,economic responsibility and social responsibility in rural land transfer should be further strengthened.

文摘Regulating the coordination environment of transition-metal based materials in the axial direction with heteroatoms has shown great potential in boosting the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).The coordination configuration and the regulation method are pivotal and elusive.Here,we report a combined strategy of matrix-activization and controlled-induction to modify the CoN_(4)site by axial coordination of Co-S(Co1N_(4)-S_(1)),which was validated by the aberration-corrected electron microscopy and X-ray absorption fine structure analysis.The optimal Co1N_(4)-S_(1)exhibits an excellent alkaline ORR activity,according to the half-wave potential(0.897 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)),Tafel slope(24.67 mV/dec),and kinetic current density.Moreover,the Co1N_(4)-S_(1)based Zn-air battery displays a high power density of 187.55 mW/cm^(2)and an outstanding charge-discharge cycling stability for 160 h,demonstrating the promising application potential.Theoretical calculations indicate that the better regulation of CoN_(4)on electronic structure and thus the highly efficient ORR performance can be achieved by axial Co-S.

文摘The bile acid-responsive G-protein-coupled receptor TGR5 is expressed in monocytes and macrophages,and plays a critical role in regulating inflammatory response.Our previous work has shown its role in promoting the progression of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),yet the mechanism remains unclear.Here,using Tgr5-knockout mice,we show that TGR5 is required for M2 polarization of tumorassociated macrophages(TAMs)and suppresses antitumor immunity in NSCLC via involving TAMsmediated CD8+T cell suppression.Mechanistically,we demonstrate that TGR5 promotes TAMs into protumorigenic M2-like phenotypes via activating c AMP-STAT3/STAT6 signaling.Induction of c AMP production restores M2-like phenotypes in TGR5-deficient macrophages.In NSCLC tissues from human patients,the expression of TGR5 is associated with the infiltration of TAMs.The co-expression of TGR5 and high TAMs infiltration are associated with the prognosis and overall survival of NSCLC patients.Together,this study provides molecular mechanisms for the protumor function of TGR5 in NSCLC,highlighting its potential as a target for TAMs-centric immunotherapy in NSCLC.

文摘With the rapid economic growth and the deepening awareness of sustainable development,the demand for green and efficient energy storage equipment increases.As a promising energy storage and conversion device,zinc-air batteries(ZABs)have the advantages of high theoretical specific energy density,low cost,and environmental friendliness.Nevertheless,the efficiency of ZABs is closely related to the electrocatalytic capacity of the air electrode due to its sluggish kinetics for oxygen reduction and evolution reaction(ORR/OER).Therefore,it is necessary to develop efficient catalysts to promote the reaction rate.Recently,cobalt-based materials have become a research hotspot for oxygen electrocatalysts owing to their rich natural content,high catalytic activity,and stability.In this review,the mechanisms of the OER/ORR reaction process,the catalyst's performance characterization,and the various combination methods with the current collector are systematically introduced and analyzed.Further,a broad overview of cobalt-based materials used as electrocatalysts for ZABs is presented,including cobalt-based perovskite,cobalt-nitrogen-carbon(Co-N-C)materials,cobalt oxides,cobalt-containing composite oxides,and cobalt sulfides/phosphides.Finally,various strategies for developing efficient electrocatalysts for ZABs are summarized,highlighting the challenges and future perspectives in designing novel catalysts.
