The level of the serum inflammatory factor, oxidative stress and immune function before and after surgery were compared. Results:The levels of serum hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, MDA, SOD, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant. The level of serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were increased firstly and then decreased, which at 1 d and 3 d after operation were significantly higher than those in the same group before operation and the observation group levels were significantly higher than those in the control group at same time point. The level of serum MDA increased first and then decreased in both groups, and the level of SOD decreased firstly and then increased in two groups;the level of MDA in the two groups after 1 d and 3 d of operation were significantly higher than those before operation, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group at the same time;the levels of SOD in the two groups after operation of 1 d and 3 d were significantly lower than those before operation, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group at the same time. The levels of T lymphocyte: serum CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were decreased at first and then increased, which at 1 d, 3 d after operation were significantly lower than those in the same group before operation;the observation group level were significantly higher than those in the control group after 1 d and 3 d, there was statistical significant difference. The levels of serum CD8+ in the two groups were increased at first and decreased subsequently, which at 1 d and 3 d after operation were significantly higher than those in the same group before operation and the observation group levels were significantly lower than those in the control group at same time point, the difference was statistical significant. Conclusion: Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic resection can reduce patient's inflammation, stress response and immune suppression, and the overall effect is better and with important clinical value.展开更多

Method:140 patients with colon cancer admitted to a hospital from January 2016 to November 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to the operation method, 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open radical resection of colon cancer, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. The changes of immune function, stress response, visceral protein and gastrointestinal hormone were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:There was no significant difference in immune function, stress response, visceral protein and gastrointestinal hormone between the two groups before operation (P>0.05). The ratio of Th1 cells was decreased, while the ratio of Th2, Th17 and Treg cells was increased in the two groups (P<0.05). The proportion of Th1 cells in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the ratio of Th2, Th17 and Treg cells in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of Cor, E and NE were increased in the two groups (P<0.05). And the levels of Cor, E and NE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of PA, TRF and RBP were decreased in the two groups (P<0.05). And PA, TRF and RBP levels were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The GAS, MTL and GIP levels were lower in the two groups (P<0.05). And the GAS, MTL and GIP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic radical mastectomy has little effect on the immune function of patients. It can alleviate the surgical stress response to a certain extent, which is beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function and can be extended to clinical application.展开更多

Unlike the conventional JTE structure, the proposed structure utilizes multiple etching steps to achieve the optimum JTE concentration range. The simulation results show that the etched implant JTE method can improve the blocking voltage of SiC PiN diodes and also provides broad process latitude for parameter variations, such as implantation dose and activation annealing condition. The fabricated SiC PiN diodes with the etched implant JTE exhibit a highest blocking voltage of 4.5 kV and the forward on-state voltage of 4.6 V at room temperature. These results are of interest for understanding the etched implant method in the fabrication of high-voltage power devices.展开更多
