复方红景天缓解体力疲劳活性的研究 被引量:12

依据传统中医药理论,在藏药红景天抗疲劳的基础上,从常用缓解疲劳的中药中优选了黄精、枸杞、当归、五味子、肉苁蓉与红景天组成复方,以期从多个侧面提高抗疲劳活性。以昆明种雄性小鼠为研究对象,随机分成安静对照组、运动对照组、配方... 依据传统中医药理论,在藏药红景天抗疲劳的基础上,从常用缓解疲劳的中药中优选了黄精、枸杞、当归、五味子、肉苁蓉与红景天组成复方,以期从多个侧面提高抗疲劳活性。以昆明种雄性小鼠为研究对象,随机分成安静对照组、运动对照组、配方一组、配方二组、配方三组和红景天单方组,灌胃30d。研究结果表明,给药组均能不同程度地延长小鼠游泳时间、降低血清尿素氮、血乳酸的含量,增加肝糖元的含量,其中与红景天单方组相比,配方二和配方三组活性较好,而配方一组与红景天单方组比较无显著性差异。进一步考察了各组对运动小鼠的琥珀酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、ATP酶等能量代谢相关酶活的影响,综合比较,配方三组抗疲劳活性效果最显著,表明其中各味中药能够很好地协同发挥作用,对开发复方红景天抗疲劳保健品具有一定的指导意义。 展开更多

It is assumed that the scanning speed is constant and the noise source is stationary The accuracy of estimating sound power along some simple paths on the surfaces such as rectangle, disc and hemisphere is analyzed. It is argued that the accuracy of estimating sound power is strongly depended on a suitable selection of scan path.
