重型胰腺炎急性反应期血清CRP与T淋巴细胞亚群变化及其意义 被引量:2

目的探究重型胰腺炎患者急性反应期血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)与T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其临床意义。方法将2016年8月-2017年8月在我院就诊的204例重型胰腺炎急性反应期患者设置为重型组,并选择同期就诊的208例轻型胰腺炎患者与206例健康体检人... 目的探究重型胰腺炎患者急性反应期血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)与T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其临床意义。方法将2016年8月-2017年8月在我院就诊的204例重型胰腺炎急性反应期患者设置为重型组,并选择同期就诊的208例轻型胰腺炎患者与206例健康体检人群,分别设置为轻型组及对照组,检测三组人群的血清CRP及T淋巴亚群水平。结果 (1)血清CRP水平:轻、重型组的血清CRP水平均明显高于对照组,且重型组的血清CRP水平明显高于轻型组(P<0.05);(2)T淋巴细胞亚群水平:轻型组的CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但CD3^+、CD8^+水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);重型组的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平明显低于对照组,CD8^+水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且重型组的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平明显低于轻型组,CD8^+水平明显高于轻型组(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP与T淋巴细胞亚群可作为重型胰腺炎患者急性反应期病情评估的有效参考指标,对选择治疗方案与改善患者预后有重要意义。 展开更多

Since the first report of sodium trifluoromethanesulfinate(CF_(3)SO_(2)Na) as an electrophilic trifluoromethylthiolation reagent in 2015,there has been no breakthrough in research in this field.Herein,we disclose an unprecedented usage of CF_(3)SO_(2)Na as a radical trifluoromethylthiolation reagent.A photocatalyzed ditrifluoromethylthiolation of alkenes with CF_(3)SO_(2)Na in the presence of PPh_(3) and catalytic copper has been developed.Interestingly,either Ir[(p-Fppy)_(2)(bpy)]PF_6 or Ir(ppy)_(3) could facilitate this transformation.Mechanistic studies indicate that initiation of the radical chain proceeded via two different photocatalytic quenching mechanisms.This protocol provides a practical method for the construction of diverse vicinal ditrifluoromethylthiolated compounds. 展开更多

A new,stable and scalable reagent for deuteriodifluoromethylthiolation(deuterated N-difluoromethylthiophthalimide,PhthSCF_(2)D)has been developed.This reagent can be applied for the photocatalytic radical deuteriodifluoromethylthiolation of various olefins and aldehydes(30 examples).Meanwhile,it can achieve the electrophilic deuteriodifluoromethylthiolation of a series of electrophilic substrates including electron-rich arenes,aryl/vinylboronicacids,alkynes,amines,thiols andβ-ketoesters(22 examples).Some complex molecules can also be applied in both radical and electrophilic deuteriodifluoromethylthiolation using PhthSCF_(2)D as the reagent. 展开更多
