分析揭示黄河流域氨氮水生生物生态风险时空分异特征,对黄河流域氨氮风险管控和水生态环境保护工作的开展以及氨氮水环境质量标准的细化和修订具有重要意义.本文基于生态环境部颁布的《淡水水生生物水质基准-氨氮》国家生态环境基准,应... 分析揭示黄河流域氨氮水生生物生态风险时空分异特征,对黄河流域氨氮风险管控和水生态环境保护工作的开展以及氨氮水环境质量标准的细化和修订具有重要意义.本文基于生态环境部颁布的《淡水水生生物水质基准-氨氮》国家生态环境基准,应用统计学方法和风险商法,研究了2022年黄河流域氨氮风险的时空分布特征并识别出重点关注时段和区域.同时,通过变异系数建立了对比氨氮风险时空差异性的方法,并采用Spearman相关性分析识别出黄河流域氨氮风险主要影响因素.结果表明:(1)黄河流域氨氮长期毒性基准和风险商的空间差异性分别为时间差异性的3.3和2.1倍.(2)时间上,冬季氨氮浓度和风险商显著升高,有风险的断面由春季的2.3%增至13.6%,冬季情况亟需额外关注.(3)空间上,黄河流域91%的断面无氨氮风险或风险较低,但渭河、汾河等黄河支流部分断面,特别是汇流河段氨氮长期毒性风险问题较为突出.(4)黄河流域氨氮风险除氨氮浓度外,主要受水体pH影响,水温对氨氮风险影响较小.研究显示,制定区域性氨氮水质标准和排放标准比季节差异化标准更为重要,需要重点关注支流和干支流汇流河段并建立水质监控和预警机制.除控制氨氮污染物的排放外,还应重点关注pH较高的水体. 展开更多

Tetradymite-structured chalcogenides,such as Bi_(2)Te_(3) and Sb_(2)Te_(3),are quasi-two-dimensional(2D)layered compounds,which are significant thermoelectric materials applied near room temperature.The intercalation of guest species in van der Waals(vdW)gap implemented for tunning properties has attracted much attention in recent years.We attempt to insert Ga atoms in the vdW gap between the Te layers in p-type Bi_(0.3)Sb_(1.7)Te_(3)(BST)for further improving thermoelectrics.The vdW-related defects(including extrinsic interstitial and intrinsic defects)induced by Ga intercalation can not only modulate the carrier concentration but also enhance the texture,thereby yielding excellent electrical properties,which are reflected in the power factor PF~4.43 mW·m^(-1)·K^(-2).Furthermore,the intercalation of Ga produces multi-scale lattice imperfections such as point defects,Te precipitations,and nanopores,realizing the low lattice thermal conductivity in BST-Ga samples.Ultimately,a peak zT~1.1 at 373 K is achieved in the BST-1%Ga sample and greatly improved by~22%compared to the pristine BST.The weak bonding of vdW interlayer interaction can boost the synergistic effect for advancing BST-based or other layered thermoelectrics. 展开更多

AgCrSe2-based compounds have attracted much attention as an environmentally friendly thermoelectric material in recent years due to the intriguing liquid-like properties.However,the ultra-low carrier concentration and the high Ag_(Cr)deep-level defects limit the overall thermoelectric performance.Here,we successfully introduced Pb into Ag-deficient Ag_(0.97)CrSe_(2) alloys to tune the carrier concentration across a broad temperature range.The Pb^(2+) as an acceptor dopant preferentially occupies Cr sites,boosting the hole carrier concentration to 1.77×10^(19) cm^(-3) at room temperature.Furthermore,the Pb strongly inhibits the creation of intrinsic Ag_(Cr) defects,weakens the increased thermal excited ionization with the increasing temperature and slowed the rising trend of the carrier concentration.The designed carrier concentration matches the theoretically predicted optimized one over the entire temperature range,leading to a remarkable enhancement in power factor,especially the maximum power factor of ~500 μW·m^(-1)·K^(-2) at 750 K is superior to most previous results.Additionally,the abundant point defects promote phonon scattering,thus reducing the lattice thermal conductivity.As a result,the maximum figure of merit zT(~0.51 at 750 K) is achieved in Ag_(0.97)Cr_(0.995)Pb_(0.005)Se_(2).This work confirms the feasibility of manipulating deep-level defects to achieve temperature-dependent optimal carrier concentration and provides a valuable guidance for other thermoelectric materials. 展开更多

