目的通过Meta分析明确急诊创伤患者发生低体温的影响因素。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库中关于急诊创伤患者低体温影响因素的...目的通过Meta分析明确急诊创伤患者发生低体温的影响因素。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库中关于急诊创伤患者低体温影响因素的队列研究和病例对照研究,检索时限为建库至2023年7月,由两名研究者独立进行文献筛选、数据提取、质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.4.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,包括8个影响因素:收缩压(OR=0.99)、修正创伤评分(Revised Trauma Score,RTS)(OR=0.60)、创伤严重程度评分(Injury Severe Score,ISS)(OR=1.02)、救护车到达时患者卧于地面(OR=8.22)、气温(OR=0.95)、冬季(OR=2.20)、转运过程中采取保暖措施(OR=0.25)和院前插管(OR=6.41)。结论收缩压、RTS、ISS、救护车到达时患者卧于地面、气温、冬季、转运过程中采取保暖措施和院前插管是急诊创伤患者发生低体温的影响因素。提示护理人员可依据影响因素,针对性地采取预防措施,降低急诊创伤患者低体温发生率,从而减少创伤患者死亡风险。展开更多

Compared with those of Fuding white tea( CK),the fresh leaf yield,tea polyphenols content,free amino acids content,caffeine content and soluble sugar content of Tianfu No. 1 were increased by 8. 89%,6. 98%,10. 00%,2. 96% and31. 58%,respectively. Tianfu No. 1 is a new rare breakthrough tea variety with high development potential,good intrinsic biochemical quality,and strong adaptability for processing multi-typed tea products such as green tea,white tea,black tea and dark tea,etc. It has strong stress resistance and can still grow better in low-humidity areas. 目的评价认知-行为疗法对有意性急性农药中毒患者的干预效果。方法采用类实验性研究,2016年1月至12月在甘肃某三甲综合医院选取了40名有意性急性农药中毒患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各20例。干预组实施认知-行为疗法,对照...目的评价认知-行为疗法对有意性急性农药中毒患者的干预效果。方法采用类实验性研究,2016年1月至12月在甘肃某三甲综合医院选取了40名有意性急性农药中毒患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各20例。干预组实施认知-行为疗法,对照组实施常规农药中毒健康教育,实施前后应用症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)进行评估。结果干预后两组患者在躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、偏执、其他、强迫症状、抑郁和总分等维度的得分差异均有统计学差异(均P<0.05);与干预前比较,干预组在总分和各分量表维度的得分差异均有统计学差异(均P<0.05),对照组在焦虑、躯体化、人际关系、强迫症状和总分5个维度上差异均有统计学差异(均P<0.05),但偏执、其他和抑郁维度得分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论认知-行为疗法可以改变有意性急性农药中毒患者的不良认知,改善其生理不适感,减轻强迫和抑郁症状,提高应对能力,避免二次伤害行为的发生。展开更多

These reactions change hemicellulose properties, so that it could be applied in many fields such as medical field, films, hydrogels, conductive polymers. Herein, we reviewed structure, isolation, reaction and applications of hemicellulose. Especially the useful pathways to change the hydrophilic character of hemicelluloses to hydrophobic are reviewed and several applications of these materials are discussed.展开更多

The catalyst is characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), transmission ...We report a high performance supported Pt catalyst, in which a perfluorosulfonic acid (Nafion) functionalized carbon black is used as support. The catalyst is characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The TEM image shows that the active Pt component is in nanoparticles and highly dispersed on the carbon black with an average particle size of 1.9 nm. The catalyst shows improved activity towards the methanol anodic oxidation and oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), resulting from the high dispersion of active Pt component. It leads to increases in electrochemically accessible surface areas and ion channels, as well as easier chargetransfer at polymer/electrolyte interfaces. The high platinum utilization and high performance of Pt/Nafion-C catalyst make it a promising electrocatalyst for fuel cell application.展开更多
