离心高梯度磁选新方法具有高梯度磁选捕获力强和离心分选精度高的优点。研究选用一台新研制的离心高梯度磁选工业机,用于精选细粒钛铁矿强磁选粗精矿的试验研究,分析主要技术参数对分选指标的影响。结果表明,对生产现场选取的钛粗精矿(T... 离心高梯度磁选新方法具有高梯度磁选捕获力强和离心分选精度高的优点。研究选用一台新研制的离心高梯度磁选工业机,用于精选细粒钛铁矿强磁选粗精矿的试验研究,分析主要技术参数对分选指标的影响。结果表明,对生产现场选取的钛粗精矿(TiO2品位17.77%,-0.074 mm占60.34%),在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占78.36%、磁感应强度0.4 T、3.0 mm磁介质、磁介质转速225 r/min和矿浆流速16.8 L/min条件下,新型离心高梯度磁选机一次精选可以得到TiO2品位和回收率分别为29.65%和61.70%的钛精矿;将磁感应强度和矿浆流速分别提高至0.6 T和21.0 L/min,钛精矿TiO2品位和回收率分别达到26.29%和80.41%。该分选指标与生产现场脉动高梯度磁选精选作业钛精矿品位(约21%TiO2)比较,离心高梯度磁选新方法的选择性明显更高,但TiO2回收率更低。该离心高梯度磁选新方法为细粒弱磁性矿深度精选提供了一种新思路。 展开更多

In this paper, bulk flotation followed by separation was investigated to concentrate purified molybdenite product from Jinduicheng molybdenum ores(Shanxi province, China). The bench scale tests mainly focussed on separation of molybdenite from other sulfide minerals using the new type of depressants.The effect of each single depressant, including organic depressant-modified dextrin(MD), P-Nokes reagent(PN) and sodium trithiocarbonate(ST), and their mixtures on galena, chalcopyrite and other sulfide ores, was examined in turn by changing the concentrations used in cleaner flotation tests. Closed circuit experiments were carried out under the optimal condition and satisfying recovery and grade of molybdenite concentrate could be achieved(86.294% and 53.157%, respectively). A potential reagent regime was developed, with more environmental friendly and more economical advantages due to the introduction of modified dextrin. 展开更多

In order to eliminate the effect of calcite associated with scheelite on the scheelite flotation, hydrochloric acid was used to dissolve the calcite, and the soaking solution was used to prepare CaSO_4 whiskers by hydrothermal reaction with sulfuric acid at ambient pressure. First, the condition experiments of preparing CaSO_4 whiskers by using CaCl_2 and H_2SO_4 were carried out to optimize reaction parameters of the crystallization process. The optimal conditions were: at 102 ℃ reaction temperature, 0,5 mol/L reactant concentration and 60 min reaction time. Then based on the condition experiments and considering keeping acid concentration stable for achieving HCl recycling, Calcium sulfate whiskers with the average diameter of 1.41 μm and the average aspect ratio of 109 were prepared by the soaking solution after evaporating to half of its volume and 1.0 mol/L H_2SO_4 at 102 ℃ for 60 min: After ion exchange processing,the filtrate could be used as HCl in the process of HCl dissolution. 展开更多
