The genetic mechanisms of the secondary pore development zones in the lower part of the fourth member of the Shahejie Formation(Es_4/6x) were studied based on core observations,petrographic analysis,fluid inclusion...The genetic mechanisms of the secondary pore development zones in the lower part of the fourth member of the Shahejie Formation(Es_4/6x) were studied based on core observations,petrographic analysis,fluid inclusion analysis,and petrophysical measurements along with knowledge of the tectonic evolution history,organic matter thermal evolution,and hydrocarbon accumulation history.Two secondary pore development zones exist in Es_4~x,the depths of which range from 4200 to 4500 m and from 4700 to 4900 m,respectively.The reservoirs in these zones mainly consist of conglomerate in the middle fan braided channels of nearshore subaqueous fans,and the secondary pores in these reservoirs primarily originated from the dissolution of feldspars and carbonate cements.The reservoirs experienced ‘‘alkaline–acidic–alkaline–acidic–weak acidic'',‘‘normal pressure–overpressure–normal pressure'',and‘‘formation temperature increasing–decreasing–increasing'' diagenetic environments.The diagenetic evolution sequences were ‘‘compaction/gypsum cementation/halite cementation/pyrite cementation/siderite cementation–feldspar dissolution/quartz overgrowth–carbonate cementation/quartz dissolution/feldspar overgrowth–carbonate dissolution/feldspar dissolution/quartz overgrowth–pyrite cementation and asphalt filling''.Many secondary pores(fewer than the number of primary pores) were formed by feldspar dissolution during early acidic geochemical systems with organic acid when the burial depth of the reservoirs was relatively shallow.Subsequently,the pore spaces wereslightly changed because of protection from early hydrocarbon charging and fluid overpressure during deep burial.Finally,the present secondary pore development zones were formed when many primary pores were filled by asphalt and pyrite from oil cracking in deeply buried paleoreservoirs.展开更多
We experimentally demonstrate that a tunable supercontinuum(SC) can be generated in a Yb3+-doped microstructure fiber by the concept of wavelength conversion with a Ti:sapphire femtosecond(fs) laser as the pump....We experimentally demonstrate that a tunable supercontinuum(SC) can be generated in a Yb3+-doped microstructure fiber by the concept of wavelength conversion with a Ti:sapphire femtosecond(fs) laser as the pump.Experimental results show that an emission light around 1040 nm in an anomalous dispersion region is first generated and amplified by fs pulses in the normal dispersion region. Then, SC spectra from 1100 to 1380 nm and 630 to 840 nm can be achieved by combined effects of higher-order soliton fission and Raman soliton self-frequency shift in the anomalous dispersion region and self-phase modulation, dispersive wave, and four-wave mixing in the normal dispersion region. It is also demonstrated that the 20 nm change of pump results in a 280 nm broadband shift of soliton and the further red-shift of soliton is limited by OH-absorption at 1380 nm.展开更多
Background:Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is associated with altered brain development,but it is unclear which specific structural changes may serve as potential diagnostic markers,particularly in young children at the ...Background:Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is associated with altered brain development,but it is unclear which specific structural changes may serve as potential diagnostic markers,particularly in young children at the age when symptoms become fully estab-lished.Furthermore,such brain markers need to meet the requirements of precision medicine and be accurate in aiding diagnosis at an individual rather than only a group level.Objective:This study aimed to identify and model brain-wide differences in structural connectivity using diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in young ASD and typically developing(TD)children.Methods:A discovery cohort including 93 ASD and 26 TD children and two independent validation cohorts including 12 ASD and 9 TD children from three different cities in China were included.Brain-wide(294 regions)structural connectivity was measured using DTI(fractional anisotropy,FA)together with symptom severity and cognitive development.A connection matrix was constructed for each child for comparisons between ASD and TD groups.Pattern classification was performed on the discovery dataset and the resulting model was tested on the two independent validation datasets.Results:Thirty-three structural connections showed increased FA in ASD compared to TD children and associated with both autistic symptom severity and impaired general cognitive development.The majority(29/33)involved the frontal lobe and comprised five different networks with functional relevance to default mode,motor control,social recognition,language and reward.Overall,clas-sification achieved very high accuracy of 96.77%in the discovery dataset,and 91.67%and 88.89%in the two independent validation datasets.Conclusions:Identified structural connectivity differences primarily involving the frontal cortex can very accurately distinguish novel individual ASD from TD children and may therefore represent a robust early brain biomarker which can address the requirements of precision medicine.展开更多

However, the correlations betw...Autism spectrum disorder can be differentiated into three subtypes (aloof, passive, and active-but-odd) based on social behaviors according to the Wing Subgroups Questionnaire (WSQ). However, the correlations between the scores on some individual items and the total score are poor. In the present study, we translated the WSQ into Chinese, modified it, validated it in autistic and typically- developing Chinese children, and renamed it the Beijing Autism Subtyping Questionnaire (BASQ). Our results demonstrated that the BASQ had improved validity and reliability, and differentiated autistic children into these three subtypes more precisely. We noted that the autistic symptoms tended to be severe in the aloof, moderate in the passive, and mild in the active-but-odd subtypes. The modified questionnaire may facilitate etiological studies and the selection of therapeutic regimes.展开更多
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(HXTLD)on erectile dysfunction caused by ischemic stroke and identify the mechanisms involved.Methods:Network pharmacology was used to predict the k...Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(HXTLD)on erectile dysfunction caused by ischemic stroke and identify the mechanisms involved.Methods:Network pharmacology was used to predict the key active ingredients and targets of HXTLD.Surgical methods were used to create a rat model of ischemic stroke.The rats were then given a suspension of HXTLD by ig administration.Erectile function was evaluated by Apomorphine(APO)induction.Real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(Real-time PCR)and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of related m RNAs and proteins in rat penile corpus cavernous tissue and brain tissue.Hematoxylin&Eosin(HE)staining was used to investigate structural changes in the penile cavernous tissue.Results:Network pharmacology showed that tumor necrosis factor(TNF),nitric oxide synthase 3(eNOS),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were the key targets of HXTLD in the treatment of erectile dysfunction caused by ischemic stroke.Experimental studies showed that HXTLD improved erectile dysfunction caused by ischemic stroke.HE results showed that HXTLD improved the structure of the corpus cavernosa.HXTLD also inhibited the expression of TNF and VEGF proteins in penile tissue(P<0.05)and enhanced the expression of e NOS protein in penile tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion:HXTLD improved the erectile function of rats with erectile dysfunction caused by ischemic stroke by regulating the m RNA and protein levels of TNF,e NOS and VEGF.展开更多
