Overall 21 of 27 patients responded to Tacrolimus. Patients who underwent reduced conditioning responded as well as those patients who un- derwent conventional conditioning regimens. Tacrolimus is well tolerated and e?ective and might be an alternative primary agent for prevention of GvHD. Its role in reduced conditioning regimens needs to be further explored.展开更多
