河北地区紫花苜蓿品种的生产性能比较研究

2013~2016年通过田间试验,对国内外15个紫花苜蓿品种的产量性能进行比较分析,以期筛选出适宜河北地区种植的苜蓿品种。结果表明,不同年份的苜蓿年产量具有极显著差异(P<0.01);15个苜蓿品种中4年平均年产量(干重)居前三位的是中苜3号、中苜2号和WL712HQ,分别为14423.1kg/hm2、13706.3kg/hm2、13144.3kg/hm2。4个茬次的干草产量存在显著差异(P<0.05),第1茬的产量最高,约占年总产量的38%,第4茬产量最低,年产量最高的两个品种的第一茬产量也最高。第一茬与年产量之间的关联度最高。综合4年的结果,筛选出适宜河北地区种植的苜蓿品种为中苜3号和中苜2号,国外品种中WL712HQ、WL903HQ和MagnumVI表现良好。

美国山核桃在云南的引种研究进展及发展前景

总结了云南53a来对美国山核桃引种、选种、生物学特性、生态适应性、苗木繁殖、丰产栽培、虫害防治的研究进展和示范推广情况。认为美国山核桃市场潜力大,在云南栽培效益高、适栽区域广、符合该省经济林树种结构调整需要,将来定会得到大力推广发展。

Evaluation of ST13 gene expression in colorectal cancer patients

We identified a novel gene ST13 from a subtractive cDNA library of normal intestinal mucosa in 1993, more studies showed that ST13 was a co-chaperone of Hsp70s. Recently we detected the ST13 gene expression in tumor tissue and adjacent normal tissue of the same colorectal cancer patient and investigated if the ST13 gene expression might have any prognostic value. Analysis was performed at molecular level by reverse transcription-PCR using real-time detection method. We measured two genes simultaneously, ST13 as the target gene and glyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase as a reference gene, in primary colorectal tumor specimens and tumor-adjacent normal mucosa specimens from 50 colorectal cancer patients. The expression levels of the ST13 gene were significantly decreased in primary tumors compared with adjacent mucosa (P<0.05). But there were no significant differences in the expression of ST13 as compared with different Dukes’ stage, tumor differentiation grade, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and disease-specific survival.

Efficacy of 14-d vs 7-d moxifloxacin-based triple regimens for second-line Helicobacter pylori eradication

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of the 14-d moxifloxacinbased triple therapy for the second-line eradication of Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection.METHODS: Between 2011 and 2013, we conducted a retrospective review of the medical records of 160 patients who had experienced failure of their first-line proton pump inhibitor-based eradication therapy and subsequently received the moxifloxacin-based triple therapy as a second-line eradication treatment regimen. The patients who were treated with the moxifloxacinbased triple therapy(oral 20 mg rabeprazole b.i.d., 1000 mg amoxicillin b.i.d., and 400 mg moxifloxacin q.d.) for 7 d were assigned to the RAM-7 group(n = 79) while those who took them for 14 days were assigned to RAM-14 group(n = 81). The eradication rates for both groups were determined by intentionto-treat(ITT) and per-protocol(PP) analyses. ITT analysis compared the treatment groups as originally allocated while the PP analysis including only those patients who had completed the treatment as originally allocated. Successful eradication therapy for H. pylori infection was defined as the documentation of a negative 13C-urea breath test 4 wk after the end of the eradication treatment.RESULTS: The overall ITT eradication rate was 76.2%(122/160). The final ITT eradication rates were 70.8%(56/79; 95%CI: 63.3%-77.1%) in the RAM-7 group and 81.4%(66/81; 95%CI: 74.6%-88.3%) in the RAM-14 group(P = 0.034). The overall PP eradication rate was 84.1%(122/145), and the final PP eradication rates were 77.7%(56/72; 95%CI: 70.2%-85.3%) in the RAM-7 group and 90.4%(66/73; 95%CI: 82.8%-98.1%) in the RAM-14 group(P = 0.017). The H. pylori-eradication rates in the RAM-14 group were significantly higher compared with that of the RAM-7 group according to both the ITT(P = 0.034) and the PP analyses(P = 0.017). Both groups exhibited good treatment compliance(RAM-7/RAM-14 group: 100%/100%). The adverse event rates were19.4%(14/72)and 20.5%(15/73)in the RAM-7 and RAM-14 groups,respectively(P=0.441).Adverse events occurred in 14 of the 72 patients(19.4)in the RAM-7 group and in 15 of the 73 patients(20.5)in the RAM-14 group.No statistically significant differences(P=0.441)were observed.CONCLUSION:The 14-d moxifloxacin-based triple therapy is a significantly more effective secondline eradication treatment as compared to the 7-d alternative for H.pylori infection in South Korea.

Convergence of gradient of solutions to elliptic equations with nonuniform growth

In this paper, we study elliptic partial differential equations with nonuniform growth, and obtain the strong convergence of the gradient of truncations of solutions and the strong convergence of the gradient of solutions in the setting of some Musielak-Orlicz spaces. Our results are generalization of the corresponding results for elliptic partial differential equations with power growth.

A UDDI Based Shared Resources Management Mechanism in Virtual Enetrprises

Service and information resources are two kinds of major shared resources in virtual enterprises, where, service resources include third party’s service resources and enterprise’s legacy service resources,and information resources include database resources and file resources. Since service and information resources have distributed, autonomic, remotely bound as well as some other similar characteristics, an implementation mechanism on managing shared resources based on UDDI are presented. XML instances are used to describe resources authorization information, WSDL based special XML instance represents information resource metadata, and these XML instances are referenced by tModel for realizing the purpose of managing shared resources metadata based on UDDI.