本工作借鉴MRI230D合金的设计思路,通过添加Al、Ca、Sn等元素,采用普通铸造工艺制备了一种新型的Mg-5Al-2Sn-5Ca镁合金。使用XRD衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对样品进行表征,采用图像处理显微维氏硬度计和蠕变试验机测试合金在铸态与热处理... 本工作借鉴MRI230D合金的设计思路,通过添加Al、Ca、Sn等元素,采用普通铸造工艺制备了一种新型的Mg-5Al-2Sn-5Ca镁合金。使用XRD衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对样品进行表征,采用图像处理显微维氏硬度计和蠕变试验机测试合金在铸态与热处理后的力学性能。研究结果表明:该合金由α-Mg、Al 2Ca、Mg 2Ca、CaMgSn相组成;铸态及经热处理后(热处理态)的合金晶界处均分布着连续的骨架状相,具有较高的维氏硬度,且热处理态合金的晶粒内部有微小颗粒状相析出;在520℃,该合金才发生相变,说明合金具有较高的耐热性能。分别在50 MPa/200℃下对铸态合金和热处理态合金进行蠕变试验,结果发现,相比于铸态合金,经热处理后合金的总蠕变时间延长至540 h,蠕变总量降低了0.001%,但在100 h时的蠕变量减少了0.030%。对比其他研究者的蠕变数据可知,在相同条件下,该铸态合金的蠕变性能远优于MRI153镁合金;热处理后的合金在50 MPa/200℃的蠕变断裂时间也长于A380铝合金。 展开更多

Single-atom catalysts serve as a promising candidate to realize noble-metal-free electrocatalytic oxygen reduction in acid media.However,their poor stability under working conditions strictly restrains their practical applications.Therefore,regeneration of their electrocatalytic activity is of great significance.Herein,the regeneration of a Fe-N-C single-atom catalyst is demonstrated to be feasible by a facile annealing regeneration strategy.The activity after regeneration recovers to that of the pristine electrocatalyst and surpasses the deactivated electrocatalyst.The regeneration mechanism is identified to be selfetching of the surface carbon layer and consequent exposure of the previously buried single-atom sites.Furthermore,the regeneration strategy is applicable to other single-atom catalysts.This work demonstrates the feasibility of regenerating oxygen reduction electrocatalysts and affords a pioneering approach to deal with rapid deactivation under working conditions. 展开更多

Monoclinic SrAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) ceramics for Sr immobilization were prepared by a liquid-phase sintering method.The sintering temperature,mineral phase composition,microstructure,flexural strength,bulk density,and Sr ion leaching characteristics of the SrAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) ceramics were investigated.A crystalline monoclinic SrAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) phase formed through liquid-phase sintering at 1223 K.The introduction of four flux agents(B_(2)O_(3),CaO·2B_(2)O_(3),SrO·2B_(2)O_(3),and BaO·2B_(2)O_(3))to the SrAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) ceramics not only reduced the densification temperature and decreased the volatilization of Sr during high-temperature sintering but also impacted the mechanical properties of the ceramics.Product consistency tests showed that the leaching concentration of Sr ions in the sample with flux agent B_(2)O_(3) was the lowest,whereas that of Sr ions in the sample with flux agent BaO·2B_(2)O_(3) was the highest.These results show that the leaching concentration of Sr ions depends largely on the amorphous phase in the ceramics.Meanwhile,the formation of mineral analog ceramics containing Sr is an important factor to improve Sr immobilization. 展开更多

