In recent years,with the rise of video media such as YouTube and Tik Tok,the short video creation industry has emerged.How to spread China's excellent culture and how to“tell a good Chinese story”have become a hot concern.Using the 5W Model of Communication as a framework for analysis,this paper selects Chinese short videos with high popularity on YouTube as the object of the study.Studies found that the success of these videos was associated with five factors in the process of communication,which are communication main forces,communication content,communication channels,communication audience,and audience effects.Through theoretical and data analysis,the study concluded five strategies in video production to help promote Intercultural communication. 展开更多

目的:评价翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术(ALSCT)中联合应用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)和角膜绷带镜治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:随机对照临床试验。纳入2021-05/2022-11秦皇岛市海港医院眼科收治的翼状胬肉患者71例71眼:A组23眼行翼... 目的:评价翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术(ALSCT)中联合应用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)和角膜绷带镜治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:随机对照临床试验。纳入2021-05/2022-11秦皇岛市海港医院眼科收治的翼状胬肉患者71例71眼:A组23眼行翼状胬肉切除联合ALSCT,B组24眼于术中局部浸润和术后结膜下注射5-FU,C组24眼联合应用5-FU的同时并于术后配戴角膜绷带镜。比较三组患者术后1、3、7、14d的舒适度评分,术后1、3、7、14d,1mo的角膜愈合情况,术后3~6mo的手术疗效和并发症发生率。结果:术后1、3、7d舒适度评分和术后1、3d角膜愈合情况比较,C组患者优于A、B两组。三组间术后14d的舒适度评分和术后14d、1mo的角膜愈合情况比较无差异。随访3~6mo,A组有3眼复发,B组1眼复发,C组无复发。三组患者术后并发症发生率比较无差异。结论:联合应用5-FU和术后配戴角膜绷带镜可以优化翼状胬肉切除联合ALSCT术后眼部体验,加快角膜上皮修复,并提高的手术成功率。 展开更多

胶原因具有良好的亲水性、柔韧性和趋化性、生物相容性、生物降解性,被认为是改善组织再生最重要的生物材料之一,并广泛应用于食品、化妆品以及再生医学领域。但是,在提取过程中,胶原的结构和自然交联键会遭到破坏,导致其机械强度、热... 胶原因具有良好的亲水性、柔韧性和趋化性、生物相容性、生物降解性,被认为是改善组织再生最重要的生物材料之一,并广泛应用于食品、化妆品以及再生医学领域。但是,在提取过程中,胶原的结构和自然交联键会遭到破坏,导致其机械强度、热稳定性和抗酶解能力都低于自然状态。受到天然胶原在组织重塑和修复过程中自然交联的启发,研究人员通过引入外源性交联(化学、物理和生物)来优化胶原基材料的机械强度和稳定性。目前,外源性化学、物理或生物交联已被用于修饰胶原的分子结构,通过这些方法制备的胶原基支架材料的刚度、抗张强度和压缩模量都明显提高,但是材料的延展性降低。这些方法主要是通过限制胶原三螺旋结构分子间α链的自由度,防止胶原微纤维排列的破坏,从而提高胶原的热稳定性和机械强度。另外,通过分子间交联掩盖胶原的酶切割位点,能够提高胶原对酶促降解的抵抗力。但是这些方法仍然有一些缺陷,如存在细胞毒性和降低胶原的活性等。研究者们制备了不同物理结构的胶原基材料(脱细胞基质、海绵、水凝胶、自组装纤维、膜、管和多孔球等),以更好地促进不同组织或器官的再生。因此,了解胶原基材料的交联方法和制备技术进展,对开发新型的胶原基生物支架材料至关重要。本文详细总结了制备胶原基材料的外源性交联方法及其优缺点,归纳了不同物理结构的胶原基材料制备方法以及它们在组织再生方面应用的研究进展,并对胶原基材料在再生领域面临的挑战以及未来的发展前景进行了展望。 展开更多

