目的采用系统评价探索高度近视的发展与炎症因子表达的相关性。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普6个数据库的相关文献,收集自建库至2022年10月31日所有有关近视与炎症相关性的病例对照研究、队...目的采用系统评价探索高度近视的发展与炎症因子表达的相关性。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普6个数据库的相关文献,收集自建库至2022年10月31日所有有关近视与炎症相关性的病例对照研究、队列研究和横断面研究,采用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)进行质量评价,RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6项研究,498例患者,NOS量表评分7~8分,均为高质量文献;近视相关炎症因子包括白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-1受体拮抗剂(IL-1ra)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)。高度近视组患者房水中的IL-8[SMD=-0.410,95%CI(-0.670,-0.150),Z=3.070,P=0.002]、IL-10[SMD=-0.460,95%CI(-0.770,-0.150),Z=2.950,P=0.003]、IL-1ra[SMD=-0.590,95%CI(-0.870,-0.310),Z=4.170,P=0.000]水平均高于低度近视或正常组,而IL-6水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高度近视患者眼内IL-8、IL-10、IL-1ra等炎症因子水平高于正常或低度近视患者,其可能导致了近视相关的一系列并发症并诱导近视的发展,但以上结论还需进一步高质量观察性研究数据证实。展开更多