某院医务工作人员锐器伤目标性监测3年回顾分析

目的了解某三甲医院医务人员发生锐器伤的人群分布特征和风险环节,为制定有效防护措施提供依据。方法回顾性调查2015—2017年某三级甲等医院医务人员上报医院感染管理科的锐器伤情况,分析发生锐器伤者的职业类别、暴露地点及环节、暴露... 目的了解某三甲医院医务人员发生锐器伤的人群分布特征和风险环节,为制定有效防护措施提供依据。方法回顾性调查2015—2017年某三级甲等医院医务人员上报医院感染管理科的锐器伤情况,分析发生锐器伤者的职业类别、暴露地点及环节、暴露源等伤害特点。结果共监测医务人员251名,3年平均在院员工(包括实习医生护士)有2 609人。暴露人群以工龄1年内(145例,占57.7%)的医务人员,且实习护士(106例,占42.2%)居多,其中内科106例,占42.2%,外科89例,占35.4%,受伤主要发生在病房内(145例,占57.7%),暴露时间主要发生在上午(135例,占53.7%),受伤发生的环节排在前三位的是拔针时(72例,占28.7%)和丢弃整理时(33例,占13.1%)以及手术中(23例,占9.1%),其中和针头相关的操作受伤例次为166例,占比66.1%。医务人员上报锐器伤时乙肝疫苗未接种及接种年数大于5年的有193人,占比76.3%。在发生锐器伤后评估给予92人追踪随访,均未发生暴露。在职业暴露的原因分析中,认为由于自己原因造成的操作中发生职业暴露且当时没有戴手套的比例达到77.8%(χ2=42.538,P<0.05)。结论医院应重点加强对年资低的医护人员及实习生的培训,提高高发时间段和科室医务人员的职业防护意识,合理安排工作内容,强调规范标准操作流程在防范锐器伤中的作用,简化上报流程,建立完善监控体系,减少锐器伤的发生。 展开更多

The misfit layer compound(SnS)_(1.2)(TiS_(2))_(2)is a promising low-cost thermoelectric material because of its low thermal conductivity derived from the superlattice-like structure.However,the strong covalent bonds within each constituent layer highly localize the electrons thereby it is highly challenging to optimize the power factor by doping or alloying.Here,we show that Bi doping at the Sn site markedly breaks the covalent bonds networks and highly delocalizes the electrons.This results in a high charge carrier concentration and enhanced power factor throughout the whole temperature range.It is highly remarkable that Bi doping also significantly reduces the thermal conductivity by suppressing the heat conduction carried by phonons,indicating that it independently modulates phonon and charge transport properties.These effects collectively give rise to a maximum ZT of 0.3 at 720 K.In addition,we apply the single Kane band model and the Debye–Callaway model to clarify the electron and phonon transport mechanisms in the misfit layer compound(SnS)_(1.2)(TiS_(2))_(2). 展开更多

Oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)constitutes the core process of many energy storage and conversion devices including metal–air batteries and fuel cells.However,the kinetics of ORR is very sluggish and thus highperformance ORR electrocatalysts are highly regarded.Despite recent progress on minimizing the ORR halfwave potential as the current evaluation indicator,in-depth quantitative kinetic analysis on overall ORR electrocatalytic performance remains insufficiently emphasized.In this paper,a quantitative kinetic analysis method is proposed to afford decoupled kinetic information from linear sweep voltammetry profiles on the basis of the Koutecky–Levich equation.Independent parameters regarding exchange current density,electron transfer number,and electrochemical active surface area can be respectively determined following the proposed method.This quantitative kinetic analysis method is expected to promote understanding of the electrocatalytic effect and point out further optimization direction for ORR electrocatalysis. 展开更多

