Two magnetic monopole models (i.e., model (I, II)) are presented to discuss the energy resources problem based on magnetic monopole catalytic nuclear decay in massive white dwarfs. We find that the luminosities for most of massive white dwarfs increase as the temperature increases. The luminosities of model (II) are agreed well with those of the observations at relativistic high temperature (e.g., T6=1,10), However, the luminosities of the observations can be five orders of magnitude larger than those of model (I). 展开更多

In the process of riveting an MB15 forging die,cracks were discovered emerging along the longitudinal direction and near the riveting hole.Through fracture analysis,microscopic observation,energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination,and hardness test,the properties and causes of the cracks are discussed.The results indicate that the cracking type is intergranular brittle cracking,occurring during the forging stage.Furthermore,the recrystallization at the crack site is found to be incomplete,which is attributed to the low deformation temperature. 展开更多

A new multi-channel motional Stark effect(MSE)diagnostic system has been developed on the upgraded EAST tokamak,which was installed on the port C to observe a tangential neutral beam.A telecentric imaging lens was deployed to ensure uniform illumination from the core to the boundary.A square fiber head which contained 23 fiber bundles was mounted to this imaging lens;each fiber bundle contained 19 fibers and two of them were assigned to CXRS and BES spectrometer,respectively.The angle tuning method was used for matching the Doppler shift of theσcomponent’s wavelength which was caused by the beam voltage.At the present stage,the MSE system only contains ten channels that would be extended to 23 channels in the future,covering a measurement range from R=1.8 to R=2.27 m with a temporal resolution of 10 ms and a spatial resolution of3 cm.The polarization angle-constrained q profiles and current density profiles were reconstructed with EFIT equilibrium reconstructions.In the sawtooth discharges,the q=1 surface position was validated by the ECE signals,which further verified the rationality of the MSE measurement. 展开更多

At present,a growing number of consumer products contain engineered nanoparticle TiO2(nano⁃TiO2),which has resulted in the consequences of nano⁃TiO2 entering the aquatic environment directly or indirectly at some stage.The fate of nano⁃TiO2 in the aquatic environment has become the key factor which affects its safety application and nanoecotoxicology.This paper aims to investigate how the dissolved organic matters(DOM),especially the molecular weight fractions in the aquatic environment,affect the aggregation,stability,and fate of nano⁃TiO2,and the interaction mechanism of DOM and nano⁃TiO2.Results of dynamic light scattering(DLS)showed that the molecular weight of DOM molecules caused different aggregation rates of nano⁃TiO2 in aqueous solution.Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)results indicated the molecular structure is characteristics of DOM fractions and the mechanisms of bonds formation between DOM and nano⁃TiO2.Results of three⁃dimensional excitation⁃emission matrices(3D⁃EEM)confirmed the FTIR results and implied the increase of the stability of theπ-πconjugated system in the presence of DOM.In addition,low molecular weight of DOM fractions appeared to show more affinity with nano⁃TiO2 than high molecular weight fractions. 展开更多

Polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30(PVP) was introduced into the preparation of nanozero-valent iron(n ZVI) and the traditional liquid-phase reduction was improved. The introduction of PVP simplified the traditional method.The n ZVI prepared with this new approach showed excellent surface characters and high performance on the removal of cadmium. TEM results showed that the aggregates of n ZVI can reach to several micrometers in length but less than 100 nm in diameter. The iron particles that were enclosed by a layer of oxide film that is less than10 nm, demonstrated that the n ZVI possesses a core–shell structure. BET results indicate that the specific surface area of the n ZVI was 20.3159 m^2g^(-1). A three factor and three level orthogonal experiment was employed to find out the dominant factor that affects the removal rate of cadmium by n ZVI. Based on the range values, the prominence order of each factor was: initial p H of the solution N initial concentration of cadmium N dosage of n ZVI, the range was 96.453, 3.294 and 1.747, respectively. A simulation was performed under the same condition and a same conclusion was derived, this consistence confirmed the validity of the conclusion that p H is the most significant factor that affects the adsorption efficiency. 展开更多

The dual photo-elastic modulators(PEM) were employed to encode the polarization angle into a time-varying signal. The pitch angle was related to the ratio of modulation amplitude at the second harmonic frequency. A digital harmonic analyzer(DHA) technique was developed for extracting the second harmonic amplitude. The results were validated with a hardware phase lock-in amplifier, and is also consistent with the software dual phase-locking algorithm. 展开更多

