Effect of nursing on postoperative respiratory function and mental health of lung cancer patients

BACKGROUND Both pulmonary rehabilitation training and psychological care have been shown to have a positive effect on the postoperative recovery of patients with lung cancer.However,few studies have combined the two to explore their combined effect.Therefore,this study aimed to investigate the effects of pulmonary rehabil-itation training combined with psychological care on postoperative respiratory function and mental health in lung cancer patients.AIM To investigate effect of nursing on postoperative respiratory function and mental health of lung cancer patients.METHODS 122 cases of lung cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital and were treated in our department from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group performed the routine care intervention.The obser-vation group was given pulmonary rehabilitation training and psychological care based on conventional nursing interventions.Forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity.Maximum ventilatory volume(MVV)in one second was measured,and the patient's 6-min walking distance and dyspnoea index scale were used to assess the patient's respiratory condition.The Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the mental health of the patients.RESULTS There was no difference between the two groups regarding age,gender,education level,surgical procedure,type of pathology,and treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,MVV,6-min walking distance,toughness,strength,optimism,and total CD-RISC scores were significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05),dyspnoea scores,SAS,and SDS scores were substantially lower in the control group compared to the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with psychological care for patients after lung cancer resection could improve lung function,enhance daily activities,effectively relieve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and reduce complications. 展开更多

目的:探讨分析角膜塑形镜联合0.01%阿托品滴眼液在控制青少年近视过程中的疗效和安全性。方法:收集2019-01/2022-01在衡水市人民医院眼科诊治的100例100眼(均取右眼数据)青少年近视患者,根据患者意愿采用随机对照原则将患者分为试验组... 目的:探讨分析角膜塑形镜联合0.01%阿托品滴眼液在控制青少年近视过程中的疗效和安全性。方法:收集2019-01/2022-01在衡水市人民医院眼科诊治的100例100眼(均取右眼数据)青少年近视患者,根据患者意愿采用随机对照原则将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例50眼。对照组患者采用单一角膜塑形镜治疗,试验组患者采用角膜塑形镜联合0.01%阿托品滴眼液治疗。记录两组患者持续治疗1、3、6、9、12mo后的治疗数据,对比两组患者在治疗前后的屈光度、角膜曲率、眼轴长度(AL)、中央角膜厚度(CCT)、瞳孔直径(PD)、泪膜脂质层厚度(LLT)和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜总高阶像差(RMSh)、黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT)、角膜内皮细胞密度(CD)和六边形细胞比例(HEX)等参数。随访期间观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后12mo,试验组患者屈光度、角膜曲率、AL分别为-2.42±0.17D、38.89±1.18D、25.44±0.23mm,均显著优于对照组(-2.56±0.19D、40.12±1.65D、25.54±0.19mm,均P<0.05);试验组患者CCT(538±33μm)低于对照组(545±41μm),而试验组患者PD高于对照组(6.38±0.38mm vs 6.12±0.37mm,P<0.05);试验组患者LLT和BUT分别为61.14±8.41nm、9.24±2.05s,均显著高于对照组(56.14±7.22nm、7.27±1.99s,均P<0.05);试验组患者RMSh低于对照组(0.73±0.21μm vs 0.85±0.12μm,P<0.05),而试验组患者SFCT显著高于对照组(289±55μm vs 282±59μm,P<0.05)。此外,治疗后12mo,试验组患者CD和HEX相比较对照组均无差异(均P>0.05)。治疗期间两组患者的主要不良反应为畏光、过敏反应、结膜炎和角膜炎,但两组比较无差异(均P>0.05)。结论:角膜塑形镜联合0.01%阿托品滴眼液相比较单用角膜塑形镜能更有效控制青少年近视发展,且不增加不良反应。 展开更多

Influence of standardized nursing intervention combined with mindfulness stress reduction training on the curative effect in patients with acute pancreatitis 被引量:1

BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common inflammatory disease of the pancreas with high mortality rates.It is of great significance to take scientific intervention measures for patients with AP in time.AIM To explore the effect of standardized nursing combined with mindfulness stress reduction training on the curative effect,negative emotion,and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis.METHODS A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to The First People's Hospital of Jiangxia District Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=40).Patients in control group were given the standardized nursing intervention,and the observation group were given standardized nursing plus mindfulness stress reduction training intervention.The time of clinical symptom disappeared or improved,complication occurrence rate,emotional state,and quality of life score of the two groups were observed and compared.RESULTS In comparison with the control group,the bowel sound recovery time,ventosity and abdominal pain improvement time,and venting and cacation time in observation group were shorter,and the total incidence rate of complications was reduced,showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of tumour necrosis factor alpha,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1βand IL-8 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of life quality in physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of standardized nursing intervention combined with mindfulness stress reduction training in patients with acute pancreatitis has a definite effect,which can help to ameliorate the clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and improve the prognosis of patients. 展开更多

目的:探讨微脉冲激光联合雷珠单抗玻璃体腔内注射治疗非缺血型视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)继发黄斑水肿(ME)的疗效。方法:选取2020-01/2022-03在我院接受治疗的非缺血型BRVO继发ME患者200例200眼作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对... 目的:探讨微脉冲激光联合雷珠单抗玻璃体腔内注射治疗非缺血型视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)继发黄斑水肿(ME)的疗效。方法:选取2020-01/2022-03在我院接受治疗的非缺血型BRVO继发ME患者200例200眼作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(100例100眼)和观察组(100例100眼)。其中对照组给予雷珠单抗玻璃体腔内注射治疗,观察组给予微脉冲激光联合雷珠单抗玻璃体腔内注射治疗。比较两组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)、黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT)、总注药次数、黄斑区渗漏以及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者的BCVA均改善,且观察组治疗后1、3、6、12mo的BCVA优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的CMT、SFCT均降低,且观察组治疗后1、3、6、12mo的CMT、SFCT低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间总注药次数明显少于对照组(4.06±1.12次vs 5.32±1.15次,t=5.852,P<0.001)。对照组和观察组治疗后12mo的渗漏率分别为69.0%、27.0%,两组比较有差异(χ^(2)=35.337,P<0.001)。对照组和观察组患者的并发症发生率分别为11.0%、5.0%,两组比较无差异(χ^(2)=2.446,P=0.118)。结论:微脉冲激光联合雷珠单抗玻璃体腔内注射治疗非缺血型BRVO继发ME的临床效果显著,能够提高患者的视力,改善ME,减少雷珠单抗总用药次数,且不会增加并发症发生率,安全系数高。 展开更多

Objective:To summarize the clinical features and therapeutic effects of transcatheter embolotherapy for congenital pulmonary arteriovenous fi stulas(PAVFs)in children,and to explore the method and therapeutic principle of transcatheter embolotherapy for congenital PAVFs in children.Method:We retrospectively reviewed nine patients with PAVF who underwent transcatheter embolotherapy in the Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from July 2004 to July 2019,including the demographic characteristics,clinical manifestations,effi ciency of closure,and follow-up.Results:Transcatheter embolotherapy was successful in all cases,and the symptom remission rate was 100%during the follow-up.No residual shunts or other complications occurred during the follow-up period.Compared with before embolotherapy,there were signifi cant changes in the percentage of saturated oxyhemoglobin and total hemoglobin level at the last follow-up(t=10.06,P=0.000;t=3.055,P=0.0076).No signifi cant difference was observed in pulmonary artery pressure before and after embolotherapy(t=0.13,P=0.90).Conclusions:Transcatheter embolotherapy offers the advantages of safety,with a decreased risk of trauma and a specifi c effect of treatment,and therefore is recommended as the fi rst-line treatment for congenital PAVFs in children.However,continued research is necessary to understand the full potential of transcatheter embolotherapy. 展开更多

Zirconolite is one of the most important matrix materials for nuclear waste immobilization.In this study,Sm was employed as the surrogate of trivalent actinides.Sm-doped zirconolite-rich waste forms were readily prepared by combustion synthesis(CS)using CuO as the oxidant.Two different schemes with or without Al2O3 as the charge compensator were carried out simultaneously.The results demonstrate that Al2O3 addition results in complex phase composition.On the other hand,the samples without Al2O3 addition show desirable products of zirconolite and pyrochlore.The EDX analysis shows that Sm is concurrently incorporated into the Ca and Zr sites of zirconolite,which transforms to pyrochlore structure with high Sm2O3 contents.The aqueous durability of representative Sm-doped sample(Sm-0.6)was investigated.The 42 days normalized leaching rate of Sm is as low as 6.41×10-7 g/(m2 d),which exhibits high durability of Sm-doped sample. 展开更多

