针对石化机组旋转机械故障信息存在非线性、重叠性等特点,提出一种无量纲与支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)的石化机组旋转机械故障诊断方法。首先对采集的振动信号进行分析并将其无量纲化;接着通过特征选择选取高价值与敏感性... 针对石化机组旋转机械故障信息存在非线性、重叠性等特点,提出一种无量纲与支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)的石化机组旋转机械故障诊断方法。首先对采集的振动信号进行分析并将其无量纲化;接着通过特征选择选取高价值与敏感性强的无量纲特征,降低分类模型复杂度并提高算法速度;最后通过选取合适的SVM分类模型进行分类诊断。结合具有无量纲特征的故障敏感性与SVM的非线性分类性进行诊断分类,并通过石化机组故障诊断实验平台进行验证,表明该方法相比于其他经典分类方法分类效果更好,分类正确率为99.1%,证明了方法的有效性。 展开更多

针对复杂工况下难以区分轴承故障状态的问题,提出一种基于主成分分析的多域特征融合轴承故障诊断方法。采集轴承振动加速度信号,提取轴承时域新量纲一化特征、频域幅值谱特征和时频域经验模态分解特征共13维特征用于完整表征轴承状态;... 针对复杂工况下难以区分轴承故障状态的问题,提出一种基于主成分分析的多域特征融合轴承故障诊断方法。采集轴承振动加速度信号,提取轴承时域新量纲一化特征、频域幅值谱特征和时频域经验模态分解特征共13维特征用于完整表征轴承状态;利用主成分分析方法对所提取特征融合与降维,降低诊断模型复杂度与数据分析难度;最后,选择合适的卷积神经网络进行分类,通过石化机组故障诊断实验平台进行验证。结果表明:多域融合特征相对于单域特征诊断效果更好,卷积神经网络分类模型相对于其他经典分类模型诊断准确率更高,融合诊断分类方法整体诊断准确率达到86%。 展开更多

The research of cluster supply chains is a new direction and a hotspot of the industrial cluster theory. On the condition of the coordination game, the enterprises may be stuck on the non-efficient equilibrium status, which becomes an important problem that must be considered on cluster supply chains. A symmetrical coordination game model is constituted to describe the competition and cooperation relationship of the same-quality manufacturers on cluster supply chains. The methods of the non-cooperation game theory and the evolutionary game theory are respectively used to analyze the model, whose parameters' influences under each method are then compared. It can be concluded that the analysis of the evolutionary game theory is more realistic and practical. Finally, three approaches are considered to break away from being path-dependence locked-in non-efficient status during this coordination game evolutionary process, which provide the development of cluster supply chains with an effective forecasting and Pareto optimizing method. 展开更多

In this paper, with the Kronecker's product and Kronecker's sum of matrices, the 2nd order moment equations of linear Ito stochastic systems are dervided. Based on the moment equations obtained, a necessary and sufficient condition for the mean-square asymptotic stability of linear Ito stochastic systems is obtained.For the time-invariant stochastic systems,the necessary and sufficient condition is just the same as the Hurwitz property of certain matrices related to the coefficient matrices of the systems. An algorithm STILSS is given for testing the mean-square asymptotic stability of time-invariant linear Ito stochastic systems. 展开更多

This paper investigates the leader-following consensus problem for multi-agent systems with event-triggered mechanism and control packet losses.Based on the local synchronization error, event-triggered mechanisms are proposed in order to reduce the number of controller update.The control packet may lose due to unreliability of communication channel.With the assumption that once the packet loss happens the controller will be set to zero,sufficient consensus criteria for multi-agent system with event-triggered mechanism and control packet losses is obtained.It is also shown that the interplay among the allowable packet loss rate,event-triggered mechanism and sampling period.An illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results. 展开更多

Due to the shortage of the corresponding It6 formula, this useful method has not been popularized in stochastic partial differential equations. The aim of this work is to try to extend the Lyapunov direct method to the It6 stochastic reaction diffusion systems and to establish the corresponding Lyapunov stability theory, including stability in probablity, asymptotic stability in probablity, and exponential stability in mean square. As the application of the obtained theorems, this paper addresses the stability of the Hopfield neural network and points out that the main results ob- tained by Holden Helge and Liao Xiaoxin et al. can be all regarded as the corollaries of the theorems presented in this paper. 展开更多
