The variation characteristics of bubble morphology and the thermal-physical properties of bubble boundary in the top-blown smelting furnace were explored by means of the computational fluid dynamics method.The essential aspects of the fluid phase(e.g.,splashing volume,dead zone of copper slag,and gas penetration depth)were explored together with the effect of sinusoidal pulsating gas intake on the momentum-transfer performance between phases.The results illustrated that two relatively larger vortices and two smaller vortices appear in the bubble waist and below the lance,respectively.The expansion of larger ones as well as the shrinking of smaller ones combine to cause the contraction of the bubble waist.Compared to the results of the case with a fixed gas injection velocity(V_(g)=58 m/s),the splashing volume and dead zone volume of the slag under the V_(g)=58+10sin(2πt)condition are reduced by 24.9%and 23.5%,respectively,where t represents the instant time.Gas penetration depth and slag motion velocity of the latter are 1.03 and 1.31 times high-er than those of the former,respectively. 展开更多

In silico Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of OsARAB-1 Gene from Rice

[ Objective] This study aimed to perform in silico cloning and bioinformatics analysis of OsARAB-1 gene from rice. [Method] Using NP 174188.1 as a query probe, the full-length cDNA sequence of OsARAB-1 gene was obtained by in silico cloning. The nucleotide sequence and protein sequence were analyzed by bioinformatics software. [Result] The full-length cDNA of OsARAB-1 gene was obtained. The coding sequence (CDS) of OsARAB-1 gene is 1 086 bp in length, encoding a protein of 361 amino acid residues. OsARAB-1 gene was located in the genome sequence NC 008398.2 (6 769 813 -6 773 213 bp segment) of rice chro- mosome 5 by in silico mapping. OsARAB-1 protein is an extracellular hydrophilic protein, which is relatively stable, slightly alkaline. The secondary structure of OsARAB-1 protein is mainly composed of or-helices and random coils. OsARAB-1 protein has two functional domains : SGNH hydrolase-type esterase and GDSL li- pase. There are 21 phosphorylation sites and seven O-[3-GlcNAc glycosylation sites. The putative active-site amino acid residues are Ser34, Glyl07, Asn167, Asp333 and His336, respectively. OsARAB-1 protein has the closest genetic relationship with esterase subtype B4FM12 from maize. The expression of OsARAB-1 gene plays an important role in the development and morphogenesis of rice and is related with rice blast resistance. [ Conclusion] This study laid a solid foundation for cloning and functional identification of OsARAB-1 gene with experimental methods. 展开更多

The carotenoid in sweet potato has a high health value for the human body,and Harvest Plus has also carried out the breeding to improve the nutritional quality of sweet potatoes in order to address the health problems of people nutrient-deficient areas.Nanshu 012 is a new high-quality orange-fleshed sweet potato variety rich in carotenoid,bred by Nanchong Academy of Agricultural Sciences from the " Boga × Sanheshu" hybrid.In the regional test of sweet potato varieties in Sichuan Province during 2009-2010,the average fresh potato yield was 24600 kg/ha,the average dry matter percentage was 29.0 % and the average preserved sweet potato yield was 7152.0 kg/ha;in the production test,the average fresh potato yield was 28410.0 kg/ha and the average preserved sweet potato yield was 8734.5 kg/ha.The multi-point sampling analysis showed that the total sugar content of fresh potato was 5.28 %,protein content was 1.43 %,vitamin C content was 28.9 mg/100 g and carotenoid content was 5.21 mg/100 g.This variety was identified by Sichuan Crop Variety Approval Committee in March 2012,with high fresh potato yield,sweetness,rich carotenoid and resistance to black spot.It is an orange-fleshed sweet potato variety suitable for eating and food processing,and it should be planted in the plot with moderate fertility or above,and should be planted and harvested as early as possible. 展开更多