Center of gravity(COG)is an important parameter of projectiles and rockets,for which supporting reaction method(or support reaction method)is an important COG measurement method.Based on this supporting reaction method a novel design method is proposed to determine the key design parameters of the COG measurement system.The method can quantitatively analyze the influence of the design parameters on the COG accuracy,in the measurement system designed with supporting reaction method.Using the principle of static balance,the error propagation theory,and the system accuracy analysis method,the equal-range required sensor precision(RSP)surface and non-equal-range required sensor pair precision(RSPP)adapted surface are adopted.The influence of random errors(like sensor accuracy and distance calibration accuracy)is analyzed.The selection strategy of equal-range and non-equal-range sensors is chosen,and then the recommended calibration accuracy values are obtained.For the quality detection accuracy of±0.6 kg and the axial COG detection accuracy of±1.5 mm,the RSP surface is drawn by the proposed method,and the force sensor with±0.23 kg detection accuracy is selected.The experimental verification meets the accuracy requirements and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed design method for the system parameters of the COG measurement equipment. 展开更多

A new intelligent tester system for measuring multiple mechanical properties of foundry molding sand is introduced and has been patented for the invention in China. The testing process can be simultaneously controlled with a build-in chip microcomputer communicating with a PC through a serial port. The testing system applies dynamic testing technology. During the measurement for compression, relaxation, shearing and tensile processes of sand specimens, the corresponding characteristic curves and eight mechanical property parameters can be obtained in a short time, simply by consecutively testing on four sand specimens. The properties and parameters to be measurable by the tester include compressive strength, elastic modulus, plastic deformation threshold, springback potential, shear strength, shear deformation limit, toughness and tensile strength. These properties and parameters for sand specimens can be defined as the corresponding characteristic curves with precise physical meanings, carried out by the tester, Two of them, namely plastic deformation threshold and springback potential, as well as their testing methods, have been invented for the first time. The testing system applying advanced data measurement technology as well as performing excellent functions is an important breakthrough and creativity in foundry molding sand property testing field. The parameters acquired by the testing system are stable, accurate and reliable. The test data can be instantly displayed or printed out or stored in the PC. As evidence, many experimental data obtained by the tester practically from both laboratory and foundry floor tests indicate that the tester system can be widely applied in foundry industry. 展开更多

Due to the high hygroscopicity of the plastic packaging material, the device is inevitably subjected to high temperature or high humidity environment during the production and testing process. After the moisture is expanded, the internal stress is too large, and the delamination and gold wire breakage are formed. At the same time, due to the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) between the plastic packaging material and the materials such as Si and Cu, it is easy to form delamination under a relatively large shear force. The water vapor remaining in the plastic packaging material is the root cause of delamination, and the reflow process and temperature are the predisposing factors leading to delamination. However, it has been found through experiments that different plastic packaging materials have different hygroscopicity and cohesiveness, and they have obvious improvement effects on delamination. 展开更多

花粉虽微小似尘埃,其形态特征的肉眼辨识度低,但花粉作为植物遗传信息携带和传播的重要结构,蕴含着被子植物生物多样性成因的关键密码,可为探索“达尔文恼人之谜”提供一个微形态学的视角。花粉形态具有遗传性和高度多样性,一直被用于... 花粉虽微小似尘埃,其形态特征的肉眼辨识度低,但花粉作为植物遗传信息携带和传播的重要结构,蕴含着被子植物生物多样性成因的关键密码,可为探索“达尔文恼人之谜”提供一个微形态学的视角。花粉形态具有遗传性和高度多样性,一直被用于植物分类、演化、生态、生物地理等方面的研究。然而,已有工作主要聚焦于花粉形状、大小、萌发孔、外壁纹饰和小孢子发生发育等性状,忽略了在整个被子植物范围内对花粉颜色开展系统性研究。本文阐述了花粉颜色形成的化学和遗传物质基础、花粉颜色多样性的生物驱动因子(传粉者偏好、视觉隐匿、二态性选择等)和非生物驱动因子(紫外线、温度、湿度、经纬度等),并介绍了花粉颜色在蜂学、植物组培、食品、园艺学等领域的应用现状,以及目前花粉颜色常见的测量方法。同时,基于近百年已报道的花粉颜色数据,利用Fitch简约法重建了被子植物47科71属花粉颜色的演化式样。最后,结合近年来材料科学、光谱学、人工智能、进化生态学、多组学的发展,对未来开展花粉颜色物理结构基础、人工智能测量、系统性演化分析、颜色形成分子机制等方面的研究提出了思考和建议。 展开更多

