电网调控实时数据平台体系架构及关键技术研究与应用

一体化运行的互联大电网对现有调度自动化系统实时数据的全局性和实时性等提出了新的挑战,文中提出了电网调控实时数据平台体系架构和建设目标原则。在此基础上,研究了电网模型在线同步、分布式数据汇集与处理、大规模并行状态估计、实时数据统一服务等关键技术,实现了基于模型自动同步免维护下的全网实时数据单点采集、全网共享。研发的电网调控实时数据平台在国分调控中心试点建设,应用结果表明,所提技术方案提高了实时数据汇集的全局性、实时性和运维效率,能够为电网分析决策应用提供全面、实时、准确的全网实时数据和状态估计数据断面。

区域电网省间调峰辅助服务的市场机制与出清模型

针对区域电网接纳区外清洁能源产生调峰困难的问题,提出了一种调峰辅助服务市场出清模型,采用市场化机制对参与调峰的机组进行补偿,解决了当前省间电量置换机制下电量返回困难的问题。机组根据可售调峰容量与深度调峰限值,分段申报调峰容量与补偿价格参与市场出清,出清结果满足各项机组运行约束与网络安全约束,具有良好的可执行性。调峰市场出清价格具有明确的市场指引功能,以明确的价格信号吸引更多的机组提供调峰容量,促进清洁能源在受端区域电网的有效消纳。基于区域调峰辅助服务市场模拟运行数据的算例,验证了该模型的有效性。

大电网调度稳态自适应巡航场景架构

电力调度控制中心作为电网运行控制的指挥中枢和"决策大脑",其自动化和智能化程度亟待提升。在此背景下,文中提出新一代电网调度稳态自适应巡航场景架构,在横向上将感知、评估、决策和控制等功能环节灵活组合和智能联动,在纵向上以任务为导向实现多级调度的协同控制。在介绍新一代电网调控系统场景理念的基础上,设计了大电网调度稳态自适应巡航场景的相关功能模块。原型系统上的试运行验证了设计的合理性。

Impulse Observability and Impulse Controllability of Regular Degenerate Evolution Systems

Impulse observability and impulse controllability of regular degenerate evolution systems are discussed by using functional analysis and operator theory in Banach space. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the impulse observability and impulse controllability of the system are obtained. This research is theoretically important for studying the design of the degenerate evolution system.

Uniform Convergence of the Solutions of Riccati Equations for a Family of Optimal Control Problems

The uniform convergence of the solutions of a parameterized family of Riccati differential equations which arise in the context of optimal control problems for systems described by a family of linear time-varying evolution equations is considered on the infinite time interval in Hilbert space.Some sufficient conditions and an illustrative example are given for uniform convergence of the solutions of a family of the Riccati differential equations.The uniform convergence of the solutions of the Riccati differential equations with respect to parameters is important for applications to problems in adaptive control of stochastic evolution systems.

Exact controllability for singular distributed parameter system in Hilbert space

Exact controllability of singular distributed parameter control system is discussed via functional analysis and the theory of generalized operator semi-group in Hilbert space, Necessary and sufficient conditions concerning the exact controllability are given. Relations between exact controllability and stability of singular distributed parameter system are specified.

Controllability and Observability of Stochastic Singular Systems in Banach Spaces

Exact(approximate)controllability and exact(approximate)observability of stochastic singular systems in Banach spaces are discussed.Firstly,the condition for the existence and uniqueness of the mild solution to stochastic singular systems is given by GE-semigroup in Banach spaces.Secondly,the necessary and sufficient conditions for the exact(approximate)controllability and exact(approximate)observability of the systems considered are derived in terms of GE-semigroup,and the dual principle is given.Thirdly,an illustrative example is given.

Controllability of Singular Distributed Parameter Systems in the Sense of Mild Solution

Necessary and sufficient conditions for the exact controllability and approximate controllability of a singular distributed parameter system are obtained.These general results are used to examine the exact controllability and approximate controllability of the Dzektser equation in the theory of seepage.

Impulse Controllability and Impulse Observability of Stochastic Singular Systems

This paper discusses the impulse controllability and impulse observability of stochastic singular systems.Firstly,the condition for the existence and uniqueness of the impulse solution to stochastic singular systems is given by Laplace transform.Secondly,the necessary and sufficient conditions for the impulse controllability and impulse observability of systems considered are derived in terms of matrix theory.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.
