文章旨在研究木薯渣发酵饲料及其发酵工艺与应用。将木薯渣、玉米面、豆粕、玉米皮、麸皮按照质量比50∶5∶10∶10∶25的比例混合,然后将乳酸菌和酵母菌按比例与一定量的水混合,再与木薯渣饲料混匀,装入带有呼吸阀的发酵袋中,密封,室温... 文章旨在研究木薯渣发酵饲料及其发酵工艺与应用。将木薯渣、玉米面、豆粕、玉米皮、麸皮按照质量比50∶5∶10∶10∶25的比例混合,然后将乳酸菌和酵母菌按比例与一定量的水混合,再与木薯渣饲料混匀,装入带有呼吸阀的发酵袋中,密封,室温条件下发酵4 d即生产得到木薯渣发酵饲料。结果表明:乳酸菌和酵母菌混合比例为1∶2,接种量为0.1%,水分为40%~45%时,木薯渣发酵饲料p H<4.5,酸溶蛋白和总酸含量明显增加,具有明显的酸香气味,可提高适口性;可抑制霉菌生长,确保产品安全性;还可提高饲料的营养水平和猪只消化率,提高饲料利用率;提高猪只生产性能,降低圈舍氨气浓度,改善舍内环境;同时还为木薯渣资源化利用提供良好的前提条件。 展开更多

Fabrication of UV responsive micelles-containing multilayers and their influence on cell adhesion

Multilayers incorporated with stimuli-responsive substances by means of layer-by-layer(LbL) self-assembly are much attractive due to their advantages of stimuli-responsiveness and potential applications in different fields. In this study, pyrenemethyl acrylate(PA) was synthesized, and was copolymerized with acrylic acid(AA) to obtain the amphiphilic and photodegradable P(PA-co-AA)polymers with a PA:AA molar ratio of 1.3:3, and an average molecular weight of 6.9 kDa and polydispersity index of 1.04. They formed micelles spontaneously when dispersed in aqueous solution with a size of 27.5 nm in a dry state and 136.6 nm in a wet state. The micelles were readily decomposed to form aggregates as a result of the cleavage of the pyrenemethyl ester bonds under UV-irradiation. UV-responsive micelles-containing multilayers were prepared by LbL self-assembly of the UV-responsive micelles and polyallylamine hydrochloride(PAH). UV-irradiation of the multilayers resulted in the decomposition of micelles, leading to larger surface roughness, and enhanced swelling ratio and wettability of the multilayers. In vitro culture of A549, HepG2 and endothelial cells showed significantly better adhesion at 4 h on the UV-illuminated multilayers, whereas the cell proliferation was not affected significantly until 5 d. 展开更多

Chemi-thermo-mechanical pulping(CTMP)wastewater has high chemical oxygen demand(COD),which inhibits the activity of microorganisms during biological oxidations.Conventional wastewater treatment technologies such as dissolved air flotation,coagulation,and biological treatment,are insufficient to treat the CTMP wastewater to meet the environmental requirements.There remains a need for advanced wastewater treatment technologies,which can be integrated into existing wastewater treatment processes to improve the end-of-pipe water quality.In this study,a heterogeneous electrochemical oxidation process was developed to treat chemi-thermo-mechanical pulp mill wastewater.The Ti substrate anodes were prepared by thermal decomposition and electro-deposition,and characterized by SEM and Tafel curve.The impacts of electrode modification,flowrate,current density,and aeration on the process efficiency were investigated.COD and color density were used to evaluate the removal efficiency of organic pollutants.Results show that the Ti/SnO_(2)+Sb_(2)O_(3)+MnO_(2)/PbO_(2) electrode exhibited the best performance in terms of COD and color removal efficiency.SEM observation revealed that the electrode surface was smooth and compact,with numerous uniform micro pores of which the inner walls were covered with tiny crystals.Under the studied conditions,color removal reached 90%,while COD removal was about 60%. 展开更多

‘Three Summits’and the New Development of China-Arab States Relations in the New Era

The‘Three Summits’are three specific diplomatic events,namely the China-Saudi Arabia Summit(Chinese President Xi Jinping’s state visit to Saudi Arabia),China-Gulf Cooperation Council(GCC)Summit and China-Arab States Summit for Cooperation and Development.The realisation of President Xi’s state visit to Saudi Arabia came from the following three reasons:firstly,both sides seised the opportunity to push bilateral relations forward;secondly,both sides valued each other’s comprehensive strength and influence;thirdly,both sides made it a common goal to build the‘Belt and Road’and promote the docking of their strategies.The mending of relations within the GCC states has laid the groundwork for a successful China-GCC Summit,and China is also focussing on maintaining a balance between Saudi Arabia and other GCC members,with a growing trend of GCC states’‘looking eastward’.The success of the China-Arab States Summit is due to the background of profound changes unseen in a century and the opening of the post-pandemic era,as well as to the promotion of China’s head-of-state diplomacy,in addition to the solid foundation of cooperation that already exists between China and Arab world.The‘Three Summits’became a new starting point for China’s diplomacy with the Arab countries after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),providing an opportunity for the Chinese President to hold several bilateral meetings with Arab leaders.In short,‘Belt and Road’cooperation between China and Arab countries will continue to expand in the future,and the two sides will work together to promote the building of a China-Arab community with a shared future.The strategic partnership between China and the GCC will be strengthened,and the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Saudi Arabia will continue to develop. 展开更多