Partial hepatectomy(PH)can lead to severe complications,including liver failure,due to the low regenerative capacity of the remaining liver,especially after extensive hepatectomy.Liver sinusoidal endothelial cells(LSECs),whose proliferation occurs more slowly and later than hepatocytes after PH,compose the lining of the hepatic sinusoids,which are the smallest blood vessels in the liver.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),secreted by hepatocytes,promotes LSEC proliferation.Supplementation of exogenous VEGF after hepatectomy also increases the number of LSECs in the remaining liver,thus promoting the reestablishment of the hepatic sinusoids and accelerating liver regeneration.At present,some shortcomings exist in the methods of supplementing exogenous VEGF,such as a low drug concentration in the liver and the reaching of other organs.Moreover,VEGF should be administered multiple times and in large doses because of its short half-life.This review summarized the most recent findings on liver regeneration and new strategies for the localized delivery VEGF in the liver. 展开更多

人体内组织缺损修复补片材料一直是材料工程和生物医学工程的研究重点之一,人工合成高分子补片因具有物理力学性能好、可塑性强、价格低廉等优点在临床上得到了广泛的应用。但人工合成高分子补片材料普遍存在生物相容性较差、诱导组织... 人体内组织缺损修复补片材料一直是材料工程和生物医学工程的研究重点之一,人工合成高分子补片因具有物理力学性能好、可塑性强、价格低廉等优点在临床上得到了广泛的应用。但人工合成高分子补片材料普遍存在生物相容性较差、诱导组织再生能力不佳、并发症较多等问题,难以达到人体缺损组织理想修复材料的临床要求,因而,人们将研究的触角伸向了生物源性的补片材料。相比于合成高分子补片,生物源性补片具有更好的生物相容性和更低的免疫原性,在应用中能够很好地与宿主组织整合并诱导新生组织的再生,且并发症较少。但单一的生物源性补片材料在实际应用中仍存在力学强度不够、降解速率过快等问题。为了解决这些问题,研究者们或采用物理和化学方法对生物源性补片材料进行改性,如采用化学交联剂对补片进行交联固定;或对补片结构进行仿生学设计,采用不同的补片成型方法,如静电纺丝等方法优化补片结构;或将多种补片材料复合等,以最大限度地提高补片的物理力学性能、耐降解性能和生物学性能,进而获得更为理想的生物源性补片。本文重点综述了生物源性补片的最新研究进展,介绍了近年来生物源性补片在腹部、心肌、盆腔以及尿道缺损等领域的应用现状,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 展开更多

Several automated testing frameworks are summarized and analyzed. In addition, date driven automation test framework is given more attention. Test script is the important composing part of software test automation. Then this paper introduces several technologies of script along with their characteristics. Every technology applies to different places. Moreover, an automated test system with an automated test script language XML which is implemented to solve the problems in current automatic testing solutions. The design and implantation of the test script automation framework based on apache ant is put forward. The proposed key technology details of framework are also introduced. We take the automation test methodology of database connectivity operations by ODBC data source as example for validation, using auto test script as the key technology. Finally, the results demonstrate that it can best increase software test effectiveness and reduce workloads as well as save more efforts. 展开更多

目的:运用光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)进行视网膜视盘区和黄斑区血管成像,探讨眼轴对原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)视盘和黄斑血管密度的影响。方法:病例对照研究。连续收集2019年6─11月于中山眼科中心确诊的POAG病例,依据眼轴长度分... 目的:运用光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)进行视网膜视盘区和黄斑区血管成像,探讨眼轴对原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)视盘和黄斑血管密度的影响。方法:病例对照研究。连续收集2019年6─11月于中山眼科中心确诊的POAG病例,依据眼轴长度分为中等眼轴青光眼组(眼轴范围为22.51~25.50 mm)和长眼轴青光眼组(眼轴>25.50 mm),并匹配年龄和病情严重程度,所有患者单眼入组。最后共42例纳入中等眼轴青光眼组,37例纳入长眼轴青光眼组。所有受检者完成视野、光学相干断层扫描成像(OCT)、OCTA检查。通过OCTA测量视盘周围放射状毛细血管密度(RPC VD)和黄斑浅层血管密度。采用独立样本t检验、Pearson相关等分析数据。结果:长眼轴青光眼组神经节细胞复合体(GCC)厚度小于中等眼轴青光眼组[(74.5±9.6)μm vs.(80.5±13.6)μm;t=2.244,P=0.028],但2组视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度差异无统计学意义。长眼轴青光眼组黄斑全图、黄斑旁区、黄斑周围区血管密度均小于中等眼轴青光眼组,但仅黄斑周围区颞侧血管密度的差异有统计学意义(t=2.235,P=0.028)。2组的平均和各象限RPC VD差异均无统计学意义。眼轴与GCC、黄斑浅层血管密度参数呈负相关(眼轴与GCC:r=-0.333,P=0.003;眼轴与黄斑浅层血管密度:r=-0.303^-0.282,均P<0.05),与RPC VD无显著相关性(P=0.383)。结论:在病情相近的情况下,POAG眼轴的延长主要损害黄斑血管,尤其是周边部颞侧血管,对视盘周围微血管无显著影响。 展开更多

