Herein, 80 patients with coronary artery disease were divided into four groups according to given drugs, and glucocorticoid (GC) receptor protein levels in peripheral blood lymphocytes were investigated before and I month after treatment in each group. In groups receiving beta blocker and nifedipine, increased levels were observed. They proposed that these increased levels might account for antiinflammatory effects of these drugs.展开更多
