The high temperature compression test of Be/2024Al composites with 62wt%Be was conducted at 500–575℃ and strain rate of0.003–0.1 s^(-1).The strain-compensated Arrhenius model and modified Johnson–Cook model were introduced to predict the hot deformation behavior of Be/2024Al composites.The result shows that the activation energy of Be/2024Al composites was 363.364 k J·mol^(-1).Compared with composites reinforced with traditional ceramics,Be/2024Al composites can be deformed with ultra-high content of reinforcement,attributing to the deformable property of Be particles.The average relative error of the two models shows that modified Johnson–Cook model was more suitable for low temperature condition while strain-compensated Arrhenius model was more suitable for high temperature condition.The processing map was generated and a hot extrusion experiment was conducted according to the map.A comparation of the microstructure of Be/2024Al composites before and after extrusion shows that the Be particle deformed coordinately with the matrix and elongated at the extrusion direction. 展开更多

Objective: To observe the efficacy of the inhalation of an aerosonzeo group ~ sueloto^u v / preparation in treating orthotopic lung cancer in mouse models and assess the feasibility, safety, and effectiveness of this administration mode for lung cancer. Methods: Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) cell strains were administered via intrathoracic injection to establish orthotopic lung cancer mouse models. After the tumor-bearing models were successfully established, as confirmed by computed tomography, the mice were administered by inhalation with an aerosolized GAS preparation (GAS group) or aerosolized normal saline (control group). The anti-tumor effect of the aerosolized GAS preparation was evaluated histologically; meanwhile, the survival and quality of life were compared between these two groups. Results: The aerosolized GAS preparation showed remarkably anti-tumor effect, causing the necrosis of the orthotopic lung cancer cells in tumor-bearing mice. Furthermore, mice in the GAS group had significantly better qualitT of life and longer survival than those in control group. Conclusions: The inhalation of aerosolized GAS preparation may be a feasible, safe and effective solution for lung cancer 展开更多

The serum cholesterol level is an important indicator of healthy and there is a great necessity for frequent cholesterol monitoring to some cardiovascular-related diseases, which puts forward higher requirements for point-of-care testing(POCT) of cholesterol. In this work, a cascade catalytic system of cholesterol is developed by encapsulation of cholesterol oxidase(Ch Ox) and Pd Cu Au nanoparticles into zeolitic imidazolate framework-L(Ch Ox/PCA@ZIF-L). Results indicate that ZIF-L carrier can significantly increase the catalytic activity of single or multiple enzymes, due to its high loading capacity and efficient molecular transport. Under the optimal conditions, the absorbance of reaction system performs linear relationships with the concentration of cholesterol in two intervals from 0.0005 mmol/L to 1.0000 mmol/L, with a limit of detection of 0.2176 μmol/L. The proposed colorimetric strategy based on Ch Ox/PCA@ZIF-L performs a good agreement with the results provided by chemiluminescence method for the serum cholesterol detection. Interestingly, a simple paper-based sensing system is constructed through a pre-reaction-transfer operation, which gets rid of the complex pre-processing requirements of traditional operations on filter paper. The presented strategy allows for the sensitive, convenient, costless assay of serum cholesterol,and paves a new way to design the POCT device for daily monitoring of healthy. 展开更多

The catalytic behavior of ultra-low-gold-loaded Au/CeO2 during CO oxidation was studied using HRTEM, TGA, in-situ FTIR, CO--TPD, O2-TPD, and O2-TPO. Herein, water, which facilitates CO oxidation, is present on the catalyst rather than obtained from the reactant gas. The experimental results show that the presence of water on the catalyst enhances the adsorption and activation of 02 to produce Oact on the catalyst surface, resulting in excellent catalytic activity. Different reaction pathways for CO oxidation over Au/CeO2 may be present; however, the dominant pathway is influenced by the species on the catalyst surface. 展开更多

In this paper,we were devoted to quantitatively analyzing the dimensional change of 2024 Al alloy during the aging process.Types of precipitates have been defined and the corresponding volume fraction has been measured with Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM)and Three-Dimensional Atom Probe Tomography(3 D-APT).Guinier-Preston-Bagaryatsky(GPB)zone(0.86 vol.%)was found after aging for 8 h.GPB zone(0.17 vol.%)and S'phase(1.02 vol.%)was found after aging for 24 h.The reduced dimensional change was attributed to the reduction of matrix lattice parameter.Relative to the initial supersaturated solid solution state,the lattice strain of-2.79×10^(-5)and-5.16×10^(-5)was produced after 8 h and 24 h aging respectively.The difference of the lattice parameters between the precipitates and matrix was also considered.A model was established to quantitatively describe the relationship between the precipitation process and dimensional change of 2024 Al alloy. 展开更多

Near-infrared light-controllable bufalin delivery from a black phosphorus-hybrid supramolecular hydrogel for synergistic photothermal-chemo tumor therapy 被引量:2

Bufalin is efficacious in treating various tumors, however, the clinical application of which is restricted by the myocardial toxicity. Developing a smart synergetic delivery system is widely considered as a promising therapeutic strategy. To address this issue, a black phosphorus hybrid polypeptides hydrogel was designed to highly load bufalin, and achieved near-infrared (NIR)-controllable drug release with synergistic photothermal-chemo therapeutic effect. Black phosphorus nanosheets (BPNSs) and bufalin were co-loaded in temperature-sensitive supramolecular hydrogel to receive smart hybridization (BP-bufalin@SH). With NIR irradiation (1 W·cm−2), BP-bufalin@SH exhibited a rapid and large temperature increase and released bufalin via light-controllable manner, with which the side effects of bufalin were greatly decreased. Combined with photothermal-chemo therapeutic effect, BP-bufalin@SH could collapse the mitochondrial transmembrane potential resulting in the irreversible apoptosis of tumor cells, and realize a highly efficient in vivo tumor elimination with good biosafety and biocompatibility. This work provides a new hydrogel platform for controlling bufalin release, and thus further promotes the practical application on antitumor therapy. 展开更多
