A new coating on lining in industrial furnace for energy saving has been developed. Properties and microstructure of the coatings were revealed by emissivity instrument,X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM),respectively. The result indicates that the emissivity of coatings is higher than 0.90 and the thickness of coatings is about 200 μm. ZrO2,Cr2O3 and SiC in the coating benefit practical applications of coatings at high temperature with durable high emissivity and the continuous structure between the coatings and the substrate makes the coatings high cohesion and excellent adhesion for both specimens with and without sintering at high temperature. Result from laboratory experiment shows that the heating speed of specimen with coating is higher than that of controlled specimen and the temperature increases 30°C during the heating. The average temperature drop of specimen with coatings has a 13.5% improvement in the cooling speed. The application of coatings on the checker brick in a blast furnace of 1750m^3 indicates that the coating causes the blast temperature to an average increase of 28°C,reduces the fluctuation of blast temperature before the blowing-in and leads to a fuel saving of 10% approximately. 展开更多

Electric pulse modification (EPM) is a novel technique that reduces grain size by altering the structure of a melt. It was investigated that the response of the casting structure of high pure aluminum to EPM in different superheated melts. The results indicate that the grain refining effect of a given pulse electric field holds an optimal temperature range, moreover, a lower or higher superheated temperature will both disadvantage the improvements of casting structure. It essentially lies in the cooperative action between the distorted absorption of clusters and the activated capability of atoms in the aluminum melt. 展开更多

Since the separation of crystal of KCl saturated aqueous is similar to the crystallization of liquid metals, the melts nucleation can be simulated by the experiment of the crystal of salt aqueous solution. In this experiment pulsation treatment was imposed on KCl saturated aqueous in order to study the effect of pulsation treatment on crystallization in the salt solution, and the influence of different pulsation treating time, super-heating and bine of prescription were investigated. The results show that it is possible to modify the crystallization over satured solution temperature and the degree of under-cooling for salt crystal separation was reduced by applying pulse treating on KCl saturated aqueous solution. In addition, this technology may generate embryos for nucleation even at the temperature over melting point or satured solubility. 展开更多

为了剖析当今钢铁工业固相二次资源的利用水平、存在问题,提出解决途径,进一步提高工业绿色和低碳水平,本工作介绍了钢铁工业的气相、固相和液相二次资源内容,概述了国内外钢铁工业固相二次资源(以下称:固废)的研究和利用现状。由于钢... 为了剖析当今钢铁工业固相二次资源的利用水平、存在问题,提出解决途径,进一步提高工业绿色和低碳水平,本工作介绍了钢铁工业的气相、固相和液相二次资源内容,概述了国内外钢铁工业固相二次资源(以下称:固废)的研究和利用现状。由于钢铁工业固废利用的难点和堵点是钢渣的利用,本工作重点以钢铁工业钢渣为例,介绍了其在国内外的利用概况、存在的共性问题,并提出了解决的途径。由于钢渣是在现有炼钢的特有高温物化环境中产生的,导致钢渣成为一种过烧的硅酸盐产物,其活性差、易磨性差、含铁量高,还含有一定量的游离氧化钙(f-CaO),给钢渣资源和热量的回收及利用都带来了非常大的难度,以至于全世界对钢渣资源和余热的利用还没有找到理想的方法。因此,钢渣成为世界钢铁工业固相二次资源绿色处理和低碳利用的难点和堵点。本工作在剖析了钢铁工业固废利用技术目前存在的各类问题基础上,根据当前国家政策法规的要求,针对上述存在问题提出了应对的对策途径,为钢铁工业固废下一步高效、绿色和高值利用,提供了建议和研究方向。 展开更多
