A record number of about l,000Buddhists, scholars and representatives from 55 countries and regions attended the event. The forum focused on the Belt & Road Initiative (BRI) and Tibet's opening-up & development. There were more than 160 experts and scholars from 37 countries and regions being the forum. They were divided into three groups, Tibet in the Silk Road civilizations, role of Tibet in the BRI, the opening-up of Tibet and the inheritance & development of Tibetan culture, shared their research and gave advice on TAR's development, progress and moder nizati on .These reporters witn essed the forum and enjo yed their presentations.
