云南省北部地区6~12岁儿童棘球蚴病血清流行病学调查 被引量:1

目的了解云南省北部地区6~12岁儿童棘球蚴病血清抗体水平。方法按照《全国包虫病流行病学调查方案》,于2013-2017年对迪庆、大理等9个州(市)的德钦、香格里拉、维西、洱源等28个县(市、区)采用分层抽样的方法抽取87所小学,对6~12岁儿童... 目的了解云南省北部地区6~12岁儿童棘球蚴病血清抗体水平。方法按照《全国包虫病流行病学调查方案》,于2013-2017年对迪庆、大理等9个州(市)的德钦、香格里拉、维西、洱源等28个县(市、区)采用分层抽样的方法抽取87所小学,对6~12岁儿童采集血样,采用ELISA法检测棘球蚴IgG抗体,组间血清抗体阳性率比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果共检测6~12岁儿童13913人,血清抗体阳性236人,阳性率为1.7%。9个州(市)中以迪庆州阳性率最高,为2.22%(92/4134);曲靖市阳性率最低,为0.64%(4/625)。28个县(市、区)中以剑川县阳性率最高,为3.18%(8/251);贡山县阳性率最低,为0.28%(1/349)。不同地州之间阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.42,P<0.05)。男性儿童阳性率为2.01%(143/7109),女性儿童为1.37%(93/6804),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.54,P<0.01)。按年龄分组,以12岁组阳性率最高,为2.43%(85/3491);6岁组最低,为0.68%(3/436)。不同年龄组间阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.91,P>0.05)。按调查地区生产方式分组,阳性率由高至低依次为:牧区2.41%(76/3149),半农半牧区1.93%(128/6629),农区0.77%(32/4135),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=33.11,P<0.01)。半农半牧区男女儿童阳性率分别为2.43%和1.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.91,P<0.01)。藏族、白族、傈僳族、纳西族、彝族、汉族6个民族儿童占总调查儿童人数的96.56%(13435/13913),且主要聚集在滇西北地区,其中以牧区藏族儿童血清抗体阳性率较高,为2.6%(51/1960);其次为半农半牧区的白族儿童,为2.11%(58/2749),傈僳族1.82%(53/2879),纳西族1.68%(12/713),彝族1.46%(25/1708)。不同民族儿童阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.87,P<0.01)。结论云南省北部地区儿童棘球蚴病血清抗体阳性率处于较低水平,但局部地区尚高,因此应进一步加强对当地儿童的健康教育并采取相应的防治措施,从而降低儿童感染包虫病的风险。 展开更多

通过分析铁皮石斛类纤维素合成酶(cellulase synthase-like, Csl)的氨基酸序列特征,挖掘与多糖合成相关的Csl基因,从而为参与多糖代谢的铁皮石斛Csl蛋白的后续研究提供有力参考。本研究在生物信息学层面,对铁皮石斛21条完整Csl蛋白序列... 通过分析铁皮石斛类纤维素合成酶(cellulase synthase-like, Csl)的氨基酸序列特征,挖掘与多糖合成相关的Csl基因,从而为参与多糖代谢的铁皮石斛Csl蛋白的后续研究提供有力参考。本研究在生物信息学层面,对铁皮石斛21条完整Csl蛋白序列的理化性质、导肽、信号肽、疏水性/亲水性、跨膜结构域、蛋白质高级结构及功能域等进行预测分析,并与拟南芥的Csl蛋白进行了同源比对并构建系统进化树。结果表明,CslD2a/b/c、CslD4、CslG3b为酸性蛋白,其余为碱性蛋白;Leu、Ser、Ala、Phe、Val和Ille等氨基酸是铁皮石斛Csl蛋白的主要氨基酸;铁皮石斛Csl蛋白具有明显的疏水区和亲水区,都存在跨膜结构。蛋白质二级结构的主要元件是α-螺旋、无规则卷曲和延伸链。与拟南芥的进化分析显示,铁皮石斛Csl蛋白基因被分为3大分支,CslA和CslC归为一支,CslB/E/G/H归为一支,CslD归为一支。本研究系统分析了铁皮石斛Csl蛋白的序列特征,可为今后深入研究该蛋白在铁皮石斛多糖代谢上的功能提供参考。 展开更多

In this paper,bottom contact organic thin-film transistor(OTFT)gas sensors were prepared.Silicon dioxide(SiO2)and titanium/aurum(Ti/Au)were used as the insulating layer and the electrode for the device,respectively.The multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/α-sexithiophene(α-6T)bilayer films were used as the active layer,andα-6T single layer sensitive film was also prepared for comparison purpose.The electrical and trace NO2-sening properties of these two OTFT gas sensors were tested and analyzed.The results showed that,the OTFT device based on MWCNTs/α-6T bilayer had obviously better electrical properties,better stabilities and higher NO2-sening response values than the device withα-6T single layer,in which both the carrier mobility(μ)and on/off current ratio enhanced two order of magnitude.The improved performance of bilayer OTFT can be explained that MWCNTs acted as highly conducting bridges connecting the crystalline terraces in theα-6T film.Threshold voltage(VT),carrier mobility,on/off current ratio and grid current which showed extremely similar variation trend as source-drain current,were optional parameters to reveal the gas-sensing characteristic of OTFT gas sensors.Morphology analysis showed that the special feature of MWCNTs had certain influence on the gas-sensing properties. 展开更多

The bilayer poly(ethylene oxide)/multiple-walled carbon nanotubes(PEO/MWCNTs) and three-layer PEO/MWCNTs/PEO composite thin films were fabricated with the spraying process on the interdigitated transducers(IDTs) as gas sensors for toluene-sensing application.Compared with the bilayer thin film sensor,the sensor with three-layer thin films exhibited higher response values and better recovery property.The microstructures of sensing films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) to indicate that the better sensing response of three-layer thin films might be ascribed to the sufficient adsorption of toluene molecules on the surfaces of upper and bottom PEO films.The selectivity of the three-layer film sensor was further investigated by comparing responses upon exposure to different interference vapors with the response to toluene exposure,and much higher response was observed in the case of toluene.Good repeatability of the three-layer film sensor was also observed. 展开更多