In this study, Nd-bearing zirconolite-rich ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction process using CaF2,ZrO2, Ti,TiO2, Fe2 O3 and Nd2O3 as the raw materials. Neodymium was used as trivalent actinide surrogate and designed to substitute the Ca and Zr sites of zirconolite with general stoichiometry of Ca1-xZr1-xNd2 xTi2O7(0≤x≤0.3). Density of Fe-Nd-O sample reaches a maximum value of 4.13 g/cm^2 after being sintered at 1325 ℃ for 42 h. Three major phases, namely zirconolite, perovskite and pseudobrookite, are observed in all these samples. The EDX result shows that Nd2O3 can be successfully incorporated into the lattice structure of the prepared zirconolite-rich minerals and replace the Ca sites of zirconolite and perovskite with Fe3+ as the charge-compensating ion. Furthermore, the thermal conductivities are all in the range of 1.51-1.67 W/(m·K). The normalized elemental leaching rates of Ca and Nd in the Fe-Nd-0.2 sample keep in low values of 6.20 × 10^-2 and 4.86 × 10^-4 g/(m^2·d) after 42 d. 展开更多

In this research, Zr-doped Gd_2Ti_2O_7 pyrochlores, with the composition of Gd_2(Ti_(1-x)Zr_x)_2O_7, were firstly synthesized by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis plus quick pressing(SHS/QP) using CuO as the oxidant and Ti as the reductant. To improve the radiation resistance of titanate–pyrochlore, up to 35 at% Zr was incorporated to substitute the Ti site of Gd_2Ti_2O_7 pyrochlore(Gd_2(Ti_(0.75)Zr_(0.35))_2O_7). XRD and SEM microstructural characterizations showed the formation of a composite ceramic with the major pyrochlore phase and the minor Cu phase. The generated temperature of samples decreased from 1702to 1011 ℃ with increasing Zr content. The effects of sintering temperature and pressure time on phase composition and microstructure were systematically studied. Besides, the influence of thermal transmission on the whole combustion process was also explored. The pyrochlore-based waste form possessed high bulk density of 6.25 g/cm^3 and Vickers hardness of 10.81 GPa. The MCC-1 leaching test showed the normalized elemental leaching rates(42d) of Cu, Gd, and Zr are 1.27×10^(-2), 1.33×10^(-3), and 8.44×10^(-7)g·m^(-2)·d^(-1), respectively. 展开更多

Graph clustering has a long-standing problem in that it is difficult to identify all the groups of vertices that are cohesively connected along their internal edges but only sparsely connected along their external edges. Apart from structural information in social networks, the quality of the location-information clustering has been improved by identifying clusters in the graph that are closely connected and spatially compact. However, in real-world scenarios, the location information of some users may be unavailable for privacy reasons, which renders existing solutions ineffective. In this paper, we investigate the clustering problem of privacy-preserving social networks, and propose an algorithm that uses a prediction-and-clustering approach. First, the location of each invisible user is predicted with a probability distribution. Then, each user is iteratively assigned to different clusters. The experimental results verify the effectiveness and efficiency of our method, and our proposed algorithm exhibits high scalability on large social networks. 展开更多

Zirconolite is recognized as one of the most durable waste matrices for the disposal of high-level radioactive wastes(HLWs).In this study,HfO2 was employed as the surrogate of tetravalent actinides.Hf-bearing zirconolite-based composite waste forms(CaZr1–xHfxTi2O7)were rapidly prepared by combustion synthesis(CS)using CuO as the oxidant,where quick pressing(QP)was introduced to obtain densified samples.Similar as solid state reaction process,the Zr site of zirconolite can be totally occupied by Hf(x=1.0)under the CS reaction.The original 2M zirconolite structure was maintained and a small amount of perovskite impurity phase was generated in the final products.The aqueous durability of representative sample(Cu-Hf-0.6)was tested,where the 42-day normalized leaching rates(LRi)of Ca,Cu,and Hf are 0.25,3.10×10–2,and 1.11×10–8 g·m–2·d–1. 展开更多