局部温差作用下压电薄膜的变形与电场分析

基于热压电理论考虑一阶和二阶变形之间的耦合对压电薄膜内部的力学和电学行为进行分析.论文推广了传统的弹性Mindlin板模型到多物理场上,建立了具有局部温度场的压电薄膜模型,作为应用,研究了局部温度变化对压电薄膜变形和电场的调控效... 基于热压电理论考虑一阶和二阶变形之间的耦合对压电薄膜内部的力学和电学行为进行分析.论文推广了传统的弹性Mindlin板模型到多物理场上,建立了具有局部温度场的压电薄膜模型,作为应用,研究了局部温度变化对压电薄膜变形和电场的调控效果.利用Navier解理论求解压电薄膜在厚度伸缩变形时的位移场和电势场.接下来进行了数值研究,结果表明:局部升温(降温)会导致加载区域内的厚度拉伸(收缩)变形,同时伴随着面内拉伸(收缩)变形和二阶剪切变形,薄膜的面内变形在上表面和下表面的温度加载区域达到最大,两处区域分别产生电势阱(电势垒)和电势垒(电势阱),这表明利用局部温度场可以实现对压电薄膜变形和电场的非接触式调控.本研究是对具有热弹性效应和热释电效应的压电薄膜结构分析理论的一个扩展,为微纳米尺度器件的结构设计提供参考. 展开更多

楠竹锚固技术是处理纵向裂隙引起的大型土遗址稳定问题的重要手段,但此类锚固系统传力机理尚不明确,成为制约其科学化、规模化应用的瓶颈.通过现场拉拔试验研究锚固界面力学行为,将识别出的完全脱粘现象通过摩擦段后的零剪应力段进行表... 楠竹锚固技术是处理纵向裂隙引起的大型土遗址稳定问题的重要手段,但此类锚固系统传力机理尚不明确,成为制约其科学化、规模化应用的瓶颈.通过现场拉拔试验研究锚固界面力学行为,将识别出的完全脱粘现象通过摩擦段后的零剪应力段进行表征,建立适用于此类锚固界面的修正三线型粘结-滑移模型.在此基础上,提出基于ANSYS中非线性弹簧单元的锚固界面力学行为数值模拟方法,系统研究锚固系统传力机理.最后,通过与试验结果的对比验证了该模拟方法的可靠性.结果表明:锚杆/浆体界面的滑移失效是锚固系统破坏的主要原因,此类界面微段的受力过程可分为弹性、软化、摩擦和完全脱粘四个阶段,随荷载增加锚固界面高应力区逐渐由加载端向锚固端转移,界面进入完全脱粘阶段后剪应力趋近于零,极限锚固力和有效锚固长度均存在临界值;第一锚固界面传递至第二锚固界面的剪应力非常有限,遗址土体应力处于较低水平.研究结果能够为基于"安全第一,最小干预"原则的土遗址文物锚固优化设计提供参考. 展开更多

Given the multiple varieties and small batches,the production of industrial robots faces the ongoing challenges of flexibility,self-organization,self-configuration,and other“smart”requirements.Recently,cyber physical systems have provided a promising solution for the requirements mentioned above.Despite recent progress,some critical issues have not been fully addressed at the shop floor level,including dynamic reorganization and reconfiguration,ubiquitous networking,and time constrained computing.Toward the next generation production system for industrial robots,this study proposed a hybrid architecture for smart assembly shop floors with closed-loop dynamic cyber physical interactions.Aiming for dynamic reorganization and reconfiguration,the study also proposed modularized smart assembly units for the deployment of physical assembly processes.Enabling technologies,such as multiagent system(MAS),self-organized wireless sensor actuator networks,and edge computing,were discussed and then integrated into the proposed architecture.Furthermore,a multijoint robot assembly process was selected as a target scenario.Thus,an MAS was developed to simulate the coordination and negotiation mechanisms for the proposed architecture on the basis of the Java Agent Development Framework platform. 展开更多
