Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment outcome of 3 cases of Listeria monocytogenes(Lm)meningitis in immunocompetent children,improve clinicians'awareness of the disease.Methods:The clinical features and treatment of Lm meningitis in children admitted to Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2016 to May 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.We summarized related literatures,and compared the selection of antibiotics in children with Lm meningitis reported in cases.Results:All patients had fever,vomiting and other symptoms,CSF as purulent meningitis performance,Ampicillin is currently the first choice of treatment,while meropenem and Linezolid could be administered as alternative drugs for Lm meningitis.Conclusions:For children with meningitis,when the empirical antibiotics treatment fill,the possibility of Lm meningitis should be considered,and antibiotics that can effectively cover Lm should be adjusted in time. 展开更多

Influence of defect states on the performances of planar tin halide perovskite solar cells 被引量:1

Although tin halide perovskite has shown excellent photoelectric performance, its efficiency of solar cell is low compared with that of lead halide. In order to enhance the efficiency of tin halide perovskite solar cell, a deep understanding of the role of the defects in the perovskite absorption layer and at the electron transport layer(ETL)/absorber or absorber/hole transport layer(HTL) interface is very necessary. In this work, the planar heterojunction-based CH_3NH_3SnI_3 perovskite solar cells were simulated with the SCAPS-1D program. Simulation results revealed a great dependence of device efficiency on defect density and interface quality of the perovskite absorber. The defect density at the front interface is critical for high efficiency, and the polarity of the interface charge has a different impact on the device efficiency. Strikingly, an efficiency over 29% was obtained under the moderate simulation conditions. 展开更多

Taking into account defect density in WSe2,interface recombination between ZnO and WSe2,we presented a simulation study of ZnO/crystalline WSe2 heterojunction(HJ) solar cell using wxAMPS simulation software.The optimal conversion efficiency 39.07%for n-ZnO/p-c-WSe2 HJ solar cell can be realized without considering the impact of defects.High defect density(〉 1.0×10^11cm^-2) in c-WSe2 and large trap cross-section(〉 1.0×10^-10cm^2) have serious impact on solar cell efficiency.A thin p-WSe2 layer is intentionally inserted between ZnO layer and c-WSe2 to investigate the effect of the interface recombination.The interface properties are very crucial to the performance of ZnO/c-WSe2 HJ solar cell.The affinity of ZnO value range between 3.7-4.5 eV gives the best conversion efficiency. 展开更多
