中国居民2002—2021年自杀死亡趋势年龄-时期-队列模型分析 被引量:2

目的 探讨中国居民自杀死亡率随年龄、时期、出生队列变化的趋势,为中国自杀预防策略的制定提供理论参考依据。方法 提取《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》中2002至2021年中国居民自杀死亡率数据,采用美国国家癌症研究所的年龄-时期-队列模型网... 目的 探讨中国居民自杀死亡率随年龄、时期、出生队列变化的趋势,为中国自杀预防策略的制定提供理论参考依据。方法 提取《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》中2002至2021年中国居民自杀死亡率数据,采用美国国家癌症研究所的年龄-时期-队列模型网络工具进行统计分析,计算自杀死亡率的年龄效应、时期效应和出生队列效应。结果 中国居民2002至2021年自杀死亡率呈下降趋势,男性和女性的自杀死亡率分别由2002年的14.20/10万(标准化率21.27/10万)和13.90/10万(标准化率17.84/10万)下降至2021年的6.65/10万(标准化率6.42/10万)和4.73/10万(标准化率4.29/10万)。年龄-时期-队列模型结果显示,所有年龄组男性居民自杀死亡率年净漂移值为-4.294%[95%CI(-4.758%,-3.829%)],女性居民为-7.106%[95%CI(-7.653%,-6.556%)]。不同性别人群自杀死亡率的年龄效应有较大差异,0~45岁年龄组女性自杀死亡率高于男性,45岁以上年龄组则是男性高于女性;分别以2007—2011年作为时期对照和以1962—1966年作为出生队列对照组,不同性别人群自杀死亡风险均呈下降趋势。结论 中国居民2002至2021年自杀死亡率呈下降趋势,受时期和出生队列的影响较大,15~35岁女性和45岁以上男性是重点人群,应予以重点防控。 展开更多

目的探讨中国居民急性心肌梗死死亡率随年龄、时期、出生队列的变化趋势,为制定急性心肌梗死预防策略提供参考。方法提取《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》中2002至2021年中国居民急性心肌梗死死亡率数据,采用年龄-时期-队列模型网络工具进行统... 目的探讨中国居民急性心肌梗死死亡率随年龄、时期、出生队列的变化趋势,为制定急性心肌梗死预防策略提供参考。方法提取《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》中2002至2021年中国居民急性心肌梗死死亡率数据,采用年龄-时期-队列模型网络工具进行统计分析,计算急性心肌梗死死亡率的年龄效应、时期效应和出生队列效应。结果中国居民2002至2021年急性心肌梗死死亡率呈上升趋势,城市和乡村的急性心肌梗死死亡率分别由2002年的16.46/10万(标准化率26.83/10万)和12.00/10万(标准化率27.48/10万)上升至2021年的63.25/10万(标准化率43.39/10万)和78.62/10万(标准化率81.85/10万)。年龄-时期-队列模型结果显示,城市居民急性心肌梗死死亡率年净漂移值为3.023%[95%CI(2.591%,3.456%)],乡村居民为7.174%[95%CI(6.475%,7.878%)]。不同人群急性心肌梗死死亡率的年龄效应有较大差异,在同一出生队列下随年龄的增长,乡村居民急性心肌梗死死亡率变化趋势显著高于城市居民。结论中国居民2002至2021年急性心肌梗死死亡率总体呈先上升后趋于平稳且稳中有降的变化趋势,70岁以上老年人群体,尤其是乡村老年人是重点人群,应予以重点防控。 展开更多

京杭大运河二通道整治工程近接穿越大量软土场地既有桥梁,工程开挖扰动不可避免会对桥梁桩基稳定性造成影响。以杭州市海宁段某既有桥梁下方航道近接开挖为例,采用饱和非饱和理论开展软土场地航道近接既有桥梁工程施工过程数值模拟,探... 京杭大运河二通道整治工程近接穿越大量软土场地既有桥梁,工程开挖扰动不可避免会对桥梁桩基稳定性造成影响。以杭州市海宁段某既有桥梁下方航道近接开挖为例,采用饱和非饱和理论开展软土场地航道近接既有桥梁工程施工过程数值模拟,探讨航道开挖、通航对桥梁桩基周边地下水水位及桩基稳定性的影响。结果表明:航道开挖将导致桥梁桩基周围土体孔压减小,且因受主动土压力影响,桩基将产生轻微沉降,并向开挖区偏移,最大变形出现在距离桩顶约3/8桩长处;通航后桥梁桩基周围土体孔压增大,其导致桥梁桩基上浮,并向非开挖侧偏移;总体上开挖扰动对桩基稳定性的影响远大于通航水位抬升的影响,航道近接开挖施工将造成既有桥梁桩基向航道偏移。研究成果可为软土场地航道近接开挖对既有桥梁桩基稳定性控制提供借鉴。 展开更多

