The cooperation is a process which advantages the temporary enterprise resources each other. Therefore, the virtual enterprise must encounter the problem that how to realize the virtual enterprises’ information resources sharing and improve the efficiency of enterprise cooperation. This paper uses the cloud computing’s advantage to solve the problem of virtual enterprise information resources sharing.
