The complexes have received much attention recently due to the potential application of these complexes as oxidation catalysts for the oxidation of alkene, enolizable, aldehydes and other organic substrates. Recent studies of our group showed that metal complexes catalyzed the oxidation of organic substrates selectively in the presence of molecular oxygen 1,5. Here, it is reported that zeolite-encapsulated Ni (I) Schiff-base complex exhibit a catalytic activity and selectivity for the oxidation of styrene.展开更多
