Correlation of serum Ang-2 level with neurohumor indexes and myocardial remodeling indexes in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective:To study the correlation of serum angiogenin 2 (Ang-2) level with neurohumor indexes and myocardial remodeling indexes in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:The patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in the People's Hospital of Huangmei between March 2015 and October 2017 were selected and divided into NYHA I-II group and NYHA III-IV group according to cardiac function classification;healthy subjects who received physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of Ang-2, neurohumor indexes and myocardial remodeling indexes in serum were determined. Results: Serum Ang-2, NT-proBNP, Copeptin, ET-1, AT-II, ALD, FGF23, TGFβ1, Gal-3, PICP and ICTP levels of NYHA I-II group and NYHA III-IV group were significantly higher than those of control group whereas TIMP4 levels were significantly lower than that of control group;serum Ang-2, NT-proBNP, Copeptin, ET-1, AT-II, ALD, FGF23, TGFβ1, Gal-3, PICP and ICTP levels of NYHA III-IV group were significantly higher than those of NYHA I-II group whereas TIMP4 level was significantly lower than that of NYHA I-II group. Serum NT-proBNP, Copeptin, ET-1, AT-II, ALD, FGF23, TGFβ1, Gal-3, PICP and ICTP levels in chronic heart failure patients with high Ang-2 level were significantly higher than those in chronic heart failure patients with low Ang-2 level whereas TIMP4 level was significantly lower than that in chronic heart failure patients with low Ang-2 level.Conclusion:The increase of Ang-2 in patients with chronic heart failure is related to neurohumoral disorder and myocardial remodeling aggravation. 展开更多

Expression of TLR4 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells with myocardial injury and inflammatory stress response in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective:To study the expression of TLR4 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells with myocardial injury and inflammatory stress response in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Patients who were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris and stable angina pectoris in the People's Hospital of Huangmei between June 2014 and August 2017 were enrolled in the AMI group, UAP group and SAP group of the study respectively, and the volunteers who received physical examination in the People's Hospital of Huangmei during the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of TLR4 and stress indexes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells as well as the levels of myocardial injury indexes, inflammation indexes and stress indexes in serum were measured.Results:TLR4, Nrf2, NQO-1 andγ-GCS mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells as well as CK, LDH, CK-MB, cTnT, MMP9, HMGB1, sVCAM1, IFN-γ, IL-17, MDA and AOPP levels in serum of AMI group were higher than those of UAP group, SAP group and control group;TLR4 mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with AMI was positively correlated with CK, LDH, CK-MB, cTnT, MMP9, HMGB1, sVCAM1, IFN-γ, IL-17, MDA and AOPP levels in serum as well as Nrf2, NQO-1 andγ-GCS mRNA expression in peripheral blood.Conclusion:The high expression of TLR4 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with acute myocardial infarction can aggravate the myocardial injury and promote the activation of inflammatory stress response. 展开更多

Efficient separation of palladium(Pd(Ⅱ))from high-level liquid waste(HLLW)not only helps the safe disposal of nuclear waste,but also is a vital importan supplement to Pd(Ⅱ)resources.Herein,16 kinds of nove Amberlite XAD resins-based adsorbents were prepared by vacuum impregnation method for the separation of Pd(Ⅱ)from simulated HLLW,and the MMBT/XAD7HP prepared using 4-methyl-2-mercaptobenzothiazole(MMBT)as ligand and Amberlite XAD7HP resin(XAD7HP)as the carrier was selected as the optimal research object.Characterization analysis experiments proved the successful preparation of MMBT/XAD7HP,which exhibited ultrahigh adsorption selectivity for Pd(Ⅱ)(distribution coefficient(K_d)≥12584.5 ml·g^(-1),separation factor(SF_(Pd/M))≥2818.4)and superior adsorption capacity(Q≥130.1 mg·g^(-1)).The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms for Pd(Ⅱ)matched with pseudo-secondorder(PSO)kinetics model and Langmuir model,indicating that the adsorption mode for Pd(Ⅱ)by MMBT/XAD7 HP was monolayer chemical adsorption.The dynamic column experiments showed that MMBT/XAD7 HP achieved efficiently separation of Pd(Ⅱ)from simulated HLLW,and the recovery rate was nearly 100% The adsorption mechanism was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and density functional theory(DFT),and the ultrahigh selectivity of MMBT/XAD7 HP is attributed to the preferred affinity of the soft-N,S donor atoms in MMBT for Pd(Ⅱ).MMBT has the shortest frontline molecular orbital energy band gap(HOMO-LUMO)among the four ligands,which makes it easier to become an electron donor to attract Pd^(2+)to participate in coordination.NO_(3)^(-)participates in the adsorption to keep charge balance.In summary,MMBT/XAD7 HP has broad application prospects for the treatment of Pd(Ⅱ)in HLLW. 展开更多
