Analysis and Modeling of k-regular and k-connected Protection Structure in Ultra-High Capacity Optical Networks

This paper proposes k-regular and k-connected(k&k) structure against multifaults in ultra-high capacity optical networks.Theoretical results show that pre-configured k&k structure can reach the lower bound on logical redundancy.The switching time of k&k protection structure is as quickly as ringbased protection in SDH network.It is the optimal protection structure in ultra-high capacity optical networks against multi-faults.We develop the linear programming model for k&k structure and propose a construction method for k&k structure design.Simulations are conducted for spare spectrum resources effi ciency of the pre-confi gured k&k structure under multi-faults on representative COST239 and NSFnet topologies.Numerical results show that the spare spectrum resources efficiency of k&k structure can reach the lower bound on logical redundancy in static networks.And it can largely improve spare spectrum resources effi ciency compared with p-cycles based protection structure without reducing protection effi ciency under dynamic traffi cs. 展开更多

目的探讨YAP1和P53蛋白在B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,B-NHL)组织中的表达意义及相互关系。方法应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学染色法检测广州医科大学附属第一医院2012年1月-2017年12月经病理科确诊的60例B-N... 目的探讨YAP1和P53蛋白在B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,B-NHL)组织中的表达意义及相互关系。方法应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学染色法检测广州医科大学附属第一医院2012年1月-2017年12月经病理科确诊的60例B-NHL(病例组)与25例反应性淋巴组织增生(对照组)中YAP1和P53蛋白的表达,60例B-NHL包括弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B cell lymphoma,DLBCL) 49例,小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤7例,套细胞淋巴瘤4例,后两者归为惰性组B-NHL。结果 YAP1在B-NHL中的总体表达阳性率为68.3%,其中在DLBCL中的表达率为61.2%,惰性组B-NHL和对照组的阳性率均为100%,YAP1蛋白在DLBCL表达阳性率低于惰性组B-NHL和对照组(P均<0.05)。P53在B-NHL中的总体表达阳性率为16.7%,其中在DLBCL和惰性组B-NHL的表达阳性率分别为18.4%和9.1%,在对照组中未见表达。P53在B-NHL和对照组中表达差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。YAP1和P53在B-NHL中的表达无明显相关性(P> 0.05)。结论 YAP1可能作为肿瘤抑制因子参与了部分B-NHL的发生发展,但与P53蛋白表达无关。 展开更多

甲状腺内胸腺癌1例报告及文献复习

目的:探讨甲状腺内胸腺癌(ITTC)的临床病理学特征、治疗方法和预后,加强临床医生对该病的认识。方法:观察1例ITTC患者的临床表现。肉眼观察肿瘤大体形态表现,行实验室检查和影像学检查,观察甲状腺肿物细针穿刺细胞学表现,光镜下观察肿... 目的:探讨甲状腺内胸腺癌(ITTC)的临床病理学特征、治疗方法和预后,加强临床医生对该病的认识。方法:观察1例ITTC患者的临床表现。肉眼观察肿瘤大体形态表现,行实验室检查和影像学检查,观察甲状腺肿物细针穿刺细胞学表现,光镜下观察肿瘤组织形态表现,对肿瘤组织行免疫组织化学染色和原位杂交检测,术后3和11个月对患者进行随访,并结合文献进行复习。结果:ITTC患者临床主要表现为甲状腺内质稍硬肿物。细胞学检查显示肿瘤细胞呈三维立体结构,部分细胞可见核仁。组织学检查显示癌细胞呈巢状或岛状分布,并向鳞状细胞分化;其周围纤维组织增生,伴淋巴细胞浸润;伴右颈部淋巴结转移。免疫表型检测,癌细胞表达CD117、CD5和P63等,不表达TdT和TTF-1,EBER-ISH (-)。病理诊断为ITTC伴颈部淋巴结转移。患者在术后3和11个月复查CT均未见复发及转移。结论:ITTC恶性程度低,可复发及转移,联合手术及放疗,患者预后良好。 展开更多

目的 探讨隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤(DFSP)的临床病理特点。方法 回顾性分析2011年5月—2020年4月该院诊断的30例DFSP患者的临床表现、组织病理特征、免疫组化特征及术后随访。结果 DFSP患者中,肿瘤组织在真皮及皮下浸润性生长并排列成旋涡状... 目的 探讨隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤(DFSP)的临床病理特点。方法 回顾性分析2011年5月—2020年4月该院诊断的30例DFSP患者的临床表现、组织病理特征、免疫组化特征及术后随访。结果 DFSP患者中,肿瘤组织在真皮及皮下浸润性生长并排列成旋涡状或车轮状,免疫组化检测CD34阳性率96%、Vim阳性率100%,Ki-76阳性率1%~20%,平均9%,S100阴性率为96%。30例患者均接受手术治疗,术后随访5年,13例复发,复发率43.3%。结论 隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤临床表现多样,了解其临床及病理特征,可提高诊断准确性和提高患者预后。 展开更多

By using the optic amplifier in Nonlinear Amplifying Loop Mirror (NALM), the input power required to obtain nonlinear input-output relationship reduces to a level that nonsoliton pulse can reach. We use an accurate model to analyze the tralnsmissivity of NALM, and show that it has intensity-filtering character, and can be used to reduce ASE noise of signals amplified by cascaded optic amplifiers. We also find that the saturation of optic amplifier in the loop affects the behaviour of NALM dramatically. 展开更多

The Gigabit-capable passive optical network(GPON)technology is being considered as a promising solution for the next-generation broadband access network.Since the network topology of the GPON is point-to-multipoint,a media access control called dynamic bandwidth allocation(DBA)algorithm is an important factor for determining the performance of the GPON.In this paper,we propose a new DBA algorithm to effectively and fairly allocate bandwidths among end users.This DBA algorithm supports differentiated services-a crucial requirement for a converged broadband access network with heterogeneous traffic.In this article we first reviewed the signaling and configuration of the DBA,and then proposed a new DBA scheme that implemented QoS-based priority for this need to maximally satisfy the requirements of all optical network units(ONUs)and provide differentiated services.Analyses and simulation results show that the new algorithm can improve the bandwidth utilization and realize the fairness for both different ONUs and services. 展开更多
