Research on Wulong Tourism Service Experience Based on Network Travelogue

This paper analyzes 1,662 travelogues about the Wulong tourism destination from the Mafengwo platform using literature research and network text analysis.The goal is to identify the driving factors affecting Wulong’s tourism service experience and suggest improvements.By extracting high-frequency words and analyzing emotions from the travelogues,tourists’conceptions and perceptions were identified and the factors affecting the tourism service experience in Wulong were summarized into six categories:tourism resource attractions,tourism transportation,tourism facilities and digital services,cultural charms,special cuisines,and environmental ambiance.Tourists’emotional perceptions of Wulong are primarily positive,with negative perceptions mainly related to unsatisfactory tourism facilities and digital services in the Wulong scenic area.This study helps the Wulong tourist destination understand the issues and deficiencies in tourists’service experiences,providing significant guidance for improving service quality and offering data support for service marketing and optimization.

ECSRE Analysis on Late Comer Strategy for Folk Custom Eco-tourism of Southeast Chongqing in the New Normal State

The development of late comers in the new normal state is a practical and urgent issue to be tackled by underdeveloped areas of China in current situation.The development strategy of late comers is economic development strategy different from economically developed areas.Five element strategic analysis model(ECSRE) stresses intrinsic features of things,which is favorable for making clear weakness of late comers and suitable for southeast Chongqing.With the aid of the ECSRE,on the basis of analyzing resources and external conditions,this paper made an in-depth analysis on late comer strategy for southeast Chongqing from the perspective of industry pattern attribute,development stages,individual characters and thinking pattern of decision-makers.It stresses regional cooperation,unified restriction,dislocation characteristics,institutional simulation and innovation and improving policy system,to stimulate strengths of late comers,so as to promote long-term rapid and sustainable development of folk custom eco-tourism in southeast Chongqing.

Comprehensive lipidomics in apoM^(-/-) mice reveals an overall state of metabolic distress and attenuated hepatic lipid secretion into the circulation

Apolipoprotein M(apoM) participates in both high-density lipoprotein and cholesterol metabolism. Little is known about how apo M affects lipid composition of the liver and serum. In this study, we systemically investigated the effects of apo M on liver and plasma lipidomes and how apo M participates in lipid cycling, via apo M knockout in mice and the human SMMC-7721 cell line. We used integrated mass spectrometry-based lipidomics approaches to semiquantify more than 600 lipid species from various lipid classes, which include free fatty acids, glycerolipids, phospholipids, sphingolipids, glycosphingolipids, cholesterol, and cholesteryl esters(CEs), in apo M^(-/-)mouse. Hepatic accumulation of neutral lipids, including CEs, triacylglycerols, and diacylglycerols, was observed in apo M^(-/-)mice;while serum lipidomic analyses showed that, in contrast to the liver, the overall levels of CEs and saturated/monounsaturated fatty acids were markedly diminished. Furthermore, the level of Apo B-100 was dramatically increased in the liver, whereas significant reductions in both Apo B-100 and low-density lipoprotein(LDL) cholesterol were observed in the serum of apo M^(-/-)mice, which indicated attenuated hepatic LDL secretion into the circulation. Lipid profiles and proinflammatory cytokine levels indicated that apo M^(-/-)leads to hepatic steatosis and an overall state of metabolic distress. Taken together, these results revealed that apo M knockout leads to hepatic steatosis, impaired lipid secretion, and an overall state of metabolic distress.
