目的系统评价孕产期生育舞蹈对母婴结局的干预效果。方法在PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Clinical trials、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国维普全文数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库搜索与生育舞蹈干预分...目的系统评价孕产期生育舞蹈对母婴结局的干预效果。方法在PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Clinical trials、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国维普全文数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库搜索与生育舞蹈干预分娩相关的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2022年3月,采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14项随机对照研究,包括2404例产妇。Meta分析结果显示,与常规产科保健相比,生育舞蹈能有效降低剖宫产率[OR=0.30,95%CI(0.24,0.37),P<0.00001];降低新生儿窒息率[OR=0.16,95%CI(0.09,0.32),P<0.00001]与新生儿早产率[OR=0.32,95%CI(0.18,0.58),P<0.001];缩短第一产程时长[SMD=-4.06,95%CI(-5.31,-2.82),P<0.00001]与总产程时长[SMD=-5.58,95%CI(-7.59,-3.57),P<0.00001];有效缓解分娩疼痛[MD=-0.53,95%CI(-0.98,-0.08),P<0.05]。结论生育舞蹈可有效降低剖宫产率;明显降低新生儿窒息和早产的风险;显著缩短第一产程及总产程时长;有效减轻分娩疼痛,提高分娩舒适度。因纳入文献样本量及质量限制,本结论还需更多大样本、高质量的随机对照试验进一步验证。展开更多
Aiming to solve the problem of small range of the appropriately sowing seeds existing in a vertical disc seed-metering device,the planter plate series with four sizes were developed according to the variety and size d...Aiming to solve the problem of small range of the appropriately sowing seeds existing in a vertical disc seed-metering device,the planter plate series with four sizes were developed according to the variety and size distribution of all soybeans in China.The structure and working principle of the vertical disc soybean seed-metering device were detailed,and the influence of the diameter of soybean on the working performance of the seed-metering device was analyzed through the software EDEM virtual simulation,so as to achieve the goal of covering the soybean seeds with all sizes by the minimum planter plate series as well as to obtain the most appropriate operating speed of each planter plate by optimization.For the planter plates with the hole diameter of 7,9,12,16 mm,the appropriate size ranges of sowing seeds are 4.5-6.0,6.0-8.0,8.0-10.5,10.5-13.0 mm,respectively,and the appropriate operating speeds are 9,8,7,6 km/h,respectively.The results show that this planter plate series can meet the requirements of seeding with all sizes of soybeans at the range of the most appropriate operating speed.The study method can provide a reference for design and optimization of precision planters.展开更多

Zircon U-Pb dating yields mean 238U/26pb ages of 238 ± 2 Ma and 234&...This work studies new petrological and geochemical data and zircon U-Pb ages for bimodal intrusive rocks from Xinglong re- gion, Hainan Island. Zircon U-Pb dating yields mean 238U/26pb ages of 238 ± 2 Ma and 234±2 Ma for diabasic and granitic phases, respectively, representing the Middle Triassic emplacement. The diabase and granite bodies were formed from discrete mafic and acidic magma sources that experienced local mechanical mixing at their mutual contacts. Although SiO2 content of intrusions is bimodal, trace element ratios indicate that both were formed in a post-orogenic extensional setting. Sr-Nd isotopic composition reflects a shared EMII type enriched mantle source component, possibly influenced by subduction-fluid metaso- matism.展开更多
