[Methods]Welch Ultimate XB-C18( 5 μm,250 mm ×4. 6 mm) chromatographic column was adopted,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution for gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 328 nm,the column temperature was 25 ℃,the similarities of 18 different batches of medicinal materials were evaluated,and the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of S. paniculata Wall. ex DC. was set up. [Results] The RSDs of precision,repeatability and stability of HPLC fingerprint of 18 batches of S. paniculata Wall. ex DC. medicine materials were all less than 3%;HPLC reference fingerprint of the medicine materials was established.[Conclusions]HPLC fingerprint was established,its data were stable and reliable,and the method was simple and efficient,which could provide reference for the quality evaluation of Zhuang medicine S. paniculata Wall. ex DC. 展开更多

[Methods] The M. convoluta genomic DNA was extracted by improved CTAB method,and the SSR primers for M. convoluta were selected through digestion,ligation,suppression PCR,pre-amplification,SAM method and PCR. [Results] The improved CTAB method extracted a high purity of DNA; the SAM PCR method gave clear bands; and 100 positive clones were sequenced,obtaining 86 sequences. [Objectives]The differences in secondary metabolites of Herba Polygoni Chinensis from Guangxi were analyzed,in order to find flavonoids which can antagonize liver injury and provide a basis for the quality evaluation of Herba Polygoni Chinensis.[Methods]UPLC-MS was used to analyze the secondary metabolites of Herba Polygoni Chinensis,and emphasis was placed on flavonoids.[Results]Flavonoids were abundant in the secondary metabolites of Herba Polygoni Chinensis.Quercitrin,catechin gallate,epicatechin gallate,hyperoside and so on were screened as the components with high content and antagonistic effect on liver injury.[Conclusions]Quercitrin was the flavonoid compound with the highest content among the three origins.It is stable and has a good protective effect on liver,which is representative.Quercitrin can be considered as the target component to be used as an important index for quality evaluation of Herba Polygoni Chinensis. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study aims to establish a simple,convenient,fast,low-cost,low-consumption and efficient method for quality control of troxerutin.[Methods]In NaAc-phosphate buffer at pH=8,troxerutin could react with Cu^2+to form complex,which had a characteristic absorption peak at 408 nm in the ultraviolet spectrum.The content of troxerutin could be determined indirectly by measuring the absorbance of the complex.[Results]Within the linear range of 27.82-74.19μg/mL,the absorbance of the complex has a good linear relationship with the concentration of troxerutin.The regression equation is A=0.0119C-0.1384(r=0.9991),and the detection limit is 1.59μg/mL.This method used to determine the content of troxerutin in samples from different manufacturers,and the recovery is 100.9%-102.7%.[Conclusions]The ultraviolet spectrophotometry is used in this experiment to indirectly determine the content of troxerutin by measuring the absorbance of troxerutin-Cu^2+complex,and the results are accurate,reproducible and highly precise.This method can be used for quantitative analysis of troxerutin. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to determine the contents of such five heavy metals as lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As),mercury(Hg)and copper(Cu)and the contents of nine kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues including total BHC(α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC)and total DDT(pp-DDE,pp-DDD,op-DDT,pp-DDT)and pentachloronitrobenzene in the Zhuang medicine Herba Polygoni Chinensis from 13 producing areas.[Methods]The five heavy metals were determined in accordance with the second method of general rule 2341,the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method,in part 4 of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia;and the nine organochlorines were determined in accordance with the first method of general rule 2341,organochlorine pesticide residue determination method(chromatography),in part 4 of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.[Results]In the Herba Polygoni Chinensis from 13 origins,the lead contents were in the range of 0.50-3.28 mg/kg;the cadmium contents were in the range of 0.06-4.21 mg/kg;the arsenic contents were in the range of 0.16-6.9 mg/kg;the copper contents were in the range of 10.5-45.1 mg/kg;the mercury contents were in the range of 0.00-0.003 mg/kg;and the nine organochlorines including the total benzene hexachloride(α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC),total DDT(pp-DDE,pp-DDD,op-DDT,pp-DDT)and pentachloronitrobenzene were all not detected.Referring to part 4 of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the Cu and As of the Herba Polygoni Chinensis produced in Hezhou exceeded the standards,the Cu of the Herba Polygoni Chinensis produced in Wuzhou exceeded the standard,and the As of the Herba Polygoni Chinensis produced in Yulin City and Guilin City exceeded the standard.[Conclusions]This study provides safety limit test data for the development and utilization of Herba Polygoni Chinensis of the Zhuang medicine. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the volatile components of Polygonum chinense L.[Methods]The volatile components of the methanol extract,ethyl acetate extract,chloroform extract and petroleum ether extract of P.chinense were analyzed and determined by gas chromatography.[Results]The volatile components of the methanol extract from P.chinense were the most,and phenolic acids and ketones accounted for a relatively high proportion,among which pyrogallic acid had the highest content.The ethyl acetate extract contained the second most volatile components,mostly acids and esters,of whichβ-sitosterol had the highest content;the chloroform and petroleum ether extracts had relatively few types of volatile components,most of which were alkanes,and the content ofγ-sitosterol shared by the two was the highest.The common substances of the four extracts were palmitic acid and phytol.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of P.chinense and a scientific basis for its resource development. 展开更多

With the promulgation of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the state has made clear regulations on the standard for the cultivation of Chinese pharmacy talents. Based on their own actual conditions, major colleges and universities have implemented different talent training modes, including talent training modes of running talent classes, "2+1+1", "Chinese Medicine Research Practice Class", employment-oriented professional talent training mode, three-level three-type diversified talent training mode, and talent training mode oriented with adapting to the characteristics of ethnic regions. Various talent training modes have different training objectives, and corresponding training programs are formulated to meet the requirements of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. In addition, according to the notice on Solidly Promoting Labor Education into the "National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the introduction of labor education to the teaching of Chinese pharmacy majors will be a trend, and Chinese pharmacy professionals are required to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty, and labor. A new type of self-targeting carbon dot (CD-Fla) for the detection of the toxic heavy metal ion Pb^2+ was synthesized via a one-pot hydrothermal route using flavonoid extracts of Ginkgo biloba leaves as the starting material. As-prepared CD-Fla exhibited excellent biocompatibility and strong blue emission with a quantum yield of 16.1% and significant fluorescence quenching selectivity for Pb^2+ without using any additional targeting molecules. CD-Fla could detect Pb^2+ quantitatively within the range 0.1-20.0 nM, with an ultrahigh sensitivity of 55 pM. The selectivity of CD-FIa for Pb^2+ was nearly one order of magnitude higher than that for other relevant metal ions. This was much better than ever reported CD-based metal ion sensors. The high sensitivity and selectivity were due to the incorporation of certain flavonoid-like moieties into CD-Fla. CD-Fla was also demonstrated to be a good probe for fluorescence tracing of intracellular Pb^2+. The capability of CD-Fla was further improved when it was doped on agarose hydrogel. CD-Fla-doped agarose hydrogel (CD-AHG) allowed for visual fluorescence detection and removal of Pb^2+ from water. This was confirmed by testing CD-AHG in actual water samples taken from the Jialing River (Chongqing, China). The Pb^2+ adsorbed CD-AHG was regenerable in HC1 solution. This study will open a new avenue for synthesizing intelligent materials capable of simultaneously targeting, detecting, and treating heavy metal ions. 展开更多
