运动辅助治疗幼儿肥胖减肥效果的系统分析 被引量:5

目的:评价运动干预作为辅助手段治疗幼儿减肥效果的影响,为幼儿运动减肥方法的推行提供依据。方法:以"幼儿肥胖"、"综合干预"、"运动干预"等为主题词,在中国学术期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)及Pub Med、elsevi... 目的:评价运动干预作为辅助手段治疗幼儿减肥效果的影响,为幼儿运动减肥方法的推行提供依据。方法:以"幼儿肥胖"、"综合干预"、"运动干预"等为主题词,在中国学术期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)及Pub Med、elsevier science、wiley online library等外文文献数据库检索2000-2018年以来的相关文献,并辅以文献追溯、手工检索等方法收集文献,包括相关会议论文集及硕博士论文,共纳入20篇中英文文献。结果显示:运动辅助治疗可显著降低肥胖幼儿体重(SMDRE值=-0. 98,95%CI[-1. 55,-0. 41],Z=2. 35,P=0. 0008);降低BMI指数(SMD-RE值=-0. 79,95%CI[-1. 06,-0. 52],Z=5. 74,P <0. 01);降低腰围围度(SMD-RE值=-1. 39,95%CI[-2. 73,-0. 05],Z=2. 03,P=0. 04);降低皮褶厚度(SMD-RE值=-2. 30,95%CI[-3. 89,0. 72],Z=2. 85,P=0. 004)。结论:运动干预作为辅助手段对肥胖幼儿具有明显的减肥效果。 展开更多

Results are presented about the changes in chlorophyll a density, carbon fixation and nutrient levels in the surfacewaters of three transects of the southern South China Sea (SCS), northern Java Sea (JS) and eastern Indian Ocean (IO) duringApril 5-16 of 2011. The in situ Chl a concentration and carbon fixation showed decreasing trends from high to low latitudealong the three transects, while the photosynthetic rate of phytoplankton estimated from 14C incorporation displayed no simplevariation with latitude. Chl a concentration and carbon fixation in the IO water was lower than that in the JS water. Highersalinity and lower contents of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) and silicate (SiO3^2-) characterized the IO water as comparedto the SCS or JS water, and the PO4^3- content was lower in the IO water than in the SCS or JS water in most cases. Our resultsalso indicate the importance of DIN and SiO3^2- concentrations for the geographical changes in phytoplankton biomass andprimary productivity among the three regions. 展开更多
