2019年7月21日至30日,第51届国际化学奥林匹克竞赛(IChO)在法国巴黎举办。来自全世界80个国家和地区的300名选手参加了这次比赛。经过各5小时的实验和理论考试,共决出196枚奖牌--金牌37枚,银牌64枚,铜牌95枚。中国代表队何流X?/(浙江杭... 2019年7月21日至30日,第51届国际化学奥林匹克竞赛(IChO)在法国巴黎举办。来自全世界80个国家和地区的300名选手参加了这次比赛。经过各5小时的实验和理论考试,共决出196枚奖牌--金牌37枚,银牌64枚,铜牌95枚。中国代表队何流X?/(浙江杭州学军中学)、邓子杰(河北衡水第一中学)、杨景程(湖南长沙市第一中学)、陈劭炎(山东省广饶县第一中学) 4名选手发挥出色,获得三金一银的优异成绩。其中,何流总分第一、实验(满分)与另两位选手并列第一,邓子杰总分第二、理论成绩第一,获得国际纯粹与应用化学联合会设置的特别奖(IUPAC PRIZE)。IUPAC主席、中国化学会监事长周其凤院士应邀参加闭幕式,为选手颁奖。受中国科协委托,中国化学会委派北京大学化学与分子工程学院裴坚教授担任领队,山东大学化学与化工学院宋其圣教授担任副领队,北京大学化学与分子工程学院王颖霞教授、山东大学化学与化工学院张斌教授作为科学观察员,共同承担比赛期间繁重的试题翻译、试卷评判和分数协调等工作。中国科协青少年科技中心作为全国中学生学科奥林匹克竞赛主管部门,承担着国际奥林匹克学科竞赛中国组委会秘书处的重要职责,中心工作人员曾筝观摩了比赛;中国化学会作为我国化学奥林匹克竞赛的组织单位,委派中国化学会化学竞赛委员会主任北京大学段连运教授观摩比赛并为申办工作提供指导;南开大学朱守非教授、梁广鑫教授和郭东升教授观摩比赛并代表中国化学会向国际化学奥赛组委会提出申请并进行答辩,为我国获得了2022年IChO的举办权。兹将本届国际化学奥林匹克理论试题及实验试题中文版刊出,以飨读者。为最大程度展示试题原貌,编辑保持试题内容不变,仅对其格式做了少量修改。此外,由于篇幅所限,删除了部分常数列表及答题卡,完整版详见"补充材料"(可通过网站http://www.dxhx.pku.edu.cn免费下载)。 展开更多

For efficient solar energy conversion,the morphology engineering of hollow graphitic carbon nitride(gC3 N4)is one of the promising approachs benefiting from abundant exposed active sites and short photocarrier transport distances,but is difficult to control on account of easy structural collapse.Herein,a facile supramolecular electrostatic self-assembly strategy has been developed for the first time to fabricate mesoporous thin-walled g-C3N4 microtubes(mtw-CNT)with shell thickness of ca.13 nm.The morphological control of g-C3N4 enhances specific surface area by 12 times,induces stronger optical absorption,widens bandgap by 0.18 e V,improves photocurrent density by 2.5 times,and prolongs lifetimes of charge carriers from bulk to surface,compared with those of bulk g-C3N4.As a consequence,the transformed g-C3N4 exhibits the optimum photocatalytic H2-production rate of 3.99 mmol·h^-1·g^-1(λ>420 nm)with remarkable apparent quantum efficiency of 8.7%(λ=420±15 nm)and long-term stability.Moreover,mtw-CNT also achieves high photocatalytic CO2-to-CO selectivity of 96%(λ>420 nm),much better than those on the most previously reported porous g-C3N4 photocatalysts prepared by the conventional hard-templating and soft-templating methods. 展开更多

Meningeal melanocytoma in the cerebellopontine angle:A rare case report and review of the literature

Primary meningeal melanocytoma(MM)in the cerebellopontine angle(CPA)region is an extremely rare neoplasm that originates from the melanocytes in the leptomeninges.These lesions are usually misdiagnosed as they mimic other common CPA lesions through their nonspecific presenting symptoms,signs,and radiological characteristics.Here,we report a 47-year-old Chinese female patient who presented with a 1-month history of the right-sided tongue numbness and 1-week history of the right-sided face numbness that had been worsening for 2 days.The tumor,in the right CPA region,showed a slight isointensity on T1-weighted image and mixed signal intensity on T2-weighted image.The clinical presentation,surgical treatment,and pathologic characteristics were determined.The tumor was microsurgically resected and gross-total resection was achieved.The tumor revealed a solid,capsulated,brown-black lesion.Immunohistochemistry showed that the tumor cells were positive for human melanoma black-45(HMB-45),melanoma antigen(MelanA),S100,SOX10,and BRAF,confirming the final diagnosis of meningeal melanocytoma.Ultimately,no signs of radiological local recurrence were observed during the two-year follow-up.Collectively,meningeal melanocytoma is difficult to distinguish from common tumors in the CPA region before operation due to the lack of specificity in imaging and symptoms.Complete surgical resection is the best therapeutic option for this tumor.Although the tumor is commonly considered as a benign lesion,recurrence and metastasis are common,and pathogenesis remains unclear. 展开更多
