目的:通过采用Meta分析方法评价内镜微创保胆取石术后应用牛磺熊去氧胆酸治疗胆囊结石复发的有效性及安全性,为牛磺熊去氧胆酸结合内镜微创保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石提供依据。方法:全面检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普中文期刊数...目的:通过采用Meta分析方法评价内镜微创保胆取石术后应用牛磺熊去氧胆酸治疗胆囊结石复发的有效性及安全性,为牛磺熊去氧胆酸结合内镜微创保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石提供依据。方法:全面检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普中文期刊数据库、Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Web of science,收集应用牛磺熊去氧胆酸结合内镜微创保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的随机对照试验(RCT)文献,检索时间截止至2019年12月。对符合纳入标准的文献进行质量评价与数据提取,并采用stata14.0进行Meta分析。结果:共检索且符合纳入标准的文献7篇RCT研究,共1207例患者。其中牛磺熊去氧胆酸组633例,对照组574例。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组比较,术后服用牛磺熊去氧胆酸可以缩减胆囊壁厚度[WMD=–0.817,95%CI(–1.400,–0.234),P=0.006];改善胆囊收缩功能[WMD=19.099,95%CI(16.256,21.941),P<0.00];减少胆石症状的复发[RR=0.338,95%CI(0.120,0.954),P=0.040];降低胆囊结石的复发[RR=0.230,95%CI(0.145,0.365),P<0.001],差异均有统计学意义。结论:内镜微创保胆取石术后应用牛磺熊去氧胆酸具有预防胆囊结石复发的作用。展开更多
Metal matrix composite coating Ni-Fe/SiC was prepared on an iron-based substrate bythermal spraying combined with laser cladding,using SiC particulates as the reinforcing agent.The micro-structures of the coatings for...Metal matrix composite coating Ni-Fe/SiC was prepared on an iron-based substrate bythermal spraying combined with laser cladding,using SiC particulates as the reinforcing agent.The micro-structures of the coatings formed at different thermal spraying and laser cladding conditions were character-ized by means of X-ray diffraction and electron probe microanalysis.The thermal oxidation properties of themixed powders composed of different content of SiC particulates and relevant Ni-based alloy as the balancewere examined using differential scanning calorimetry.The hardness profile of the thermal sprayed and lasercladding coatings was investigated as well.It was found that SiO2particulates were generated and dissolvedand dispersed during the melting and solidification of the laser cladding process,which was ascribed to theoxidation of the dispersed SiC particulates.The micro-hardness depth profile of the target laser claddingcomposite coating was characterized by gradient distribution,which could be related to the gradient distribu-tion of the hard SiC and SiO2particulates in the dendrites and interdendrites of the cladding layer.Both SiCand SiO2particulates contributed to greatly increasing the microhardness and mechanical properties of the ti-tled laser cladding composite coatings.展开更多
An orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is one of the effective techniques used in wireless communication. In OFDM systems, channel impairments due to multipath dispersive spreading can cause deep fades...An orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is one of the effective techniques used in wireless communication. In OFDM systems, channel impairments due to multipath dispersive spreading can cause deep fades in wireless channels. Thus, the OFDM receiver requires channel state information when coherent detection is involved. Therefore, to overcome the impact of channel fades good channel estimation (CE) methods are needed in OFDM systems. And one of these CE methods is a semi-blind CE. However, the semi-blind method requires a large number of processing operations. In order to avoid the high computing complexity of the existing method, scaled least square (SLS) technique is applied to improve the performance of the semi-blind channel estimator which require less knowledge of the channel second-order statistics and have better performance than the least square (LS) which used in semi-blind CE. Simulation results shows, this proposed method of semi-blind CE has the capacity of elevating CE performance in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) OFDM systems.展开更多
