Tuberculosis of the greater trochanter of the femur is caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis directly or indirectly invading the greater trochanter of the femur.The clinical manifestations are intermittent pain on the side,low fever and night sweat all over the body.The patient was admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine on May 27,2020 with the chief complaint of"intermittent pain in the left hip for 2 years,aggravated for more than 1 month".The pre-admission examination was diagnosed as a"bone defect of the left femoral greater trochanter to be investigated."After admission,relevant examinations were actively improved,but the diagnosis could not be clearly made.The diagnosis was left with greater trochanter tuberculosis.The case report,draws the following conclusions:the disease is characterized by insidious onset,low incidence and atypical symptoms,which is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in clinical practice.Imaging and laboratory tests can provide more diagnostic evidence before diagnosis,but pathological examination is the main basis for diagnosis.In addition,since the symptoms are not obvious and it is difficult to obtain pathological tissues in the early stage,most patients reach the advanced stage of the disease when they are first diagnosed.The diagnosis and treatment thinking of doctors is relatively fixed when they treat patients.This paper aims to improve the understanding and treatment ideas of the clinical characteristics,laboratory and imaging examination of the disease by reporting this case,which is of great significance to the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. 展开更多

Photoelectrochemical (PEC) water oxidation for sustainable clean energy and fuel production is a potential solution to the demands of organic pollutant removal and growing energy consumption.Development of high performance photoanodes,which is a key component in the system,is one of the central topics in the area.The crystal defect is an old concept but fruiting new understanding witli promotive impact to the development of high performance photoanodes.In this review,we elucidated the typical defects involved in the photoanode with the position where they play the roles in the structure and how the properties of photoanode are influenced.In addition,we summarized the feasible protocols to maximize the pros but reduce the cons brought by having defects to the photoanode performance based on recent most prominent researcli advancements in the field.Finally,we briefly sketched the future perspective with the challenges of this topic when in the scenario of possible developments into practical applications. 展开更多

It is of great significance for headquarters in warfare to address the weapon-target assignment(WTA)problem with distributed computing nodes to attack targets simultaneously from different weapon units.However,the computing nodes on the battlefield are vulnerable to be attacked and the communication environment is usually unreliable.To solve the WTA problems in unreliable environments,this paper proposes a scheme based on decentralized peer-to-peer architecture and adapted artificial bee colony(ABC)optimization algorithm.In the decentralized architecture,the peer computing node is distributed to each weapon units and the packet loss rate is used to simulate the unreliable communication environment.The decisions made in each peer node will be merged into the decision set to carry out the optimal decision in the decentralized system by adapted ABC algorithm.The experimental results demonstrate that the decentralized peer-to-peer architecture perform an extraordinary role in the unreliable communication environment.The proposed scheme preforms outstanding results of enemy residual value(ERV)with the packet loss rate in the range from 0 to 0.9. 展开更多
