目的探讨术前纤维蛋白原联合血小板与淋巴细胞比值(fibrinogen and platelet to lymphocyte ratio,F-PLR)评分对胃癌根治术后患者的预后价值。方法回顾性分析2015年1月~2016年12月在徐州医科大学附属医院经胃镜病理明确诊断且行根治性...目的探讨术前纤维蛋白原联合血小板与淋巴细胞比值(fibrinogen and platelet to lymphocyte ratio,F-PLR)评分对胃癌根治术后患者的预后价值。方法回顾性分析2015年1月~2016年12月在徐州医科大学附属医院经胃镜病理明确诊断且行根治性切除术的155例胃癌患者的临床及随访资料,应用受试者工作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲线确定纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(platelet to lymphocyte ratio,PLR)的最佳截断值。根据最佳截断值,将其分为3组,FIB和PLR均高于最佳截断值为2分组,有1项高于最佳截断值为1分组,均低于最佳截断值为0分组,比较3组间患者的临床病理资料及术后生存时间地差异。应用COX回归模型分析影响胃癌根治术后患者无病生存期(disease free survival,DFS)和总生存期(overall survival,OS)的危险因素。结果FIB和PLR的最佳截断值分别是3.479和128.474。术前F-PLR评分与性别、肿瘤最大径、淋巴结是否转移、脉管侵犯和TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05)。COX回归分析结果表明,TNM分期、脉管侵犯、术前F-PLR评分是影响患者DFS和OS的独立预后危险因素(P<0.05)。F-PLR评分为0分组的生存率明显高于1分组和2分组,5年的DFS分别为80.0%、42.2%和24.6%(P<0.05);5年OS分别为83.3%、60.9%和37.7%。结论F-PLR评分为胃癌根治术后患者的独立危险因素,有助于术前评估胃癌患者预后。展开更多
笔者获取了人类通路数据、TCGA(The Cancer Genome Atlas)中乳腺癌表达数据、mirTarBase和miRBase等数据库中用于实验验证的miRNA-mRNA靶向关系数据,通过整合生物网络的拓扑信息、miRNAs和基因表达的差异性以及miRNAs和基因的靶向互做关...笔者获取了人类通路数据、TCGA(The Cancer Genome Atlas)中乳腺癌表达数据、mirTarBase和miRBase等数据库中用于实验验证的miRNA-mRNA靶向关系数据,通过整合生物网络的拓扑信息、miRNAs和基因表达的差异性以及miRNAs和基因的靶向互做关系,计算出每个miRNA介导的自通路的活性值,再从中筛选出活性较高的自通路作为癌症分子诊断的标志物,进而提出一种算法miDRW。实验证明,乳腺癌的数据内5倍交叉验证的AUC值可达0.994 8,准确率达98.86%,明显高于单基因和单miRNA标志物的分类指标。可见,笔者提出的整合算法可以精确识别乳腺癌的诊断标志,并实现精确分类。展开更多

On the basis, inertia force and different radial force is given into consideration. Via analysis, it con- cludes that under balanced pure radial load condition the largest contact stress between roller and race increases along with crowning value increasing. With the same crowning value, the largest contact stress between roller and race decreases in the first and increases at the end along with initial contact length increasing.