目的检测伴抑郁的慢性湿疹患者外周血中同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy),并探讨其与疾病的相关性。方法回顾性调查2012年6月-2017年6月该院皮肤性病科门诊就诊的108慢性湿疹患者,根据PHQ-9抑郁量表评分情况分为对照组47例(不伴抑郁的慢性湿疹组)... 目的检测伴抑郁的慢性湿疹患者外周血中同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy),并探讨其与疾病的相关性。方法回顾性调查2012年6月-2017年6月该院皮肤性病科门诊就诊的108慢性湿疹患者,根据PHQ-9抑郁量表评分情况分为对照组47例(不伴抑郁的慢性湿疹组)和观察组61例(伴抑郁的慢性湿疹组)。评估两组患者的一般临床资料。比较两组患者外周血Hcy及维生素B12水平,同时比较两组患者皮损面积及严重程度指数(EASI)评分及患者瘙痒评分(VAS)。采用Spearman法进行Hcy、维生素B12值与伴抑郁的慢性湿疹患者临床特征的相关性分析;并分析观察组中抑郁评分与Hcy、维生素B12值、EASI评分、VAS评分的相关性。结果两组患者的性别、年龄和病程比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组外周血Hcy水平和维生素B12水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的外周血Hcy水平高于对照组,维生素B12水平低于对照组。但两组患者的EASI评分及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过对观察组进行Spearman相关性分析发现,Hcy水平与EASI评分、VAS评分呈正相关;维生素B12水平与EASI评分、VAS评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。而且,Hcy与维生素B12水平呈负相关(r=-0.503,P=0.000)。抑郁评分与Hcy、EASI评分及VAS评分呈正相关;与维生素B12水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论抑郁与慢性湿疹相互影响,Hcy可能是其机制之一。 展开更多

α-fetoprotein involvement during glucocorticoid-induced precocious maturation in rat colon

AIM:To investigate the role of α-fetoprotein(AFP),a cancer-associated fetal glycoprotein,in glucocorticoidinduced precocious maturation in rat colon.METHODS:Colons from suckling Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this study.Corticosterone acetate at a dose of 100 μg/g body weight was given to normal pups on days 7,9 and 11 after birth to induce hypercorticoidism.Control animals were injected with identical volumes of normal saline.Some rats receiving corticosterone 7 d after birth were also treated with mifepristone(RU38486),a glucocorticoid cytoplasm receptor antagonist to investigate the effects of glucocorticoids(GCs).The morphological changes of the crypt depth and villous height of the villous zone in colon were observed as indicesof colon maturation.Expression levels of AFP in colons were detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting.To identify the cellular localization of AFP in developing rat colons,double-immunofluorescent staining was performed using antibodies to specific mesenchymal cell marker and AFP.RESULTS:Corticosterone increased the crypt depth and villous height in the colon of 8-and 10-d-old rats with hypercorticoidism compared with that in the control animals(120% in 8-d-old rats and 118% in 10-d-old rats in villous height,P = 0.021;145% in 8-d-old rats and 124% in 10-d-old rats in crypt depth,P = 0.017).These increases were accompanied by an increase of AFP expression in both mRNA and protein(2.5-folds in 8-dold and 2.5-folds in 10-d-old rats higher than in control animals,P = 0.035;1.8-folds in 8-d-old and 1.3-folds in 10-d-old rats higher than in control animals,P = 0.023).Increased crypt depth and villous height and increased expression of AFP in the colon of rats with hypercorticoidism were blocked by mifepristone.Both had positive staining for AFP or vimentin,and overlapped in mesenchymal cells at each tested colon.CONCLUSION:GCs promote the development of rat colon.AFP appears to be involved,in part,in mediating the effects of GCs in the developmental colon. 展开更多

Four kinds of antifungal compounds from an extract of Paenibacillus polymyxa A21 with molecular masses of 883.56, 897.59, 947.55, and 961.58 Da were characterized as the members of fusaricidin-type of antibiotics according to LC-MS analysis. Fusaricidins isolated from culture filtrate displayed high antagonistic activity against several plant fungal pathogens, especially Botrytis cinerea, the causal agent of gray mold. The fusaricidins biosynthetic gene cluster(BGC) from A21 was cloned by PCR and comparative cluster analysis revealed that gene fus TE, the 3′ boundary of the fusaricidin BGC in strain PKB1, was not present in fusaricidin BGC of A21, indicating that fus TE is not necessary for fusaricidin synthesis. Fusaricidin extract from A21 significantly reduced gray mold disease incidence and severity on tomato. The m RNA levels for three pathogenesis-related proteins(PRs) revealed that treatment of tomato leaves with fusaricidin extract induced the expression of PR genes to different levels, suggesting that one reason for the reduction of gray mold infection by fusaricidin is induction of PR proteins, which lead to increased resistance to pathogens. This is the first report of the application of fusaricidins to control tomato gray mold and the comparative cluster analysis provides important molecular basis for research on fusaricidin biosynthesis. 展开更多
