油酸钾浓度及玄武岩纤维取向对天然橡胶/玄武岩纤维复合材料性能的影响

通过油酸钾溶液对玄武岩纤维进行表面改性处理,研究了不同浓度的油酸钾溶液对玄武岩纤维表面处理及玄武岩纤维取向对天然橡胶(NR)/玄武岩纤维(BF)复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明,随着油酸浓度的增大,复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度及... 通过油酸钾溶液对玄武岩纤维进行表面改性处理,研究了不同浓度的油酸钾溶液对玄武岩纤维表面处理及玄武岩纤维取向对天然橡胶(NR)/玄武岩纤维(BF)复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明,随着油酸浓度的增大,复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度及断裂伸长率均表现为先增大后减小,且在油酸钾溶液的质量分数为7%时取得最大值,拉伸强度提高了15.6%,撕裂强度提高了12.1%;BF经定向排列后,复合材料的Payne效应减弱,采用径向取向制备的复合材料,其拉伸强度提高了2.3%,断裂伸长率降低了17.8%,但磨耗增加了8.3%。扫描电镜缝隙表明,7%浓度的油酸钾可以均匀地包覆在BF表面,纤维在橡胶中分散性较好。 展开更多

Determination of Two Synthetic Pigments in Lifei Tablets by HPLC and LC-MS/MS Spectrometry

[Objectives]To identify stained Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus in Lifei Tablets with carmine and acid red 73 as target substances.[Methods]High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and liquid chromatography tandem-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was used to analyze the 70%methanol extract of the drug.The HPLC was equipped with an Inertstain-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)chromatographic column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution,gradient elution:volume flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,column temperature of 30℃,detection wavelength of 509 nm.LC-MS/MS was equipped with a Waters-C_(18)(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.7μm)chromatographic column,the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%formic acid solution(containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate),gradient elution;the volume flow rate was 0.3 mL/min;ESI ion source,positive ion mode,full scan of primary and secondary mass spectrometry.[Results]Carmine and acid red 73 showed good linear relationship in HPLC and LC-MS/MS,with r greater than 0.995.The sample recovery and RSD values of HPLC and LC-MS/MS met the requirements.The RSD of the results determined by HPLC and LC-MS/MS was not greater than 5.0%.Both methods had good compatibility and could be used for the examination of carmine and acid red 73 in Lifei Tablets.[Conclusions]The method is reliable and reproducible and can be used to identify stained Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus in Lifei Tablets. 展开更多

Biodegradation of aniline by Candida tropicalis AN1 isolated from aerobic granular sludge 被引量:10

Aniline-degrading microbes were cultivated and acclimated with the initial activated sludge collected from a chemical wastewater treatment plant. During the acclimation processes, aerobic granular sludge being able to effectively degrade aniline was successfully formed, from which a preponderant bacterial strain was isolated and named as AN1. Effects of factors including pH, temperature, and second carbon/nitrogen source on the biodegradation of aniline were investigated. Results showed that the optimal conditions for the biodegradation of aniline by the strain AN1 were at pH 7.0 and 28–35°C. At the optimal pH and temperature, the biodegradation rate of aniline could reach as high as 17.8 mg/(L·hr) when the initial aniline concentration was 400 mg/L. Further studies revealed that the addition of 1 g/L glucose or ammonium chloride as a second carbon or nitrogen source could slightly enhance the biodegradation efficiency from 93.0% to 95.1%–98.5%. However, even more addition of glucose or ammonium could not further enhance the biodegradation process but delayed the biodegradation of aniline by the strain AN1. Based on morphological and physiological characteristics as well as the phylogenetic analysis of 26S rDNA sequences, the strain AN1 was identified as Candida tropicalis. 展开更多
