As the demand for pharmaceutical services continues to grow, more and more attention has been paid to the pharmaceutical care effect. However, in China, the training pathways and practical work of clinical pharmacy are still in the exploratory stage. In the present review, we aimed to discuss the impact of pharmacist-led interventions in reducing inappropriate drug use in orthopaedics. Results showed clinical pharmacists can assist orthopaedists and nurses in the rational use of medication in all aspects of antibiotic therapy, pain control and anticoagulation therapy. The clinical interventions by pharmacists have greatly reduced medication errors and medical costs. However, there is still a long time to develop pharmacy service, improve the professional quality of pharmacists and enact the Chinese Pharmacist Law. 展开更多

A stable hierarchical porous metal-organic framework PCN-56 with abundant Lewis acid sites(denoted as Defective-PCN-56) was synthesized by the low-temperature synthesis-induced defect formation method.The existence of mesopore in structure was confirmed by N2 sorption isotherm and the successful encapsulation of large dye molecules.The Defective-PCN-56 has higher loading capacity toward anti-cancer drug Doxo compared with that of "nearly ideal-crystal"(denoted as Ideal-PCN-56)synthesized at high temperature,showing potential application as drug carrier.The low-temperature synthesis-induced defect formation strategy presented here provides a new and facile way to synthesize stable MOFs with the combination of intrinsic micropore and additional mesopore as well as abundant Lewis acid sites. 展开更多

Accurate head poses are useful for many face-related tasks such as face recognition, gaze estimation,and emotion analysis. Most existing methods estimate head poses that are included in the training data(i.e.,previously seen head poses). To predict head poses that are not seen in the training data, some regression-based methods have been proposed. However, they focus on estimating continuous head pose angles, and thus do not systematically evaluate the performance on predicting unseen head poses. In this paper, we use a dense multivariate label distribution(MLD) to represent the pose angle of a face image. By incorporating both seen and unseen pose angles into MLD, the head pose predictor can estimate unseen head poses with an accuracy comparable to that of estimating seen head poses. On the Pointing'04 database, the mean absolute errors of results for yaw and pitch are 4.01?and 2.13?, respectively. In addition, experiments on the CAS-PEAL and CMU Multi-PIE databases show that the proposed dense MLD-based head pose estimation method can obtain the state-of-the-art performance when compared to some existing methods. 展开更多
