汽车机油泵体压铸工艺数值模拟与优化

为满足汽车铝合金机油泵体压铸件高气密性和高强度的要求,解决该铸件缩松、缩孔缺陷问题,进行压铸工艺设计和优化。首先对铸件进行工艺分析,根据经验分别设计浇注排溢系统并初步选取工艺参数;再运用田口正交试验法设计了5因素4水平压铸... 为满足汽车铝合金机油泵体压铸件高气密性和高强度的要求,解决该铸件缩松、缩孔缺陷问题,进行压铸工艺设计和优化。首先对铸件进行工艺分析,根据经验分别设计浇注排溢系统并初步选取工艺参数;再运用田口正交试验法设计了5因素4水平压铸工艺参数方案,并使用Procast进行数值模拟。将16组正交试验结果基于信噪比进行极差和方差分析,结果表明,模具温度对缩松缩孔的影响最为显著,5因素的最优工艺参数为:浇注温度650℃、模具温度240℃、慢/快压射距离200 mm/60 mm、快压射速度为3.0 m/s、慢压射速度为0.2 m/s。数值模拟结果显示,该工艺参数组合下铸件缩松、缩孔体积为1.067 cm^(3),较优化前降低了26.5%。试模结果表明,铸件外观完好,关键部位X射线探伤显示无明显缩孔;采用金相显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对铸件进行组织观察,发现铸件各区域组织致密;力学性能测试表明,压铸件显微硬度大于HV85,同等工艺下试棒平均拉伸强度为253.36 MPa,铸件满足使用要求。 展开更多

Silicon can improve drought tolerance of plants,but the mechanism still remains unclear.Previous studies have mainly concentrated on silicon-accumulating plants,whereas less work has been conducted in silicon-excluding plants,such as tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.).In this study,we investigated the effects of exogenous silicon(2.5 mmol L^(-1))on the chlorophyll fluorescence and expression of photosynthesis-related genes in tomato seedlings(Zhongza 9)under water stress induced by 10%(w/v)polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000).The results showed that under water stress,the growth of shoot and root was inhibited,and the chlorophyll and carotenoid concentrations were decreased,while silicon addition improved the plant growth and increased the concentrations of chlorophyll and carotenoid.Under water sterss,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters such as PSII maximum photochemical efficiency(F_v/F_m),effective quantum efficiency,actual photochemical quantum efficiency(Ф_(PSII)),photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR),and photochemical quenching coefficient(q_P)were decreased;while these changes were reversed in the presence of added silicon.The expressions of some photosynthesis-related genes including PetE,PetF,PsbP,PsbQ,PsbW,and Psb28 were down-regulated under water stress,and exogenous Si could partially up-regulate their expressions.These results suggest that silicon plays a role in the alleviation of water stress by modulating some photosynthesis-related genes and regulating the photochemical process,and thus promoting photosynthesis. 展开更多

目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症,并探讨其相应的预防措施。方法方便选取2016年10月-2018年9月在该院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者206例,对其临床资料进行回顾性的分析,分析患者术后出现的并发症,并提出相应的预防措施。结果该组患者均... 目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症,并探讨其相应的预防措施。方法方便选取2016年10月-2018年9月在该院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者206例,对其临床资料进行回顾性的分析,分析患者术后出现的并发症,并提出相应的预防措施。结果该组患者均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,所有患者均手术成功,其中有1例患者在手术中行中转开腹,经相应的治疗后痊愈。该组患者平均手术时间为(55.37±5.62)min,术中平均出血量为(52.47±6.13)m L,平均住院时间为(7.35±2.59)d。该组患者中有20例术后出现并发症。并发症的发生率为9.7%。主要有胆管损伤、胆瘘、切口感染、腹腔内出血、结石残留、下肢静脉炎等。给予患者相应的护理干预后均健康出院。结论行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者术后极易发生并发症,临床治疗人员及护理人员应加强对其的重视,及时采取有效的措施进行预防和护理,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的预后。 展开更多

Tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)is a model plant for research on fruit development and stress response,in which gene expression analysis is frequently conducted.Quantitative PCR(qPCR)is a widely used technique for gene expression analysis,and the selection of reference genes may affect the accuracy of results and even conclusions.Although there have been some frequently used reference genes in tomato,it has been shown that the expressions of some of these genes are not constant in different tissues and environmental conditions.Moreover,little information on genomic identification of reference genes is available in tomato.Here,we mined the publicly available transcriptional sequencing data and screened out fifteen candidate reference genes,and the expression stability of these candidate genes and seven traditionally used ones were evaluated under stress and hormone treatment.The results showed that over half of the selected candidate references were housekeeping genes in tomato cells.Among the candidate reference genes and the traditionally used ones,the most stably expressed genes varied under different treatments,and most of these genes were recommended as preferred reference genes at least once except Solyc04g009030 and Solyc07g066610,two traditionally used reference genes.This study provides some novel reference genes in tomato,and the preferred reference genes under different environmental stimuli,which may be useful for future research.Our study suggests that excavating stably expressed genes from transcriptome sequencing data is a reliable approach to screening reference genes for qPCR analysis. 展开更多

