为了提高资源的循环再利用和降低火电厂废弃物中CO_(2)的二次回收利用效率,在聚醚嵌段酰胺(PEBA)中加入聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)作为前驱体,通过原位反应方法制备得到PAsp/PEBA网络交错水凝胶膜,达到改善复合膜水环境并提升力学强度,使复合膜... 为了提高资源的循环再利用和降低火电厂废弃物中CO_(2)的二次回收利用效率,在聚醚嵌段酰胺(PEBA)中加入聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)作为前驱体,通过原位反应方法制备得到PAsp/PEBA网络交错水凝胶膜,达到改善复合膜水环境并提升力学强度,使复合膜可以更高效分离气体成分。结果表明,提高进料压力,试样获得更大CO_(2)渗透系数,表现出了对CO_(2)/N2更明显的选择性。加入20%(质量分数)PSI时,CO_(2)渗透系数选择性减小,膜层中出现了PAsp与PEBA分离结果。较小膜厚提高了CO_(2)渗透选择性。提高温度后,达到了更大CO_(2)渗透系数,但CO_(2)/N2选择性则发生了减小。PAsp/PEBA膜都表现出了比膜更大的CO_(2)渗透系数以及更优的CO_(2)/N2选择性。 展开更多