基于F-score的特征选择算法在多分类问题中的应用

将一种新的特征选择算法(F-score)与多种机器学习算法相结合用于多分类问题中。使用十折交叉验证对比模型的分类效果,利用分类误差验证该方法的鲁棒性。实验结果表明,文中使用的新的基于F-score的特征选择方法与传统机器学习算法相结合具有很好的性能,能够使用比原始数据集更少特征并产生良好分类结果,尤其在与迭代随机森林方法相结合的情况下,能够显著提高模型分类精度。

CONTINUATION METHOD APPLIED IN KINEMATICS OF PARALLEL ROBOT

Continuation method solving forward kinematics problem of parallel robot was discussed. And through a coefficient-parameter continuation method the efficiency and feasibility of continuation method were improved. Using this method all forward solutions of a new parallel robot model which was put forward lately by Robot Open Laboratory of Science Institute of China were obtained. Therefore it provided the basis of mechanism analysis and real-time control for new model.

中医辨证分型治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤临床观察

目的:探讨中医辨证分型治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤的临床疗效。方法:随机将164例脓毒症急性肾损伤患者随机分为两组,对照组和实验组均为82例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,实验组采用中医辨证分型联合西药治疗,比较两组治疗的效果。结果:实验组总疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医辨证分型联合西药治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤,临床疗效显著,具有临床实用价值。

Validation of the use of foreign gas rebreathing method for non-invasive determination of cardiac output in heart disease patients

Objective: To compare a new device (Innocor) for non-invasive measurement of cardiac output (CO) by foreign gas rebreathing method with conventional techniques used in the measurements of cardiac function. Methods: Cardiac outputs measured by Innocor (CORB) were compared with CO obtained by echocardiography (COEC), Swan-Ganz thermodilution (COTD), and left ventricle radiography (COLVR) in 34 patients subjected to cardiac catheterization. Values obtained from the four methods were analyzed by linear regression and paired values were compared by the method of Bland and Altman in SPSS. Results: There was strong positive correlation (r=0.94) between Innocor cardiac output values and the corresponding values obtained by ther-modilution and between COEC and COLVR values. Thermodilution appears to overestimate cardiac output when compared to the values obtained with Innocor by (0.66±0.22) L/min (P<0.0001). There was no correlation between data obtained by Innocor and the corresponding COEC and COLVR values. Conclusion: Innocor CORB is an easy, safe and well established method for non-invasive measurement of cardiac output with good prospects for clinical application in heart disease patients.

NEW WIND-INDUCED RESPONSES ANALYSIS METHOD OF SPATIAL STRUCTURES IN FREQUENCY DOMAIN WITH MODE COMPENSATION

Large span spatial lattice structures have many natural frequencies in a narrow frequency range, the conventional frequency domain method is difficult to contain all significant contribution modes. Through numerical examples, it is found that some high order modes are likely to be overlooked because of their higher positions of modal order, in spite of their significance to wind response. According to the contributions of modes to strain energy of system, the paper presented an efficient method to compensate the errors owing to missing out some significant high order modes. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through a numerical analysis of the wind responses of a spherical dome.

Morphology of Films of SEBS Triblock Copolymers

Surface morphologies of the films of poly [styrene-6-(ethylene-cp-butene)-b-styrene] (SEBS) have been studied by using tapping-mode atomic force microscopy (TM-AFM). The films of block copolymer were prepared both by spin-coating on mica and by solvent-casting on different solution surfaces. For spin-coating samples, the effect of solution concentration, solvent, and annealing temperature are investigated. It is shown that changing the concentration of the solution makes no difference on the morphology of the film of the block copolymer. The microstructures are quite stable during thermal annealing; only the size of the domains changes toward the equilib- rium configuration. However, solvent annealing can notably change the microstructures. When different selective solvents are used for film spin-coating, different morphologies can be obtained and explained by the different solu- bility parameters of the solvents. As expected, significant different morphologies in the top and the bottom surfaces of the casting films were observed. The images of the top surfaces reveal cylinder microdomains, while those of the bottom surfaces were spherical morphologies.

Research progress of transparent conducting ZnO:Al (ZAO) films

Owing to both of its high carrier concentration and large band gap, ZnO:Al (ZAO) films which is an n-type degenerate semiconductor, exhibits low resistance and high transmittance in the visible range. This work studies the crystal structure, optical and electrical properties and preparation methods of ZAO films, and discusses the existing problems and application prospective of ZAO films.

Mukaiyama Aldol Reaction of 1,2-Bis(trimethylsiloxy) Cyclobutene Catalyzed by Magnesium(II) Iodide

Efficient Mukaiyama-type aldol reaction of 1, 2-bis(trimethylsiloxy)cyclobutene with aromatic aldehydes catalyzed by MgI2 is reported. The resulting succinoylation product of aldehyde was converted into the synthetic useful g-lactone and butenolide derivatives.

THE FORMATION OF SHOCK WAVES OF THE EQUATIONS OF MAGNETOHYDRODYNAMICS

The property of fluid field of one-dimensional magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) transverse flow after the appearance of singularity is discussed. By the method of iteration, the strong discontinuity (shock wave) and entropy solution are constructed and the estimations on the singularity of the solution near the point of blow-up are obtained.