Nodulin 26-like intrinsic proteins(NIPs) are a family of channel-forming transmembrane proteins that function in the transport of water and other small molecules.Some NIPs can mediate silicon transport across plasma membranes and lead to silicon accumulation in plants,which is beneficial for the growth and development of plants.Cucumber is one of the most widely consumed vegetables;however,the functions of NIPs in this crop are still largely unknown.Here,we report the functional characteristics of Cs NIP2;2.It was found that Cs NIP2;2 is a tandem repeat of Cs NIP2;1,which had been demonstrated to be a silicon influx transporter gene.Cs NIP2;2 has a selectivity filter composed of cysteine,serine,glycine and arginine(CSGR),which is different from all previously characterized silicon influx transporters in higher plants at the second helix position.Xenopus laevis oocytes injected with Cs NIP2;2 c RNA demonstrated a higher uptake of silicon than the control,and the uptake remained unchanged under low temperature.Cs NIP2;2 was found to be expressed in the root,stem,lamina and petiole,and exogenous silicon treatment decreased its expression in the stem but not in other tissues.Transient expression of Cs NIP2;2-e GFP fusion sequence in onion epidermal cells showed that Cs NIP2;2 was localized to the cell nucleus,plasma membrane and an unknown structure inside the cell.The results suggest that Cs NIP2;2 is a silicon influx transporter in cucumber,and its subcellular localization and the selectivity filter are different from those of the previously characterized silicon influx transporters in other plants.These findings may be helpful for understanding the functions of NIPs in cucumber plants. 展开更多

腹腔镜胆道探查术22例的临床分析

目的以胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者为研究对象,探讨腹腔镜胆道探查术的治疗效果。方法随机抽取自2018年9月—2019年8月该院收治的胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者44例并将其分成对照组(n=22)及研究组(n=22),对照组患者应用开腹手术,研究组... 目的以胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者为研究对象,探讨腹腔镜胆道探查术的治疗效果。方法随机抽取自2018年9月—2019年8月该院收治的胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者44例并将其分成对照组(n=22)及研究组(n=22),对照组患者应用开腹手术,研究组患者应用腹腔镜胆道探查术,比较两组手术相关指标及术后并发症情况、病情复发情况。结果两组各项手术相关指标经对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组相比,研究组手术时间(94.59±33.27)min,腹腔引流时间(2.76±0.21)d,肛门排气时间(1.32±0.25)d、下床活动时间(10.29±1.68)h以及术后住院时间(5.98±1.20)d均短于对照组(121.23±34.36)min、(3.95±0.24)d,(2.84±0.27)d、(14.25±1.74)h、(7.97±1.24)d,研究组切口长度(1.09±0.24)cem短于对照组(10.24±0.27)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=13.266,3.071,3.016,5.231,4.234,21.372,P<0.05)。两组急性胰腺炎、及肠梗阻等并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者应用腹腔镜胆道探查术能够优化手术相关指标,有助于减少术后相关并发症,可有效抑制术后病情复发风险,治疗效果确切且安全性较高。 展开更多

目的观察和分析腹腔镜胰体尾切除术操作方法以及治疗效果。方法选取31例自2018年5月—2019年10月进行手术治疗在该院接受胰体尾切除术患者,将之分为对比组(n=21)与研究组(n=10),对比组应用开腹胰体尾切除术,研究组应用腹腔镜胰体尾切除... 目的观察和分析腹腔镜胰体尾切除术操作方法以及治疗效果。方法选取31例自2018年5月—2019年10月进行手术治疗在该院接受胰体尾切除术患者,将之分为对比组(n=21)与研究组(n=10),对比组应用开腹胰体尾切除术,研究组应用腹腔镜胰体尾切除术,比较两组手术相关指标以及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间(286.23±49.38)min较对比组(230.15±52.12)min长,差异有统计学意义(t=7.332,P<0.05);研究组其他各项手术相关指标均优于对比组,术中失血量[(351.22±78.35)mL vs(185.23±73.45)mL]更少,术后进食时间[(4.23±1.35)d vs(3.01±1.30)d],术后排气时间[(3.51±1.33)d vs(2.29±1.28)d]及总住院时间[(15.26±2.13)d vs(11.23±2.08)d]均明显更短,差异有统计学意义(t=21.038、3.015、4.282、6.348,P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率经对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜胰体尾切除术治疗效果优于开腹胰体尾切除术,临床应用价值较高。能够使患者从中获益,可缩短患者术后恢复时间,具有一定的应用价值。 展开更多

In recent years,due to excessive emission of industrial waste,wastewater irrigation,and unreasonable utilization of fertilizers,pesticides and plastic sheeting,heavy metal pollution is increasing rapidly,resulting in many environmental problems.Silicon(Si),as the second most abundant element in the soil,can not only stimulate plant growth,but alleviate various biotic and abiotic stresses,including heavy metal stress.Here,we reviewed recent advances in the mechanisms for Si-mediated heavy metal tolerance in plants.These mechanisms included reducing active heavy metal ions in growth media,reducing heavy metal transport to the shoot,stimulating enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants,chelation,compartmentation,regulation of the expression of metal transport genes,and structural changes in plants.Further research orientation is also discussed. 展开更多