The changes associated with malignancy are not only in cancer cells but also in environment in which cancer cells live.Metabolic reprogramming supports tumor cells’high demand of biogenesis for their rapid proliferation,and helps tumor cells to survive under certain genetic or environmental stresses.Emerging evidence suggests that metabolic alteration is ultimately and tightly associated with genetic changes,in particular the dysregulation of key oncogenic and tumor suppressive signaling pathways.Cancer cells activate HIF signaling even in the presence of oxygen and in the absence of growth factor stimulation.This cancer metabolic phenotype,described firstly by German physiologist Otto Warburg,ensures enhanced glycolytic metabolism for the biosynthesis of macromolecules.The conception of metabolite signaling,i.e.,metabolites are regulators of cell signaling,provides novel insights into how reactive oxygen species(ROS)and other metabolites deregulation may regulate redox homeostasis,epigenetics,and proliferation of cancer cells.Moreover,the unveiling of noncanonical functions of metabolic enzymes,such as the moonlighting functions of phosphoglycerate kinase 1(PGK1),reassures the importance of metabolism in cancer development.The metabolic,microRNAs,and ncRNAs alterations in cancer cells can be sorted and delivered either to intercellular matrix or to cancer adjacent cells to shape cancer microenvironment via media such as exosome.Among them,cancer microenvironmental cells are immune cells which exert profound effects on cancer cells.Understanding of all these processes is a prerequisite for the development of a more effective strategy to contain cancers. 展开更多

Additional sex combs-like 1(ASXL1)interacts with BRCA1-associated protein 1(BAP1)deubiquitinase to oppose the polycomb repressive complex 1(PRC1)-mediated histone H2A ubiquitylation.Germline BAP1 mutations are found in a spectrum of human malignancies,while ASXL1 mutations recurrently occur in myeloid neoplasm and are associated with poor prognosis.Nearly all ASXL1 mutations are heterozygous frameshift or nonsense mutations in the middle or to a less extent the C-terminal region,resulting in the production of C-terminally truncated mutant ASXL1 proteins.How ASXL1 regulates specific target genes and how the C-terminal truncation of ASXL1 promotes leukemogen-esis are unclear.Here,we report that ASXL1 interacts with forkhead transcription factors FOXK1 and FOXK2 to regulate a subset of FOXK1/K2 target genes.We show that the C-terminally truncated mutant ASXL1 proteins are expressed at much higher levels than the wild-type protein in ASXL1 heterozygous leukemia cells,and lose the ability to interact with FOXK1/K2.Specific deletion of the mutant allele eliminates the expression of C-termi-nally truncated ASXL1 and increases the association of wild-type ASXL1 with BAP1,thereby restoring the expression of BAP1-ASXL1-FOXK1/K2 target genes,particularly those involved in glucose metabolism,oxygen sensing,and JAK-STAT3 signaling pathways.In addition to FOXK1/K2,we also identify other DNA-bind-ing transcription regulators including transcription factors(TFs)which interact with wild-type ASXL1,but not C-terminally truncated mutant.Our results suggest that ASXL1 mutations result in neomorphic alleles that contribute to leukemogenesis at least in part through dominantly inhibiting the wild-type ASXL1 from interacting with BAP1 and thereby impairing the function of ASXL1-BAP1-TF in regulating target genes and leukemia cell growth. 展开更多

To the Editor:Identifying the pathogen from clinical samples is crucial for the diagnosis of a newly emergent infectious disease,such as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).which has posed great threats to global public health.[1]In some cases,despite the positive epidemiological,clinical,and radiographic evidence,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)diagnosis can still be restricted by inconclusive polymerase chain reaction(PCR)results.[2]For samples of suspicious patients,where the fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)results in a few respiratory tract specimens were inconclusive,high-throughput sequencing(HTS)can be an effective confirmation method.Here,we report our experience of applying HTS to confirm a suspected 2019-nCoV infection. 展开更多
