The shapes of particles and their distribution in tablets, controlled by pretreatment and tableting process, determine the pharmaceutical performance of excipient like lubricant. This study aims to provide deeper insights to the relationship of the morphology and spatial distribution of stearic acid(SA) with the lubrication efficiency, as well as the resulting tablet property. Unmodified SA particles as flat sheet-like particles were firstly reprocessed by emulsification in hot water to obtain the reprocessed SA particles with spherical morphology. The three-dimensional(3 D) information of SA particles in tablets was detected by a quantitative and non-invasive 3 D structure elucidation technique, namely, synchrotron radiation X-ray micro-computed tomography(SR-μCT). SA particles in glipizide tablets prepared by using unmodified SA(GUT), reprocessed SA(GRT), as well as reference listed drug(RLD) of glipizide tablets were analyzed by SR-μCT. The results showed that the reprocessed SA with better flowability contributed to similarity of breaking forces between that of GRT and RLD. SA particles in GRT were very similar to those in RLD with uniform morphology and particle size, while SA particles in GUT were not evenly distributed. These findings not only demonstrated the feasibility of SR-μCT as a new method in revealing the morphology and spatial distribution of excipient in drug delivery system, but also deepened insights of solid dosage form design into a new scale by powder engineering. 展开更多

北京市慢性病患者家庭照顾者健康素养情况调查及相关因素分析

目的了解北京市慢性病患者家庭照顾者的健康素养情况及相关因素。方法该研究为横断面调查。2018年9月10日至11月15日,通过分层随机抽样选取北京市6个区1350名慢性病患者家庭照顾者,采用自填问卷方式开展调查。问卷内容包括家庭照顾者的... 目的了解北京市慢性病患者家庭照顾者的健康素养情况及相关因素。方法该研究为横断面调查。2018年9月10日至11月15日,通过分层随机抽样选取北京市6个区1350名慢性病患者家庭照顾者,采用自填问卷方式开展调查。问卷内容包括家庭照顾者的一般情况和健康素养情况,健康素养内容包括:(1)日常生活习惯;(2)健康素养基本知识:行为危险因素防治知识(10题)、慢性病相关知识(11题)、急救相关知识(5题);(3)慢性病照顾相关技术掌握情况。结果回收有效问卷1268份,问卷有效回收率93.9%(1268/1350)。1268名家庭照顾者中,女性占75.7%(960/1268),年龄23~86岁,中位年龄为62岁。日常生活习惯方面,吸烟和饮酒者分别占11.3%(143/1268)、21.5%(272/1268);平时进行体育锻炼者占82.7%(1049/1268),其中72.5%(761/1049)家庭照顾者每周运动次数不少于4次;能够做到饮食清淡者仅占28.9%(366/1268)。健康素养基本知识掌握方面,12.9%(163/1268)的家庭照顾者掌握了相关基本知识(得分≥总分×80%);其中掌握慢性病相关基本知识者最多,占30.9%(392/1268)。能熟练或较熟练掌握测量血压、血糖、脉搏、应对低血糖、心肺复苏和正确拨打120急救电话这6项技能的家庭照顾者分别占27.4%(347/1268)、18.1%(230/1268)、15.1%(191/1268)、15.7%(199/1268)、6.0%(76/1268)和33.8%(429/1268)。其中,家庭照顾者对“正确拨打120急救电话”熟练掌握者占比最高,为23.7%(301/1268);对心肺复苏技能熟练掌握者占比最低,为2.6%(33/1268)。不同学历的家庭照顾者对行为危险因素知识(χ^(2)=3.88,P=0.017)、慢性病相关知识(χ^(2)=7.40,P=0.025)、急救相关知识(χ^(2)=12.04,P=0.002)以及总体基本知识(χ^(2)=13.56,P=0.001)的掌握情况差异有统计学意义。不同职业的家庭照顾者慢性病相关知识掌握情况差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.78,P=0.012)。结论北京市慢性病患者家庭照顾者的健康素养水平需进一步提高,不同学历、职业的家庭照顾者的健康素养存在差异。 展开更多

We consider numerical methods to solve the Allen-Cahn equation using the second-order Crank-Nicolson scheme in time and the second-order central difference approach in space.The existence of the finite difference solution is proved with the help of Browder fixed point theorem.The difference scheme is showed to be unconditionally convergent in Loo norm by constructing an auxiliary Lipschitz continuous function.Based on this result,it is demonstrated that the difference scheme preserves the maximum principle without any restrictions on spatial step size and temporal step size.The numerical experiments also verify the reliability of the method. 展开更多
