Abdominal ultrasonography and computed tomography demonstrated multiple liver hemangiomas as well as a noncystic lesion in the right iliac fossa. Operative findings were suggestive of diffuse hemangiomatosis of the right colon and an extensive right hemicolectomy was performed. A review of the literature is presented, considering current diagnostic and therapeutic methods.展开更多