目的通过了解某院青年医师的科研工作现状及需求,为提高青年医师从事科研积极性、改善科研条件提供建议。方法以本院各临床科室为单位,不大于40岁的青年医师作为研究对象,就其科研现状进行问卷调查分析。结果以初级职称(44.98%)和本科(5... 目的通过了解某院青年医师的科研工作现状及需求,为提高青年医师从事科研积极性、改善科研条件提供建议。方法以本院各临床科室为单位,不大于40岁的青年医师作为研究对象,就其科研现状进行问卷调查分析。结果以初级职称(44.98%)和本科(57.08%)为主,作为科研的主要力量。在科研态度方面,超过50%的人积极性和参与度较高。在科研现状方面。受访青年医师中,67.58%的人没有承担科研课题;78.99%的人认为没有时间进行科研设计;44.75%的人没有发表过论文。在科研需求方面,在受访青年医师中,83.56%的人希望得到专业人士的指导;69.18%的人希望改进科研的奖励制度;68.95%的青年医师希望所在科室明确学术研究方向。结论本院青年医师科研能力有待提高,通过加强科研管理激励机制,构建学术团队,加大经费投入,完善研究平台建设,助推青年医师科研能力的提升。 展开更多

RNA-binding proteins(RBPs)are components of the post-transcriptional regulatory system,but their regulatory effects on complex traits remain unknown.Using an integrated strategy involving map-based cloning,functional characterizations,and transcriptomic and population genomic analyses,we revealed that RBP-K(LOC_Os08g23120),RBP-A(LOC_Os11g41890),and RBP-J(LOC_Os10g33230)encode proteins that form an RBP-A-J-K complex that negatively regulates rice yield-related traits.Examinations of the RBP-A-J-K complex indicated RBP-K functions as a relatively non-specific RBP chaperone that enables RBP-A and RBP-J to function normally.Additionally,RBP-J most likely affects GA pathways,resulting in considerable increases in grain and panicle lengths,but decreases in grain width and thickness.In contrast,RBP-A negatively regulates the expression of genes most likely involved in auxin-regulated pathways controlling cell wall elongation and carbohydrate transport,with substantial effects on the rice grain filling process as well as grain length and weight.Evolutionarily,RBP-K is relatively ancient and highly conserved,whereas RBP-J and RBP-A are more diverse.Thus,the RBP-A-J-K complex may represent a typical functional model for many RBPs and protein complexes that function at transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels in plants and animals for increased functional consistency,efficiency,and versatility,as well as increased evolutionary potential.Our results clearly demonstrate the importance of RBP-mediated post-transcriptional regulation for the diversity of complex traits.Furthermore,rice grain yield and quality may be enhanced by introducing various complete or partial loss-of-function mutations to specific RBP genes using clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9 technology and by exploiting desirable natural tri-genic allelic combinations at the loci encoding the components of the RBP-A-J-K complex through marker-assisted selection. 展开更多

Here, we characterized a rice (Oryza sativa L.) male sterile mutant. Based on map- based cloning and sequence analysis, we identified a 1,459-bp deletion in an adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-binding cassette (ABC) transporter gene, OsABCG15, causing abnormal anthers and male sterility. Therefore, we named this mutant osabcgl5. Expression analysis showed that OsABCG15 is expressed specifically in developmental anthers from stage 8 (meiosis II stage) to stage 10 (late microspore stage). Two genes CYP704B2 and WDA1, involved in the biosynthesis of very-long-chain fatty acids for the establishment of the anther cuticle and pollen exine, were downregulated in osabcgl5 mutant, suggesting that OsABCG15 may play a key function in the processes related to sporopollenin biosynthesis or sporopollenin transfer from tapetal cells to anther Iocules. Consistently, histological analysis showed that osabcgl5 mutants developed obvious abnormality in postmeiotic tapetum degeneration, leading to rapid degredation of young microspores. The results suggest that OsABCG15 plays a critical role in exine formation and pollen development, similar to the homologous gene of AtABCG26 in Arabidopsis. This work is helpful to understand the regulatory network in rice anther development. 展开更多