Investigating the genetic and developmental characteristics,infection transmission attributes,and epidemiological trends of pathogens using genomic data represents the foundation for pathogen surveillance and is a crucial prerequisite for guaranteeing global health security.To meet the analytical demands of research relating to pathogen prevention and control,we designed a secure visualization system capable of pathogen genome assembly,annotation,species identification,sequence typing,antibiotic resistance and virulence analysis,genomic mobile element and transferable resistance gene annotation,and phylogenetic tree reconstruction.For highly pathogenic organisms requiring complete data protection,we have developed a secure computing tool that utilizes a trusted execution environment,is combined with blockchain and privacy computing technologies,and is specifically designed for nucleotide basic local alignment search tool(BLASTn)comparison analysis.This technological advancement offers scientific support for in‐depth investigations into pathogen transmission and epidemiological mechanisms,environmental adaptability,evolutionary trends,and immune evasion mechanisms,as well as the identification of new or emerging pathogen strains.This,in turn,aids efforts in infectious disease prevention,treatment,and research. 展开更多

大型真菌作为生态系统的主要组成部分,具有重要的生态功能与经济价值。本研究于2020–2022年采用样线法和随机踏查法对北京市大型真菌资源进行调查,共采集标本5,448份。通过形态学与分子生物学方法鉴定物种608种,进一步结合相关文献资... 大型真菌作为生态系统的主要组成部分,具有重要的生态功能与经济价值。本研究于2020–2022年采用样线法和随机踏查法对北京市大型真菌资源进行调查,共采集标本5,448份。通过形态学与分子生物学方法鉴定物种608种,进一步结合相关文献资料确定北京市大型真菌共619种,隶属于2门6纲22目93科277属,其中担子菌门595种,子囊菌门24种,中国新记录种5种,北京新记录种120种。基于以上物种名录开展物种组成和区系地理分析以及资源评价,结果表明:含10种以上的优势科共19科,占总物种数的59.61%,主要有:蘑菇科、多孔菌科、小脆柄菇科、红菇科、口蘑科等;含5种以上的优势属有33属,占总物种数的38.13%,主要有:丝膜菌属(Cortinarius)、裸脚伞属(Gymnopus)、丝盖伞属(Inocybe)、白环蘑属(Leucoagaricus)、红菇属(Russula)等。北京市大型真菌以世界广布属(61.37%)和北温带分布属(31.05%)为主,其次是泛热带分布属(5.42%)。北京市共有食用菌71种、药用菌43种、有毒菌22种、食药兼用菌45种。本研究结果为北京市大型真菌的物种多样性保护以及资源利用提供了科学依据。 展开更多

目的:观察超声乳化白内障吸除术陡峭轴透明角膜切口对手术源性散光(SIA)的长期变化特点。方法:回顾性病例研究。收集2018年1月1日至2021年3月1日所有在山东中医药大学附属眼科医院进行白内障手术符合纳排标准的患者56例(63眼,右眼32只,... 目的:观察超声乳化白内障吸除术陡峭轴透明角膜切口对手术源性散光(SIA)的长期变化特点。方法:回顾性病例研究。收集2018年1月1日至2021年3月1日所有在山东中医药大学附属眼科医院进行白内障手术符合纳排标准的患者56例(63眼,右眼32只,左眼31只)。所有患者均行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入手术,手术由同一医师完成,采用IOL-Master 700测量并记录术前及术后于2021年10月1日至12月31日随访患者的角膜曲率、角膜散光陡峭轴及平坦轴的屈光力和轴向,运用矢量分析法计算SIA。比较不同眼别、不同陡峭轴方向角膜切口(顺规散光组对应上方切口组、逆规散光组对应颞侧切口组、斜轴散光组对应斜轴切口组)、不同时间段(白内障术后36~48个月组、24~36个月组、12~24个月组)及使用不同计算方法的SIA(矢量分析法与质心法)。采用单因素方差齐性检验与独立样本t检验进行数据分析。结果:63眼中,不同眼别比较SIA,右眼为(0.45±0.19)D,左眼为(0.48±0.34)D,二者差异有统计学意义(t=0.43,P=0.045);不同陡峭轴方向切口比较SIA,顺规散光组对应上方切口组、逆规散光组对应颞侧切口组、斜轴散光组对应斜轴切口组分别为(0.44±0.36)D、(0.47±0.23)D、(0.50±0.20)D,三者差异无统计学意义(F=0.22,P=0.800);术后3个时间段比较差异无统计学意义(F=0.28,P=0.756);使用矢量分析法计算与质心法计算SIA比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.08,P=0.800)。结论:通过矢量分析法计算SIA,右眼手术切口的SIA明显小于左眼切口,但在所有患者中不同陡峭轴方向切口、不同时间段、不同计算方法后的SIA均无明显变化。 展开更多

