Results: Ambiguous genitalia are closely related to the functio n of androgen. It could be classified into 3 groups: androgen excess, androgen d eficiency and failure of gonadal differentiation. Differential diagnosis depends on clinical manifestations, chromosome examination, serum hormone determination s, final gonadal pathology, receptor study etc.Conclusion: Ambiguous genitalia are related to abnormal androgen ic effect and early correct etiological diagnosis is the key to its management.展开更多

The radiation characteristic of this type fiber is studied. Our experimental results indicate that under the low radiation dosage (below 1 kGy) the plastic optical fiber’s transmission rate rises instead of descends while this type of fiber is radiated by γ ray, electron beam and proton beam respectively. After a period of time, it gradually reaches a constant value. But under the high radiation dosage (above 1 kGy) the fiber’s transmission rate descends after radiation. It contains a high percentage of starch, costs cheap and is excellent in weather fastness, temperature resistance and waterproof and it could be completely biodegraded. A new approach for fabricating B4C/Cu graded composite by rapid self-resistance sintering under ultra-high pressure was presented, by which a near dense B4C/Cu graded composite with a compositional spectrum of 0-100% ...A new approach for fabricating B4C/Cu graded composite by rapid self-resistance sintering under ultra-high pressure was presented, by which a near dense B4C/Cu graded composite with a compositional spectrum of 0-100% was successfully fabricated. Plasma relevant performances of sintered B4C/Cu composite were preliminarily characterized, it is found that its chemical sputtering yield is 70% lower than that of SMF800 nuclear graphite under 2.7keV D+ irradiation, and almost no damages after 66 shots of in situ plasma discharge in HL-1 Tokamak facility, which indicates B4C/Cu plasma facing component has a good physical and chemical sputtering resistance performance compared with nuclear graphite.展开更多

The aging ovary contains fewer follicles and fewer granulosa cells produced less amount of steroids and many other important factors to the survival of the ovum causing increased rate of granulosa cell apo ptosis in each follicle.
