在TiN涂覆的Ti-6Al-4V表面分别注入一定剂量的Cu^(2+)或Ag^+,研究并对比所注入表面的抑菌性和细胞相容性。将L929细胞分别接种于4种材料上:空白对照组——Ti-6Al-4V(钛合金组),阴性对照组——TiN涂覆的Ti-6Al-4V(TiN组),阳性对照组——... 在TiN涂覆的Ti-6Al-4V表面分别注入一定剂量的Cu^(2+)或Ag^+,研究并对比所注入表面的抑菌性和细胞相容性。将L929细胞分别接种于4种材料上:空白对照组——Ti-6Al-4V(钛合金组),阴性对照组——TiN涂覆的Ti-6Al-4V(TiN组),阳性对照组——TiN涂覆的Ti-6Al-4V表面注Ag(注Ag组),实验组——TiN涂覆的Ti-6Al-4V表面注Cu(注Cu组)。通过激光共聚焦观察细胞的骨架形态,通过扫描电镜观察细胞铺展黏附,通过CCK-8检测细胞增殖。将金黄色葡萄球菌液滴到各组样品表面,24 h后通过活菌铺板计数法观察材料表面活菌的菌落数目,用激光共聚焦、扫描电镜观察细菌黏附、形态。接触角检测材料亲水性,XPS检测材料表面元素组成,ICP-MS检测材料目标元素离子析出量。激光共聚焦和扫描电镜:注Ag组和注Cu组细胞较为密集,黏附、铺展充分,可见板状伪足与丝状伪足。CCK-8:接种1、3、5天后,注Ag组和注Cu组细胞与钛合金组以及TiN组相比增殖明显,证明这两组材料没有明显毒性。活菌铺板计数:注Cu组和注Ag组菌落少,抑菌率分别为91%±2%和87%±2%。激光共聚焦和扫描电镜:注Cu组和注Ag组的细菌比钛合金组和TiN组的金黄色葡萄球菌黏附少。细胞壁完整性被破坏,部分细菌破碎。研究表明,TiN涂覆Ti-6Al-4V表面注Cu和注Ag均具有较好的细胞相容性和抑菌性。 展开更多

Crosslinked N, O-carboxymethyl chitosan resins which can selectively adsorb triglyceride, were prepared by the reaction of N, O- carboxymethyl chitosan with glutaraldehyde solution. Adsorption experiments were performed by adding the resins to the serum. The results showed that this type of adsorbent could cut down the concentration of triglyceride in serum by 56. 4% (3. 35mg/gresin ) at most, while concentration of the total protein (TP ) decreased only by 10. 9% at least, so this novel adsorbent can be used to cure hypertriglyceridemia by hemoperfusion in the future. 展开更多

The wettability and surface structure of plasma treatment on medical polyurethane were studied.Two kinds of gas,N_(2),Ar,were used to create the dow-temperature plasma under low pressure.The wettability was investigated by means of the sessile drop method using water,the results show that the contact angle of water decreases from 78.8°to 61.9°as the treatment time increases.The results of electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis indicate that original chemical bonds were broken up after plasma,treatment,which was the main reason for the surface modificatioii.At same time,the results of electron spinning resonance show that the amounts of radicals did not increase significantly after treatment,which is advantageous to clinical practice of polyurethane. 展开更多

A series of uncharged, anionic, cationic, and heparinized polyetherurethanes(PEUs) was synthesized. The soft segments of these PEUs were respectively obtained by polyte-tramethylene oxide of molecular weight 1000 (PTM... A series of uncharged, anionic, cationic, and heparinized polyetherurethanes(PEUs) was synthesized. The soft segments of these PEUs were respectively obtained by polyte-tramethylene oxide of molecular weight 1000 (PTMO-1000), polythylene glycol of molecularweight 1000 (PEG-1000), PEG-4000, and the mixture of PEG-4000 with PTMO-1000 orPEG-1000. The hard segments consisted of 4,4’ -methylene diphenylene diisocyanate (MDI)which was extended with ethylenediamie (ED), 1,4Mbutanediol (BD), N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA), or L-Sodium α,ε-diaminocaproate (SDAC), respectively. The chemical structure of different PEUs was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance. Waterabsorptions were measured. The results showed that the ionic, heparinized PEUs, and the PEUscontained PEG-4000 as soft segments have higher water absorptions than ordinary PEUs. ThePEUs based mainly on PEG-4000 as soft segments are a kind of high hydroscopic polymer mate-rials, and their hydroscopicity increases with PEG-4000 in soft segment. 展开更多

Carbon nitride (CN,) and diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings were prepared by dc magnetron sputtering at room temperature. Carbon nitride (CN,) and diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings were prepared by dc magnetron sputtering at room temperature. Different partial pressures of N2 were used to synthesize CNx to evaluate the relationship between the atomic percentage of ni- trogen and hemocompatibility. Auger electron spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy indicated atomic percentages of N of 0.12 and 0.22 and that the CNx coatings were smooth. An in vitro study of the hemocompatibility of the coatings revealed that both CNx coatings had better anticoagulant properties and lower platelet adhesion than DLC. Compared with CN0.1〉 the CN0.22 coating showed longer dynamic clotting time (about 42 min), static clotting time (23.6 min) and recalcification time (45.6 s), as well as lower platelet adhesion (102 cells μm-2), aggregation, and activation. The presence of nitrogen in the CNx coatings in- duced their enhanced hemocompatibility compared with DLC. 展开更多