大型真菌具有重要的生态价值和经济价值,但由于环境污染、气候变化、生境丧失与破碎化,以及资源过度利用等因素,其生物多样性受到严重威胁。为了全面评估中国大型真菌的生存状况,国家生态环境部(原环境保护部)联合中国科学院于2016年启... 大型真菌具有重要的生态价值和经济价值,但由于环境污染、气候变化、生境丧失与破碎化,以及资源过度利用等因素,其生物多样性受到严重威胁。为了全面评估中国大型真菌的生存状况,国家生态环境部(原环境保护部)联合中国科学院于2016年启动了《中国生物多样性红色名录--大型真菌卷》的编制工作。经广泛和全面收集文献资料,依据IUCN物种红色名录等级与标准,结合大型真菌特点和国内研究现状,制定了中国大型真菌红色名录评估方法和流程,动员和组织了全国相关研究力量,对9,302种大型真菌的受威胁状况进行了评估。结果显示,中国大型真菌受威胁物种(包括疑似灭绝、极危、濒危、易危)共97个,占被评估物种总数的1.04%;近危101种,占总数的1.09%;无危2,764种,占总数的29.71%;数据不足6,340种,占总数的68.16%。此次评估工作汇集了全国140多位专家的智慧,是国内外迄今为止涉及物种数量最大、类群范围最宽、覆盖地域最广、参与人员最多的一次大型真菌生存状况评估,对我国大型真菌多样性保护与管理具有重要意义。 展开更多

红色名录是制定科学、有效的物种保护战略与行动计划的基础和依据。自2000年起, 中国菌物学者开始探索真菌红色名录的制定, 包括采用IUCN评估等级和标准对中国大型真菌受威胁状况进行初步评估, 但与国际上采用的IUCN标准并未完全接轨, ... 红色名录是制定科学、有效的物种保护战略与行动计划的基础和依据。自2000年起, 中国菌物学者开始探索真菌红色名录的制定, 包括采用IUCN评估等级和标准对中国大型真菌受威胁状况进行初步评估, 但与国际上采用的IUCN标准并未完全接轨, 且评估的物种数量少, 所涉及的地理范围较为狭窄, 难以反映中国大型真菌的整体受威胁状况。我们组织全国140余位真菌专家, 采用IUCN评估等级和标准对我国已知的227科1,298属9,302种大型真菌的受威胁状况进行了评估, 结果发现97种大型真菌处于受威胁状态, 并编制了首个国家范围的“中国大型真菌红色名录”。本文基于该评估结果, 并结合中国大型真菌保护现状, 针对存在的主要问题与挑战, 建议从5个方面加强对大型真菌的保护: (1)健全法律法规和政策体系; (2)完善就地保护体系, 提升迁地保护能力; (3)深入开展野外调查, 构建监测网络; (4)加强大型真菌的科普教育, 提高公众保护意识; (5)加大资金投入, 提升科技支撑能力。 展开更多

基于调查获得的数据开展生物多样性相关传统知识评估,明确面临的主要压力和保护空缺,可为相关管理部门决策提供科学依据。指标是开展评估的主要工具,但是目前尚未有关于生物多样性相关传统知识评估指标体系的文献报道。我们基于压力-状... 基于调查获得的数据开展生物多样性相关传统知识评估,明确面临的主要压力和保护空缺,可为相关管理部门决策提供科学依据。指标是开展评估的主要工具,但是目前尚未有关于生物多样性相关传统知识评估指标体系的文献报道。我们基于压力-状态-响应(pressure-state-response, PSR)模型,充分考虑生物多样性相关传统知识的基本特征、主要威胁因子、保护和传承措施,初步构建了区域和国家尺度的生物多样性相关传统知识评估指标体系。然后通过专家咨询,确定了30项指标,其中压力指标7项、状态指标14项、响应指标9项。这些指标不仅可以用于生物多样性相关传统知识的综合评估,还可以对其基本状况、受威胁状况、保护与传承状况、相关遗传资源进行单独评价。此外,基于评估参数计算的数据需求,我们借鉴国内外民族植物学和生物多样性相关传统知识调查的主要研究成果,建立了"全国生物多样性相关传统知识调查技术方法体系",并通过试点调查进行修改完善。"全国生物多样性相关传统知识调查"以关键人物访谈、问卷调查和参与观察为主,并辅以生物学和生态学调查;采用滚雪球抽样法对目标群体进行抽样,确定访谈对象。 展开更多
