Co_((1-x))ZnxFe_(2)O_(4)nanospheres(x=0,0.5,0.8)with a unidirectional cubic spinel structure were prepared by a solvothermal method.By using a range of theoretical and empirical models,the experimental heat capacity v...Co_((1-x))ZnxFe_(2)O_(4)nanospheres(x=0,0.5,0.8)with a unidirectional cubic spinel structure were prepared by a solvothermal method.By using a range of theoretical and empirical models,the experimental heat capacity values were fitted as a function of temperature over a suitable temperature range to explain the possible relationship between the magnetic properties and microstructure of the nanospheres.As a result,at a low temperature(T<10 K),the parameter Bfswdecreases with increasing Zn concentration,implying that the exchange interaction between A and B sites decreases.At a relatively high temperature(T>50 K),the Debye temperature decreases with increasing Zn concentration,which is due to the weakening of the interatomic bonding force after the addition of non-magnetic materials to the Co Fe_(2)O_(4)spinel ferrite.展开更多
目的:对中药白首乌根部的内生细菌进行分离、纯化、鉴定及比对,最终确定其种属并构建系统发育树。方法:运用涂布法和平板划线法从中药白首乌的块根中分离、纯化内生细菌,对分离得到的纯菌株进行形态学观察、生理生化鉴定,并结合菌株的...目的:对中药白首乌根部的内生细菌进行分离、纯化、鉴定及比对,最终确定其种属并构建系统发育树。方法:运用涂布法和平板划线法从中药白首乌的块根中分离、纯化内生细菌,对分离得到的纯菌株进行形态学观察、生理生化鉴定,并结合菌株的16S r RNA基因序列鉴定其种属,再将测序结果与Gen Bank中的已知序列进行BLAST比对,查找相似性最高的菌种进行同源性分析,最终通过软件MEGA 7.0构建系统发育树确定菌株的系统分类学地位。结果:首次从中药白首乌的根部分离得到12株内生细菌,其中9株属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),相似性为99%~100%;2株属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),相似性为100%;1株属于沙雷氏菌属(Serratia),相似性为99%,确定优势菌属为芽孢菌属。结论:白首乌根中存在多株内生细菌,其很可能是白首乌内生菌资源的重要组成部分,本研究为白首乌内生菌的资源开发奠定了基础。展开更多
This article explores the effects of doping ferroelectric materials MgTiO_(3) with different proportions on the properties of polyaniline(PANI).PANI/MgTiO_(3) composites were prepared by in-situ composite method.Fouri...This article explores the effects of doping ferroelectric materials MgTiO_(3) with different proportions on the properties of polyaniline(PANI).PANI/MgTiO_(3) composites were prepared by in-situ composite method.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize the structure of the composites.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to characterize the morphology of the composites.The thermal stability of the composites was investigated by thermogravimetry(TG)and derivative thermogravimetry(DTG).Electrochemical methods(cyclic voltammetry(CV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),and constant current charge-discharge test)were used to compare and analyze the electrochemical performance of the composites.TG-DTG analysis and electrochemical experiments all show that the thermal stability and electrochemical properties of the PANI/MgTiO_(3) composite with a mass ratio of 82/18(w/w)are the best.The results indicate that there is a synergistic effect between PANI and MgTiO_(3),which improves the performances of the PANI when the appropriate amount of MgTiO_(3) is added.展开更多
目的系统性回顾文献以探讨术后辅助化疗在完全切除的IB期非小细胞肺癌中的作用。方法本研究针对术后辅助化疗对完全切除的IB期非小细胞肺癌的影响,检索了Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library和Web of Science等数据库,收集符合纳入标准的随...目的系统性回顾文献以探讨术后辅助化疗在完全切除的IB期非小细胞肺癌中的作用。方法本研究针对术后辅助化疗对完全切除的IB期非小细胞肺癌的影响,检索了Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library和Web of Science等数据库,收集符合纳入标准的随机对照试验。数据通过RevMan 5.3软件进行分析。结果本研究共纳入6项研究,包括1 286例患者。两组患者5年总生存率相似,但差异无统计学意义(HR:0.83,95%CI:0.66~1.04,P=0.11)。但亚组分析表明,对于肿瘤直径≥4 cm的患者5年总生存率有统计学意义(HR:0.51,95%CI:0.26~0.99,P=0.05)。辅助化疗组5年无病生存率明显高于单纯手术组(HR:0.58,95%CI:0.35~0.94,P=0.03)。结论术后辅助化疗不会增加IB期非小细胞肺癌患者的5年总生存率。但是,术后辅助化疗可能会增加肿瘤直径≥4cm的患者的5年总生存率和5年无病生存率。展开更多
