It is indolent and invasive cancer that easily metastasis. Invasive thymoma occurs most commonly into the pleura, pericardium, lungs, and recurrent laryngeal nerve, but invasion into the intracardiac and great vessel is rare.1 We reported a rare case ofinvasive thymic carcinoma which extended into aorta, pericardium, and right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT), causing right ventricular outflow tract flow acceleration. 展开更多
