Apart from improvements in well established methods based on conventional fluorescence microscopy and confocal microscopy (fluorescence in situ hybridisation (FISH), tyramide signal amplification (TSA) in immunocytochemistry, new fluorophores), more recently introduced techniques like fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP), multiphoton microscopy and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) will be discussed.展开更多
